I chose a pedicure and it was probably the best Ive ever had. Lovely relaxing massage on my feet and legs well worth the money definitely will be going back... Love the purple glitter

My experience was a great one! The ladies that did my nails where very nice, and listened to how I wanted my nails. I will be back, and highly recommend!

Rushed, went in for a polish change and could tell the gentleman was not enthused about me just getting the one service, he rushed through my gel polish change and left me with bubbles, missing areas, topcoat not on the whole nail and sharp edges off of my nail. I called and made an appt for 2:30 and was there for an hour for a gel polish change, half of which was just waiting at an empty station. Wont be returning.

Not a fan. I live in Gresham and usually go to a shop in Vancouver. I thought Id give this place a try since it was much closer to my house... Big mistake. I paid 50% more (even paid for the nail file) and the entire experience was rushed, impersonal, and somewhat uncomfortable. Will continue to make that drive to Vancouver moving forward. Do not recommend.

Overall good experience. I’ve never had to wait and the ladies are really nice. Evon and Tammy do a really good job.

Friendly place with fabulous service.

I got there at 5:20 pm and ended leaving at 7:40pm on top of that I got acrylics done and there super thick. Two days later my middle finger cuticle is swollen. I got multiple cuts on 3 of my cuticles.

Love this place. Been coming here since my kids were little. Boy that makes me feel old. Now they go here to get their pedi and mani.

I called ahead and they were able to fit me in. Kevin (I believe, Im very sorry if I got it wrong) did my nails, he did a good job. Hes very methodical. I had a hard time understanding him a couple times, but I know that learning a second language is incredibly hard. Overall a good experience.

Not good at all. Wasted 50$ on some crooked lined nails, Tracy, the girl who did them was shaking bad and kept dropping things, kinda seemed like she was on some kind of drugs. She had to restart 3 times. She had to take off the whole shellac the first time she messed up on both detailed nails. She couldnt get the gold tape to stick either and resulted in crooked black lines. Never go here.

Very wonderful craftsmanship. My acrylics are beyond beautiful. I am typically very critical of poor service and I cant complain the results are worth the while. With patience comes good in life. Staff were so friendly and went above and beyond my expectations and stayed open two hours late for me. Thank you !

Charged too much for poor nails ask to fix them & “no, they look good” was there respond . Will never come back. Made me wait half way my manicure sesh, so they can do someone else’s nails I was ok with it. I hate it there . Charged $122 ridiculous.

Came in here for the first time in October to get my nails done I asked for a solar full set.... my nails started to come off after a week I came in to fix my first nail they fixed it for free but told me they would charge me next time and told me I had to be more careful when I lost a nail pulling my pants up and it litterly flicked off with no pain..... I sat down quite but that same day I got my nail fixed when I opened my car door another came off at this point I was upset but didn’t have time to walk back in the next week another came off I paid 75 for special designs and left a 15$ tip because they were really nice when I came in..... really nice staff horrible nail quality I’ve never experienced solar nails flicking off in my whole experience of getting solar nails done After the first week I won’t ever be back

Main thing I appreciate about them is their friendliness & effort put into memorizing their clients. My sister brought me in and they knew her by name, and knew mine by my next visit! They were quick, affordable and so sweet to remember me by name!

First time customer and I am SUPER happy! They did such a tremendous job cutting, coloring, and styling my hair!

I love this place and wouldnt go anywhere else. The customer service is fantastic. I always feel welcome and love the great job that they do!. Whether its a manicure, pedicure or some sort of enhanced nail service, they are the best! (Their other services, such as waxing, are also excellent.)

Nothing but polite ever. Anyone complaining otherwise probably didnt treat them nicely first. Ive known these awesome people for over 6 years now. I dont let anyone else touch my nails or my daughters nails. :)

I do not get my nails done frequently, maybe twice in the past 3 or 4 years.My experience with the mani/pedi I got was interesting. Both were French, toes natural, hands were solar. I did not like how the toes came out, but I was on my phone and did not specify a small white line so that was more of my fault than my nail technicians.My manicure, however, I kept specifying a rounded/oval look and they kept trying to have them be square. Each hand had different length nails and I had to point it out several times.I verbalized my disappointment and immediately they changed technicians and I wound up having exactly what I wanted.Just pay attention a bit, be specific with what you want(again I dont do this much so I was naive about it) and verbalize politely what you do/do not want and they will accommodate the best they can! They were also pretty busy, as soon as a chair opened, it was filled.Props to them, they work hard and really do want you to leave happy with what you got done! Giving it fours stars because my original nail tech was... not really understanding what I wanted even after I showed them a picture.

I have been looking forever for someone who does the work that Tracy Lam does. I was recommended to her and now I see why. She listened to me, gave me product that I want and I am more than satisfied. Its been over two weeks- no lifting and they arent going anywhere. My solar nails are still very white!! :-) Im a happy girl. Everyone here is very friendly. Thank you!! :-)

Good to just walk in some days and just get a seat right away. Great price for a Mani- Pedi. I usually trade off on Mani and then a Pedi another day.Bring your own drinks. I do wish they offered drinks like they do away but old Nail place. Massaging chairs a plus. Waxing available. Right next to Fred Meyers. Friendly people and professional.

First I want to say the staff there are super nice and welcoming all the times I’ve been there. I just have one problem with this nail salon the last 2 times I’ve gone in Ive had the same woman and I don’t know if she’s just in a rush or what but the is very sloppy with the nail polish. I’ve had to pry the hardened gel from under my nails both times because it’s very uncomfortable and they peel off quickly because the polish is over the nail on my skin. Needless to say I’m not going to go there again even though I do really some of the people there.

I went for a pedicure today. This is the first time I went to this business. I was greeted nicely. It was hard to understand the instructions given to me because the people in this shop have very thick accents and I am not sure that they fully understood me. The pedicure proceeded well with very little communication to me, but alot of communication amongst the workers in a foreign language. I would have been very satisfied with my pedicure except that when I got home both my big toes had very little polish on them. I returned to the shop to have this rectified. Another worker scraped a lumped parts only off my big toenails and reapplied polish over the bald areas and the leftover polish. She put me in what I am guessing was a dryer (it was very hard to understand her). After about five minutes she applied something else to the nails. She didnt explain what I was to do then so after a few minutes I figured I was supposed to go and stood up. She came running over and said no, no. And started putting something else on the nails. Then she asked if I was going to wear my shoes. I said yes and she said she would need to cover them. She brought back some saran wrap and covered the ends of my toes. I put on my shoes and went home. When I got there and took off the wrap, there was very little polish on my big toes again. It was late and I had things I had to do so I just gave up. I will not be going back to this salon again. They were nice, but not very competent.

Got me in immediately on a Sunday and Kevin gave me a great French tip pedicure

Asked for this one color and gave a whole different color. Had no care of having them all shaped the same. Wasted 55 dollars for nothing. They look horrible. Worst place I have ever went too(.)

Horrible. The guy that did my nails (acrylics, French tip) messed all of them up and theyre all crooked. Never going there again. Over priced too. Going in tomorrow to get them fixed. He didnt put the gel on parts of my nails so the the sides of my thumbs chipped off. I took my friend and they messed up hers too. Big thumps down.

Only a week and I have popped off 4 nails and thats two by shutting drawers one pulling my pants up and one throwing a ball for my dog. Cute but annoying

2 weeks in and I have 2 broken nails, they double charged my card. I will not go here again

Worst nail salon I have ever been to I spent 69.00 dollars for solar nails the lady was rude and rushed through the processes than when I pointed out that she missed a spot she said she couldnt change it or make it better, please she was just being lazy. the next day they already started lifting and one fell off I had to get them fixed and spend more money! And the person who fixed my nails at a different salon said the women didnt know how to do solar nails!!!!

Do Not Come here the lady took me in and said no problem it was very lonely I did a delux pedicure and full set of nails and lip wax and eyebrow they charged me $133 it was worth it till the lady was doing my full set of nails at the end she was rushing didn’t even put the nails on right one of my nails was way crooked and she was rushed because her appointment she had came in I told her someone else could do my nails instead of rushing and messing up and doing a poor job she didn’t listen I had time it was my day off . they where miss shaped the shape look DEFORMED and CROOKED when I pointed it out she wouldn’t fix it properly I’m not paying 60 dollars for a full set of nails if your not going to do it right

Had a pedicure, after a long wait even tho we had an appointment and the guy wrenched on my foot so hard that I was in pain for 3 days afterwards. My sister goes there religiously but I dont know why
