Heard good things online about this place. Made an appointment for 2 pedicures at 1pm. We waited for 45 minutes without being helped so we walked out. If they didn’t have time for our pedicures why schedule the appointment. I would have been totally fine coming in an hour later if they communicated that to us. If you’re on a time crunch I don’t recommend this place.

I drive from Hillsboro to Gresham (50 mins) just to get my nails done by Rosy! She is legit the best nail tech ever! I always had issues with other techs when nails are left too thick and no evenly shaped but never had an issue with Rosy. Also Best prices!! I used to pay $80-90 for a full set powder and be charged extra for length and at Bells nails the most Ive ever paid for a new set was $60 (powder + design). Highly recommend Bells nails

Great little place. It was a little far but worth the drive. I got my nails done by Rosie. Shes really good and fast too. Normaly I dont have the patience to sit for a long time while I get my nails done. So she was great, she got everything done in an hour and she did a beautiful job!!!

I thought long and hard before writing this review, but I have to. I actually was recommended Bells Nails by a barista, she did say to request only a specific person or I’d regret it. I forgot the persons name at the time of my appointment, but I’m guessing I didn’t get the person she was talking about. As soon as I sat down, the nail technician didn’t seem happy with me. Not sure why, as I was very nice and polite. I came in for a fill. The lady was short with me, I told her I wanted something with white glitter. She just stared at me and said they didn’t have anything like that. So I just picked a color sitting nearby that would work. I could get past all of that I guess, but the quality of the nails were the worst I have ever had. And I’ve been getting my nails done for over a decade. They were extremely chunky, all different shapes. It was awful. I didn’t think it was as bad as it really was but even other people were noticing how bad they were. I went back in just to ask that they be thinned and shaped properly, the woman was very mad, and said that it was my fault because I asked for glitter on top of the polish.... which is not true at all. It’s quite common for people to ask for glitter on top of polish. Even after they were “fixed” they were not, but I could tell that I wasn’t really welcome. I remained professional and polite through this because I get that things happen and people have bad days, but it’s just not acceptable to treat people like that for no reason. So no, I don’t recommend Bells Nails. They also charged me quite a bit for a simple fill.

These ladies and gentleman are amazing! They all do excellent work and are very friendly. The last pedicure I got here lasted more than 2 months, the paint and gems didnt even chip off! For the full on works it cost $45 which I am happy to pay because of the long leg and foot massage!

Bells nails is an incredible salon. I had a full set and a pedicure in an hour & a half! A full ombre gel set with acrylics is $57, well worth it. The ladies are straight forward - no pushy upsell on services, which I greatly appreciate. Make sure to make an appointment, as even on a Wednesday afternoon, walk ins were having to wait.They also offer waxing which I will try next time when I need a fill. They have a price sheet posted when you walk in, so you know what youre paying.

I had a pedi done & my toe got really infected 3 days later. I will definitely Never get a pedi agian. Becareful everyone! Think wisely!!

Always busy so I recommend making an appointment. Ive been twice for full sets of short stiletto nails and have yet to be disappointed. Pricing is fair and they do a quick job that holds up well.

Call ahead, and youll still have to wait a bit depending on how busy they are but they are worth it!! Just moved to the area and this is definitely my new nail salon go to! Nails by Jenny and best nails Ive ever had professionally done!

I absolutely love coming here for my nails and waxing. Hannah is amazing. Ive been coming here for 2+ years now with no complaints. I always receive superior service. I went to about 15 different nails places and this one beats all the others by far. I am a very picky person too.

Best place in Gresham for a decent price. Nail polish lasts a week on my hands and pretty much to grow our on toes. They my be busy so make an appointment. They do try to squeeze in walk in but it could be a wait for that. Its worth the wait when I have walked it. Only place Ill go.

Bells Nails is the only place ill go to from now on. Ive spent years trying to find a good nail place and I finally found one. Hannah does such a good job. She takes her time and doesnt rush. She does shellac on my real nails and they last almost a month before starting to peel! Hannah is the best and I highly recommend her!!!

HORRIBLE. Used to love coming here but not anymore. They refused my sister service because she has psoriasis. For those of you who dont know what that is its basically a skin condition that causes really dry skin. It left my sister in tears. I cant believe in the year 2020 we are still dealing with ignorance and discrimination like this. Will NEVER go here again.

Pretty nice place i guess however they did not make it clear that i had to specify manicure acrylic for them to clip my hangnails and stuff like that. However what bothered be the most is how fat they made my nails. I got square and i have pretty small nails and they did not file down the sides at all so it almost looks like an inverted triangle. Also I made an appointment for 5:30 and they could not fit me in until 6:20 which i didnt mind because i was there with a friend but just something to keep in mind. Other than that they are super sweet and have an amazing color selection.

I Love this place. Quin is the best! I go to him every time and he always does a great job! Only complaint is that it gets super busy and even if you have an appointment you still may have to wait. Once I made an appointment on a Friday and still had to wait an hour.

Was awful customer service. I had an appointment but they sat there telling me the appointment didnt exist but the appointment I made for my mom they had. They were rude and kept telling me I must have called the wrong number when I made the appointment. They actually said no the customer is wrong. Rosies is the only reason I might go back. But it is not the first time they made me feel awful

BEWARE!!! I had my nails done here two times! The first time I asked for a simple 2 color design I found on their website it took 2 hours and she charged me $72.00 this does not include the tip! I was shocked! I went back a second time and had a different nail tech do my nails. Another simple 2 color design I found on their website. It did not take as long this time but she charged me $62.00 not including tip. AND a week later I noticed my thumb nail was getting discolored under the solar nail. I removed the solar nail and now I have a gross nail fungus that I can not get rid of! Worst nail place ever! Ive been getting my nails done for over 25 years and I have never had a nail fungus until I went to Bells Nails in Gresham!

I would give 0 stars if I could but I went in because I wanted a pedicure and I had some family there and she just told me to go over with them and so I assumed I was going to be seen so I waited for like 30 minutes and then one of the techs said as I was leaving Im sorry come another day we have no time. They seem very rushed to get many people in at once. I will never be going back to this place

I’ve gotten my nails here twice. The first time I wanted a single stripe down the middle of one finger, the nail tech said it would be no problem but when she did it the like was crooked and misshaped and when I asked if she could fix it or just take it off and repaint the nail a single color she refused saying “this is what you asked for, so this is what you’ll pay for.”When she charged me it was completely different price then what was on the bored and she told me those prices were old and they haven’t got to charging the sign. I decided to give them a second chance and go again today. When I said the nails were a bit short for my liking the nail tech said I’d have to pay for a two sets to get them longer since they had already been glued. When she charged me this time they had the same sign from over a year prior that hadn’t been updated.I would not recommend going and I will not be returning.

I dont want to give this place any stars at all. They refused service to my daughter because of her psoriasis. This rejection was extremely hurtful and embarrassing to my daughter. Educate yourself before you discriminate and hurt someone due to your own ignorance 🤬

I went to this salon for my birthday and they did a fantastic job! I was able to show pictures of the nail shape and nail art I wanted and my nail tech was able to recreate everything I wanted perfectly! I was able to get a full set, gel polish and art for under $50 which is such a great deal especially since its high quality work!

I have been getting my nails and feet done here for years. Everyone is very friendly and they always remember you when you come in. They all do amazing work and Hannah does the absolute best nail designs. I would definitely recommend Bells Nails.

Ive been to Bells several times and always have had a good experience. However, tonight - while I was getting a pedicure - I began thinking someone was smoking in the salon. I asked is someone smoking in here? to my nail tech. Come to find out, a cigarette had been lit and set in the good luck area (next to the Buddha) to literally just sit and smolder until the cigarette went out on its own. I was thoroughly disgusted.

Im insanely picky about my nails. Looking like I pictured them i want. I love Bells . I just tell them what I want. And they go above and beyond. Making sure no matter what I choose. Its custom to my hands. Looking very well done and as natural as possible. Love love them. Wont go anywhere else .

(the one star is on the person not the salon) My experience was terrible because of my nail tech. It was some guy who hadn’t done my nails before in the past so I decided to give him a chance. TERRIBLE MISTAKE. He was rude and would raise his voice at me for “not paying attention to my hands”. My nails are uneven and some are crooked! I asked him politely if he could fix my crooked nail and he just sternly said “I can’t fix now” and he didn’t even look up at me or apologize which really pissed me off. And don’t even get me started on the fact that he was SMOKING A CIGARETTE and blew out a huge puff of smoke right outside the entrance as my aunt walked in with A BABY!I also got a pedicure but that experience was way better because I complained about this guy messing up my acrylic nails so a different lady stepped in. And she was really nice and completely different than Mr. Attitude.I will NOT be returning to the guy who was obviously in a bad mood for no reason. From now on I’ll be asking for Rosy or Hannah, as I hear they are the best.

Always go here staff is very friendly and they have the cheapest and best pedicures I know of only $25 and you get paraffin wax & hot stone massage included in standard pedi package! They also do great manicures, acrilic nails, gel w/ large selection of colors & great nail art. Also do waxes at reasonable prices.

Loved this place! They did a great job and were very friendly.

I called ahead to schedule a full set and pedicure appointment. When I walked in I greeted everyone but the only ones who looked at me were the customers. I literally had to wait 5 minutes before anyone said anything to me. A man did my nails and I could tell he was annoyed by me because of the way he was acting. I hadn’t gotten my nails done in over 8yrs so it was hard to relax my hand and fingers and he kept jerking my wrist to let me know to relax, rather than say can you please relax. There was a nail shape template on the desks to choose what type of nail shape you wanted. I wanted the coffin/ballerina nails which weren’t on the template so I went with the square. As he was doing my nails, the girl next to me said she wanted the coffin and her nail tech had the nerve to say “yeah, coffin shape is better than square” which totally pissed me off because I figured they only did the shapes they have on the template. The following week I went to have my nails reshaped the way I wanted them.

The lady was sooo nice. I went to another salon and they really messed up my nails poor paint job bad nail shape, I thought I mightve made to much of a big deal when I tried to get them re done at the same place but they refused basically(tips & toes). It turns out that after 2 days my nails were already lifting! So she had to glue them back down & she re shaped my nails exactly how I wanted in the first place. Super great customer service, for a low price too. Probably gonna be my go to salon from now on.

Only 2 small complaints. Dont over book so much and please be able to understand what I want. The language barrier sucks.

I am giving 3 stars. I usually come into this salon as a Walk-In and I expect to be seated with whoever is available or the next, which is fine. What is not fine is when I do make an appointment and I request a particular manicurist I am NEVER seated with that person, I always get the lady that does my nails when I am a Walk-In. (This has happened 3 times now) I am wondering if its because she usually does my nails is why they keep seating me with her or is she calling dibs on me because I tip over 20%, whatever the case, SHE is the reason I want someone else. Shellac is supposed to last upto 3 weeks not upto 6 days which is always the case when this person does my nails. Feeling frustrated because I dont want to go somewhere else.

Never go here, the male shows no caring they cut my fingers 3 times once he was done sat me to dry my nails and he went to the back and didnt come out, so this other lady let me go with wet nails and when I went back to get it redone he mugged me and start talking in their language and finally got it done but from someone else. very very poor customer service I will never go there he didnt even apologies or gave me curtesy discount. I hated this place,

Been going here for years and just told last weekend tbey will no longer do my pedicure because I have psoriasis. Very sad and discriminatory. Do not recommend if you have any kind of skin issues.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. I came in to get a fill and I was treated so terribly and my nails look horrible. The man doing my nails kept shaking his head at me and making unpleasent facial expressions at me because I apparently couldnt relax my hand but I was trying too except he was grabbing my hand really tight. He did this multiple times. On top of that he did a poor job on my nails. I spent $30 on a fill and I asked for the sparkly nail polish but my nails are not sparkly at all and see through and my nails are extremely uneven. After paying him I went outside, he was already out there smoking a ciggerete. Will not be returning.

Always been good for my services when i go in. hope it keeps up, however you always need to make sure these busy places are properly sanitizing the foot baths etc....i am always wondering if things are clean, i have seen other places use items for everyone that should be used only for one person!

I received a gift certificate for a pedicure and when I went in I asked if I could get a full set of nails instead and ust pay the difference, they said no problem, took me right in and did my nails in about 40 minutes! My nails look beautiful and I would definitely recommend them!!! 💅

Stopped to get gift card. The lady said it would be a minute. What would only take 3 minutes. She wanted me to wait till after she finished a set of nails she just started. Want gift card? Dont bother. She is a rude B and does not deserve a business.

This place is overly priced for nothing. I decided to try a new place because Im new to the Gresham area but no, Im driving to Vancouver to go to my original place. Bells nails was a horrible experience 48 for a full set?? No. I paid so much and I still have bubbles on my top coat. And theyre uneven...... Haley

I was refused service for having psoriasis. So disappointing and humiliating.

If I were to rate this based on the first time I would be giving it 1 star. I have gone a total of two times, the second time wasnt bad like the first time (hint:different nail tech, which is what this review will center on.) Ill share both experiences. The star of the first experience is the nail tech! Shout out to man whose name i didnt even bother to ask!I had never done my nails at a salon prior to bells nails, I was with my friend, my sister and my mom, and we made an appointment for later on in the day. I get seated with the next available nail tech, who was none other than the star of this first experience. *sigh* FIRST, from the get go he wasnt nice AT ALL. I was nervous because it was my first time (which I let him not know, and then my friend let him know when she told him off later on.) And he was noticeably impatient, like he wanted to get it over with.SECOND, his performance, on this one every one that went with me can vouch for this. I decided on almond shaped nails based on a photo I saw on Google. However, (and Im not sure this is his fault, just to be clear, I guess different salons have different ways of making specific nail shapes..?? I dont know. My experience is very limited.) they ended up looking more like claws, but heres why Im mentioning this part, when I asked if he could make them a little more round and less pointy he, no joke, looked up and GLARED at me 😂. All I could think was damn, this guy reeeeally hates his job. Nevertheless the nail shaped ended up looking the way he wanted them to. OK. Lets go to the painting, so I ended changing the color two times, and settled on white.Now this part is what puts the icing on the cake, and I feel like I might have been to blame too, since it was my first time I realized afterwards I might have not been very cooperative, and since my friend was sitting next to me getting her nails done too (by Rosey, who was super great and professional and my future nail tech) we were talking and laughing and that might have made it difficult to paint my nails, but this person, instead of kindly telling me or letting me know, please dont do_____. He just kept sighing and shaking his head and looking up to glare at me. (Yeah thatll get you a customer💸💸💸).At this point I was wondering what I was doing wrong and started to feel kind of uncomfterble. So instead of talking with my friend I tried to pay more attention to what he was doing and what I was doing so I didnt mess up again. But there is NO WAY on earth to cooperate with this man! He kept telling me to relax my hand, but then got mad when I did, this ended up taking so much brain power, I was trying to focus so much on my hand, relaxing it and stiffening it trying to observe his reaction to know if I was doing anything wrong. I must not have a good control on my hands because he briskly moved my hands twice. What was happening while he was painting a finger nail, he didnt know how to grab my hand correctly (and I realized that because my current nail tech does know) and I kept relaxing my fingers subconsciously, but i know he just didint want the nails to get ruined. However, he went so far as to yell at me, and all I could do was look in dismay, and my friend next to me who had been watching everything looked his way and told him off, and then he mellowed down and said Ive told her too many times.He stayed quiet the rest of the time didnt look at me, but already I felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. What was supposed to be a comfortable and relaxing experience turned bitter. So when he was done i payed him his dues and I tipped him. But I will NEVER go to this nail tech ever again. In fact, the only reason why I came by again, was because of Rosey who did my friends nails so professional and clean I decided to try again and made an appointment with her and LOVED HER. So NOW, Mr. Huff puff (yeah he smokes RIGHT OUTSIDE OF THE STORE!) can watch me give my money to Rosey who clearly knows how to treats her customers professionally not to mention she was much gentler.

The quality of their work was decent however the man that works here made things very awkward when he kept asking if i was drunk at 11am because i was having trouble picking my polish color. I asked him why he would ask me that, if i seemed off or something and he ignored me from that point on. But now as i sit here to let my toes dry he is extra friendly to his next client who was just a walk in. To say the least he made my experience here very uncomfortable.They also charge extra for everything incuding to have a matte top coat instead of shiny. Ive never been charged extra for that. There is no extra work or extra product being used. I am a licensed cosmologists doing hair and i know the difference between an upsale and a scam.This is also the first review i have ever writen but felt strongly enough about this to take the time to get this out there....
