Wonderful ladies and my nails are always awesome. One time only the polish was too thick and chipped off ... they fixed it without question. I love this place!

I went to get my nails done last week, & when I walked in they treated me horrible & then I showed them a design I wanted and it was no where near the same. And lastly she used that drill thingy and peeled my skin and I was ending up bleeding on 4 of my nails. Oh and then when she was cleaning my nails she took a paper towel and was pulling them rough. Absolutely unprofessional and absolutely disrespectful. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NOT GO THERE IF YOU DONT WANT THE SAME THING TO HAPPEN TO YOU!

Lin was amazing she did my gel pedicure and eyebrow wax i will definitely be coming back here for future services very clean environment.

I get gel polish on real nails. The technical filed my nails down so thin that within a week, all my nails started to break. I have long, strong nails. Not anymore...I got cateye polish. She worked really quick and the job looks terrible. Never going there again

First time getting acrylics and they are beautiful!!! but service was bad.. got yelled at by the lady for a simple mistake.. let’s work on being nicer to customers

They’re normally pretty nice there but every time I’ve gone there I leave with my cuticles feeling very sore and this time I left with a big cut on my cuticle and it was apparently bleeding while she was painting my nails because when she was done I looked and there was dry blood. Always very rushed and rough with the cuticle cutter. Would not recommend going here if you have sensitive toes like me

WORST customer service ever!!!!Sign says walk ins welcome, I sat for 20 minutes chose my color and everything then they finally told me sorry they cant halp me this morning no appointment made. Pretty much i was told to leave.Maybe change your sign guys bad service and advertising..Bad on you!!!DONT GO HERE EVER WITHOUT A APPOINTMENT!!!!!

Mimi and Hannah are THE BEST! My daughter was turning 15 in a couple of days and all the other beauty salons turned us down and she saw us right before they closed they will forever have our business! I wish i can 10 star! Thank you girls for making my daughters day!

It depends on who you get. When I showed them the sides of my nail that weren’t painted there was no apology or acknowledgement. They shaped my nails well. That’s about it.

Nail techs did a good job and it was clean. Everyone was really nice. We had called in to make an appointment and we still waited 45 minutes to be seated on ce we were there. Not many colors to choose from.

They did a great job on my nails but my pedicure was not great. She cut my foot and just kept telling me it was fine. No sorry or anything. I did not realize how bad it was until the next day when I had to stand on my feet all day and it has continued to bleed. I will not be returning.

Went in for a gel polish change, and got charged 30 dollars!! More than it says for a gel manicure, when I expressed how upset I was about this they told me not to come back. Seriously extremely upset with their customer service and lack of communication. Never in my life have a been charged so much for a POLISH CHANGE. Will never come back here again. And I would suggest no one wastes their time with this place.

If i could give 0 stars I would. When I came in they asked me what I wanted but proceeded to talk over me and interrupt me every time I would try and speak. Then when I sat down she tried to use old files and Unsanitized files and tools and when I asked her to get clean new ones she rolled her eyes and gave me extreme attitude. Then after filing she went to soak my nails in a bowl of the nastiest, Murky, discolored water I’ve ever seen. When I asked her if other peoples hands have been in it she said yes, and again when I asked for fresh CLEAN water she rolled her eyes and gave me more attitude. Also when she was trimming my cuticles she left me with a huge cut that was so deep it took more than 10 minutes to stop bleeding. It was so hard to get myself to actually pay for this BS. I could have done a better job at home and it definitely would have been cleaner and safer. Needless to say she didn’t get a tip from me, I won’t be returning and I’d never recommend this place to anyone!

Asked for shellac manicure. was given a simple manicure and charged for shellac. I told her I only got 3 coats of nail polish and she insisted it was shellac. and Ive been there several times for a shellac.. prices on the wall dont match what you actually pay for. cheats.. wouldnt recommend anyone going there and if you do and youre new, pay attention to what youre getting charged..

First time going there, had an appointment and didn’t get going till 40 mins later. Water was cold. They were obviously making fun of me with each other lol it was embarrassingly obvious. I left my hydro flask there and my husband went to go get it and they told him it wasn’t there and saw it sitting on the table, just poor customer service. Will not be going again. Pedicure itself was good tho. Just doesn’t mean much when everything else sucks.

I brought my mom and mother in law. We all had pedicures.The visit was was relaxing and well enjiyed.The only improvement would ce that the gals would talk to us and not amongst themselves in their own language to make it more personable.

Had my nails done with my mom. The lady cut my finger, poured some blue stuff on it to stop the bleeding, two days later still sore! Went to dinner, washed my hands and the thumbnail polish slid off. Went back and they were kind enough to repair my shallacked nail. But damn, that slice out of my finger from her scissors is still hurting.

TERRIBLE PLACE. first time visiting. Had a scheduled apt and had to wait over 40 mins to sit. The water was cold and the jets did not work. Customer service was good from the lady at the front door but the employee who did mine and my sisters were both rude. Then we got a mani. I left with 4 fingers bleeding and swollen. It hurt for 3 days. The polish job was terrible, I could see streaks everywhere. I will never go again and I highly recommend somewhere else. I really dont like leaving bad reviews but this was definitely a must.

Last times Ive been it hasnt been best like meme but other than that I leave with cuts and stuff and never all the way happy about nails push to get different nails and dont always listen to what I want I say tips and she did full color nails. Not meme different person just at this place.confusing on prices at times as well

The lady who did my pedicure who wears her hair in a ponytail did nothing but rush the service, rude, kept poking me and as soon as she was done she ran to be on her phone and didn’t tell me how much time to wait for my nails to dry. I had to ask her myself, twice because she was to busy being in her phone. Left her NO tip.
