I had an appointment, they had an opening sooner and called which made happy. This was my first time there and Ill continue going there. It was clean, the staff were friendly, they knew what they were doing and did a really good job!

First timer at this salon, and Im nothing short of impressed. Very relaxing, clean environment, COVID safety measures in place. Service was meticulous and thorough, they certainly take their time, and definitely worth the money for the service. Hot wax, hot towels, hot stones: all my favs. Definitely would recommend.

I had an appointment at 3 but ended up leaving 30 minutes after the fact. My mom went with me and was taken right back at 3. I left another overbooked salon for this one and it looks like Tony is also way overbooking. Not happy at all and will be telling everyone i know!

This is my absolute favorite salon thus far. They are amazing, caring, and decently priced. They are gentle and can keep a conversation going as well as entertaining. A very welcoming environment. Im very hard to please and they went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Kim, Tony, Emily or Loan. They are amazing and do great work. I will absolutely be returning. Eh the place is alright. First time I was there one of my gel nails popped off within a week and they fixed it. I was there last night getting a fill showed a picture of what I wanted and definitely looks nothing like the picture. They are cute but October is baby loss awareness month and they were supposed to be ombré pink and blue... they are just ombré blue and clear with sparkles (did not ask for sparkles) both times Emily cut my finger (first time my thumb last night one of my fingers) and my pinky nail broke getting dressed today. So (yet again) I have to go back to have it fixed.

I went in and specifically asked if he could do a simple flame design on my nails and I showed a picture, and he said yes. I continued to ask 4 more times if he was sure he could do the design and he answered yes each time. then when it came to when he painted my nails i showed him the picture again so he knew what he was doing and then he said he couldnt do the design and the girl that did designs wasnt here today. So I had to get simple colored nails that I didnt want. dont say you can do something if you cant do it bruh🤦🏼‍♀️.

Friendly people. Nails were done with lots of patience and I am happy with the results. Luan I think I am not saying her name right, did a cute flower design on my big toes. I would like to see the tools stations more clean.

So happy to have found this little gem in my neighborhood!Kathy My technician was so amazing! I got a gel fill and she was super fast but also did a great job. Probably one of the best sets I have ever gotten. She def knows what shes doing and I also love that have a guarantee and you can come back within a week if you have a chips/ breaks. Ill definitely be returning! They have a great color choice and also have all the chrome and holographic colors. So happy I now have my regular spot. Def call ahead to get in with them. Seems like they have same day availability but it does fill up fast. Thanks Kathy!

This place is hands down the best nail salon Ive been to in the city. Lucky for me, my boyfriend lives in the area and I happened to find this spot while walking the dog.I saw Kim, she is very friendly and accommodating but what impressed me is the quality of her work. Im very picky when it comes to nails. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and both came out perfect! Kim was meticulous from start to finish. She took her time to make sure they looked PERFECT! I cant stop starring at my nails. HAHA! I am definitely coming back here!!!!!

The owner tony does a great job every time i get a fill. the only thing that is frustrating is when i call to make an appointment and each time i show up to my appointment i’m still having to wait because he’s helping somebody else. i understand having to wait a few minutes but sometimes it’s been 20-30 minutes past my appointment time.

Bella nails is an amazing nail salon! They always do an amazing job and never rush through a gel manicure 🙂 Kim is the absolute best! She applies thin coats so the manicure is more shiny and lasts a lot longer. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went in for SNS pink & white and Kathy did an amazing job. I keep getting compliments on how good my nails look. She is very great at what she does. Shes also funny and down to earth. Ask for Kathy next time you go to this place I promise you will be satisfied!

I finally found the place that does awesome job! I was trying so hard to find a nail salon that does great nail design for almost 3 years and this is it. Kim definitely knows what shes doing and very professional, perfectionist! I brought a picture of the design I want to do and she did it so fabulously! I am definitely going back to Kim!

I have gone here multiple times and the first couple of times Ive been very satisfied. The next visit the lady did my toes first and cut my cuticle on three toes and then she did my fingers and cut me three times! On the bright side, their deluxe pedis are very good and worth their money.

They do an okay job but Bells Nails is better. Dont get them confused.

I went to this salon to get my nails done and the woman that was doing them kept eating food and looking away while doing them. The top of every nail is shaven down so far that they look cracked, she also cut 4 of my fingers. I am not happy with my experience at all.

I have been going to Bella Nails since they opened. I was so happy to know a new, nice nail salon was opening in my neighborhood. Kim has been my technician from day 1 and I would not trade her for the world! Kim has an eye for colors and makes the best recommendations for products. She takes her time and gets it right the first time. If Kim is on vacation Tony is your technician. Visit Bella Nails, you will not be disappointed!

Its my wedding tomorrow, Im a long time client with mindy, but she was all booked. So Kathy did my nails this time, and Kim did my pedi! They are amazing!! Kathy is very patient and detailed! Absolutely know what she was doing! Enjoyed her work very much! This place is even cuter! Like little boutique shop! Its extremely relaxing and calm here. The prices are fair for the level of artisan service you can expect. Recommend highly for those visiting Gresham or that live here, too! Love love love! 10 stars if I could!

My second visit to Bella Nails for a pedicure. The excellent technician Kim who did my first pedicure wasnt available so Kim did my pedicure. 5 star excellent job. I couldnt be happier to have found this great salon!

I went here for the first time today, and got a powder dip mani and regular pedi. I did a mani and pedi and my nails look fantastic! Very basic spot with friendly service. I will be back.

This place is horrible! If could give it a zero I would!!! I went in there and said full set acrylic and they kept asking me for more money. They said five dollars more for my length of nails that’s bull. I specifically told them that I wanted regular paint and they kept saying oh no just get shellac. They made my friends nail bleed and did super horrible! Some of my nails are crooked and not how I asked them to be. I put sparkles on top of my nails and when she started putting the sparkles on there is another paint color on the brush and she kept going . I don’t recommend this place they are very disrespectful and don’t know what they’re doing 😓

First time at the salon to get a pedicure and was truly disappointed. The nail tech seat me in the chair forgot about me, water was cold then to top it off she used someone else file, buff, and got ready to use a pumice on my feet and then I had to say stop. I told her this is so unsanitary and she still did get the message. Acting like it was all ok. Then she asked do you want a new nail kit? And I said why you did ask me in the beginning she said well most people say no I said I’m not most people and I’m good. This was not a good first impression and I want go back.

If I could give half a star I would. I had a gift certificate from a friend to go get my nails done here. I went in and the place looked clean and nice, but when I sat down I found that the looks are nice, but everything else is horrible. The man who did my nails was Tony and he was very rough with my nails, plus I asked if they would shape my nails almond and he said sure. I sat there through the pain, and I asked him to cut my nails a little short and he didnt. He asks me to go wash my hands and I come back and say I am sorry you said you could shape my nails He replied We only do one shape. I got over that, but he was about to paint and so I asked Can you please make them shorter? he said I will after paint So he paints them, than asks me to put my nails under the light, and smudges them in the process so I ask him to fix it and he says Later. So my nails are done drying and he grabs my nails and cuts them, so now the have ridged edges and no polish on the ends, he has already had me pay at this point, but I wanted to be happy with my nails. I confront another nail tech and he sys that she will fix them, but Tony interrupted us to say my nails were done. I asked him Could you please fix this smudge? His only response was that their are a lot of people waiting. So I left and will never go back. I am not going to have to go tot a different nail salon to get these ugly nails fixed.

The gel nails were not cured properly so they flowed under the top coat. The manicurist do not understand what you want and are quite abrupt. I will not be returning to this place.

Went here once. The man had caused me to bleed while filing my nail bed and his solution was to put super glue on it. Not only that, but I had come home without them filing the underside of my finger nails so they were very jagged under my fingernails. And Tony himself was very rough with my hands and it was just an overall bad experience and I would not recommend coming here.

Fantastic no-chip mani! I called last minute and they were able to squeeze in my cousin and I. Very clean, fun and personable staff. The mani lasted three full weeks. Cannot wait to go back!

Horrible nail shop. I came in for a fill and left out with crooked, uneven, bumpy nails. I told the nail tech who did my nails that I was dissatisfied with my nails. Her response was “ sorry you don’t like your nails but we have a long line of people waiting”, indicating that she wouldn’t be able to do anything to fix my nails. When I went home I called the manager to let him know of my dissatisfaction. His response was to call back tomorrow because everyone was going home. I called back the next day and another tech answered the phone and told me that the manager was not in today and that they were too busy to help me. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My girlfriend went here once to get her nails done. She asked for long nails got short squared nails. She called, they let her know she could come back and get them fixed but when she returned the entire staff ganged up on her yelling she was lieing and it was her fault in front of the all other customers. A customer service business with zero customer service.

Dont go here! Made an appt. for 3 pedicures, two were started and the third was started 50 minutes later and all 3 finished at the same time. Cuticles werent cut and feet were still rough when left.

I just left with my toe nails a mess! I asked for a french with 2 colors on my toes and finger nails. I was told several times they could do it. I found out after they started soaking my nails they only had 1 person that could do it. There were 7 techs working. They advertise on the website that they do special designs. It was abig waste of time and i have a mess that I am going have to fix myself. Very frustrating!!!

This was the first time we have ever been here. My 18 year old took my 11 year old for mani and pedis. My kids came back with torn fingers from them filing. They also told me that the people working there were mean to them. Last time they go and very disappointed that they were trying to have a sister day.
