Ive received an official renewal offer from this office signed personally by Mike Young. His yearly renewal offer was in the $300 dollars range. My current yearly home insurance premium is $820. I was like Wow! Im going to save a lot if I switch to this guy!. So, one day I was rushing to his office and... surprise! His son informed me since my house is not brand new (he couldnt pull the claim card with me since we dont have any claims) our premium would be $720. Thats a huge jump! Mike, let me inform you I did some research and average discount in the USA for brand new house home insurance is 35%. So, youre playing the old bait and switch game. Im an owner of HVAC company. Mike, let me ask you, If I advertise on the newspaper brand new furnace installed for $1000 and you call me and ask me to install it for you but in the end I give you the bill for $2500 (the real price) how would you feel? Shame on you and the way how you teach your son!

Very easy to make changes to policies, choices available to reduce rates (discount for auto-pay renewals.) The automatic shelter-in-place refunds on auto insurance were very convenient.

After 33 years of being with Allstate, they cancelled my policies bc I had moved and had not received my billing statement. Gee, they found the address to send cancellation notice!

This has been my agency for years! Extremely knowledgeable in the industry and customer service has been top notch. What sold me with this agency was when shopping for new insurance, I asked for many different types of insurance quotes, and the areas they were not competitive they referred me to other agencies. This type of honesty in a commission based industry is top notch. Super Impressed!!!

Transferred due to Military Orders, had paid for my insurance for the full year (to get the $5 rebate). Did the correct thing and transferred my insurance to the new state when I arrived here and paid for the new policy in full. Call this jerk and cancelled my policy (which had 5 months left on it) and was told that their was no refund because it was not transferred. Then he talked to me like I was an idiot on the phone trying to explain to me that his years of experience as an Agent he has never had someone not just finish out the policy then start a new one.. Save yourself and go elsewhere, THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mike I hope that you enjoy that extra money that you took from me...
