I stopped in the office and Kimberly Tester went above and beyond to help me w/ a claim and also provided valuable insight to our current policy. She was extremely knowledgeable about the policy info and how to receive any available discounts...she made me feel a lot more comfortable w/ our insurance needs and coverage!

All State has denied a hail damage claim on my roof. There is even clear damage on the sides of the house from the hail. Every house surrounding me and many in the neighborhood have just had roofs replaced or still being replaced under insurance claims with other companies, but All State says mine is the only one that just had some wind damage. il.So there must be a bubble surrounding this house that I am unaware of. The agent didnt respond at all and still has not returned my call (Manworren is the name on the policy). I would say a better motto is NO Hands not Good Hands.

I use their pay as you go feature and love the no hassel payment option. Good value for a great price.

The number one priority for me is to be able to speak to a live person if and when I need help and the Jeffrey Heidelberger agency has always been available to me whenever I call or email them in a very timely manner.

I dreaded reporting an accident however, your staff were superb in taking care of everything. I was expecting itd take at least a couple of hours with the paperwork, pictures, etc but I was finished in about an hour thanks to the staffmember.
