Jim did not get anything correct after buying insurance I switched agents. Jim, I beg your pardon, my husband purchased insurance friday on bus conversion that youve totally messed up the policy and charged double what progressive is quoting who you wrote it through. remember us now, I know we do have a policy you charged my husbands card, but we will have a new agent in 9 days per indiana law. youve already been notified by the new agent they say. you are very unprofessional and well never refer anyone to your office.

I went to his office Wednesday 8-7-2019 to make him my agent instead of who I was going thru. Found out i didn have the insurance I thought i had on my bike so he fixed that and fixed my insurance on my truck saving me money. Im going back next week 8-16 to finish the paperwork
