I had the most awesome experience at your dental office today. Had a tooth extraction didnt feel any pain during the procedure. Hats off to Dr Haley who was just amazing. Also to Wanda her assistant. Everything was so special from the receptionist at the front until I was finished. I want to Thank you all for making a dreaded experience be such a blessing. Please continue on this path and you will have more customers than you can handle. Great Job!

I was surprised how quick I was able to make an appointment and it was a Saturday at 8:15am. I was treated very nice, I was given options on my care that I could afford and a opportunity to finance my care due to my long term needs. Everyone I dealt with I felt they all shared personal stories with me during my conversations with each. The Dr was very informative and knowledgeable . I did have to ask for my option with him to get what I was looking as he already had a cheaper option in his mind.( well at least he was thinking about trying to save me money). But was friendly and jumped right into what I could expect and what he had to do to do implants. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Greenville NC.

All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I especially am glad to have Constance- DA and Dr. Shaikh, my dentist, helping me with adjusting to my new dental health.needs. Kudos to Aspen Dental.

Dentist was very caring, very informative & seemed to know what he was doing/talking about!! Assistants made me feel rt. at home, always checking on me & telling me what was going to happen next, in the process. Although it was my 1st time visiting Aspen Dental office, I would recommend to others to check into them as a primary Dentist. I was very pleased!

I would reccomend Aspen dental 100%. The staff are very nice. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. They explained everything to me very well and included all my different options. I called and they got me in the same day.

Im absolutely disgusted with the billing practices that this business uses. I would give 0 stars if I could. After initially being approved for financing we decided that it would be better to pay for the whole thing ourselves which we were told we would be able to do. So after paying for an $1800+ procedure out of pocket and not using the financing option at all. We were billed a whole 1100 dollars more. This $1100 is the extra we would have had to pay if we went through their lender which is why we decided out of pocket was better. Now halfway through the process we were told we still owe 1100 dollars. When asked why the reasoning we were given is that basically we are paying what they had preemptively charged the financing company before anything had even began. So because of their greed we are left with a 1100 tab and a halfway finished procedure even though we had paid for everything we were responsible for.

Aspen has some of the best people! I called for my husband cause he had an emergency with a broken wisdom tooth and of course it had to happen on a holiday weekend! One office wasnt able to fit us in the the very nice receptionist call a different office and they got him in and pulled the tooth!Very nice staff I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Very friendly staff all around. They all were very personable. They have a knowledgeable hygienist and Doctor. I felt like I was in great hands as soon as I sat in the chair. The hygienist constantly checked on me during my deep cleaning. I have visited many dentists over the years but now Dr. Carroll will be the one I stick with. I have already referred several of my friends. He is great.

Careful with this location. Nice dentist and support staff but questionable billing practices.Paid for the service at the end of my visit and then a few months later Im notified that I have a balance due. Staff was unable to figure out where that charge came from. It was left that sometimes things get added after the fact. Um... strange.

The people were very friendly and helpful. I will say the prices for dentures were insanely high. I believe there are lower cost options available but those were not offered to me. Dental insurance does not normally pay a lot and has a low cap. Be prepared to apply for financing or have a bit of money.

I used to love Aspen Dental. But since moving to NC, and going to the Greenville office for a denture repair today...Before ever even speaking to me about what the actual issue is, Dr. Carol immediately wanted to sell me a new set of dentures. I said No I wasn’t ready for that right now. And THEN tried to explain the small chip in one of the front teeth that I wanted repaired. He went and got a lab technician who also immediately said “nope, I’d have to put a whole new tooth in there”. When I asked about it matching they were quick to say it won’t match, they don’t make teeth shorter like mine. Another words I would have one longer tooth in the front.They had no desire to work with me but instead, only wanted to make money selling a new set of dentures. I was almost in tears upset when the Dr told me to lower my voice and threatened to call the police on me. Why? Because I was beginning to cry because I was upset? He then tried to have me escorted out of the office WITHOUT my daughter who was in another room about to have her teeth cleaned. I WAS NOT leaving without my 8 year old daughter! Then he said he will NOT be allowing my daughters teeth to be cleaned. And we are not to come back to that office. (My husband who has never been there was scheduled for next month, he told me he was not welcome there as well) This man is the FURTHEST from caring OR professional! And HOW DARE he threaten to call the police and have me removed without my daughter. Why not take a moment and explain things to an upset patient? Rather then just refuse to say anything. Other than If I don’t buy all new dentures I will have a horse tooth in the front of my current one that won’t match. He didn’t care. I guess he saw that I wasn’t going to be an easy target to sell to, and wanted me gone.

The staff is very professional. My first visit, 18 x-rays were taken of my teeth. They also used tools in my mouth to determine if I needed anything done besides a cleaning. I thought they were being very thorough. I went in for my second visit today to have my teeth cleaned. Kaylee cleaned my teeth and she did an excellent job. So far I have enjoyed my experience here.Cindy

They have state of the art equipment and their knowledge on new techniques in dentistry helped me save my teeth and get the ones that needed to be fixed done in the best way possible. The Hygienist, Kaylee, cleaned my teeth so well that I walked out with a whole different set of clean teeth than the set I had when I walked in. Dr. Carroll did an amazing job by fixing my gap that I have been so self conscious about and now my teeth went from being neighbors to living in the same house. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely gave me a confidence boost for sure.

This office as well as several other offices have mistreated its customers. Lynda Nielsen is my mother. Dr Carol has tried to separate my mother and sister for raising her voice. They tried to replace her dentures with teeth that werent like hers and she was told told too bad then had the police called and told she WILL leave without her daughter (my sister) our family is in the process of suing. Please avoid this office at all costs

I went in to have my 2 top wisdom teeth removed 😐 I was in and out in 35min and the dr was very gentle and I didnt feel any pain. It literally took him 5min to pull both. I was so impressed!! I will be back for more work and I will definitely be recommending Aspen Dental to others. Also, their prices are the cheapest Ive seen.

Quick fast and professional. I had two extractions. Appointment was 1:30 . I was done by 2:00!

The Staff especially the person who performed the X-ray was very knowledgeable. Everything was good until I got the quote of the procedures. $5,000 out of pocket and this is an in network Provider. Just a teeth cleaning will be $80. Normally it’s free with my former dentist so I’ll have to go somewhere else these procedures are just to costly for the time we’re living in!!

I visited many dental clinics in my day; but low & behold Aspen is the 1st Clinic that took me thru the process of evaluating EVERYTHING that needed to be done:My 1st appointment was on March 29th, 2021 at the Greenville, NC location. 1st the gum check, next EXTENSIVE X-rays especially on the « problem » areas, then gave me the option to pay a very minimal fee to pay for cancer checks & since I’m a smoker that was huge! That (which is yearlly) is for unlimited checks & they checked intensive with radiation lights & all. Then finally, the Dr came in a throughly examined my mouth, using the X-rays to determine everything I needed done. He also gave me options for the cheaper way out but I refused « cheap » when it cones to my mouth.Then lastly I talked to the person that runs insurance & was given the amount my insurance would pay(( which was huge; like $13,000!) which left me with an affordable out of pocket fee. I even qualified for their Dental credit!!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 This process was Outstanding because I like to know EVERYTHING I need & how much EVERYTHING will cost & not the guessing game. So I highly recommend ASPEN DENTAL CLINIC. Oh, and I forgot to mention the Staff is super friendly & professional.

They got me an appt way sooner than any other place around, moved it up 2 days for me due to overwhelming pain, and were able to pull my bad tooth that day. Super helpful, friendly, and professional. Was in so much pain I literally couldnt stop crying and they were v kind.

I took my daughter in for a Dentist to look at her tooth that was aching. They charged my $119.00 because it was her first visit and it was mandatory for her to get a cleaning. I just needed her tooth that was hurting to be assisted. They told me they were not able to help her and later that night her tooth had an abscess and gave her excruciating pain more than when we initially came in for. However, the staff was nice and the facility was new and they didnt have tools to assist children. I feel like I was ripped off for my money for something that didnt get fixed.

Took my son here today with the hopes of getting his teeth cleaned and determine why he is having pain in his tooth. It literally says what the prices are only. What a joke over $400 to not do anything. $179 for a teeth cleaning because he is under the age of 21 but it says that no where on the website. Thanks for nothing!!!

Didnt tell me their long expensive list of procedures had to be done for all patients before examining & xraying the tooth I went in for that was hurting. Everyone had to get someone else to tell them how to do each job. From xrays to paperwork. Dr. Carroll didnt tell me who he was,I had to ask, & he couldnt interpret the xrays. Ive been in the medical field for 40 years, I know. The hygienist said she was going to educate me!!!
