Dr. Gould is amazing. Always goes over and above. Very particular about getting things right. He is very personable. And his assistant, Stacey is so knowledgeable! They work so well together.

The staff is great to work with and I always feel that I am getting the best advice and care from Dr. Gould.

Dr. Gould and his staff at Trail West Family Dentistry could not have been better. They were very accommodating and professional. I had a root canal today and was really dreading it. Once they were done, I wished I would have done it a long time ago. Just a side note, the lady at the front desk is one of the genuinely sweetest people I have ever met in my life. Staff was extremely friendly as usual and worked me in the next day to allow dental procedure to happen Although I had to come in for a repeated service, dentist along with hygienist worked together to educate/train another hygienist on this procedure. A great experience!

Dr Gould did a great job. I’ve been going there for years. Dr. Terry Willis is a friend and a great dentist. All the staff is the same. Dr. Gould had to replace a filling today and Debbie did a teeth cleaning. Gould is great giving a shot. Never felt it! I will go thee until I don’t care anymore.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Gould. I went in with a dental emergency and i am grateful I was able to get in especially considering it was a Friday. The staff was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. When I saw Dr. Gould he assessed my situation and fixed me right up. I will definitely reccomend him and hope to get future dental work done there!!

I went in to this office anxious,nervous and pre judging the staff. From before I could fully step into the front office all the way through my appointment and cleaning and figuring out my plan and which way to go they were on top of their game and didnt judge me on what has and was going on with my mouth tmj and teeth. For the first time in years Ive felt comfortable and uplifted my the staff and dr gould. I LOVE this office! I have never liked a dentist until now. I originally had Dr. Willis and now I have Dr. Gould, both are very genuine and gentle! The ladies from Kim at the front desk to Angie (one of the hygienist) are all very sincere and helpful! Everyone there is open minded and trying to see your/the best vision for your teeth!

It’s worth the drive across town for the excellent care I receive here. The staff know me by name and get me through my visit efficiently. I can’t imagine a better dental practice!

While out of town on vacation, I developed a tooth ache that would not let up. Desperate, I called my dentist office on a Saturday to have them call me to make an appointment for me as soon as I was back in town. To my surprise I received a return call, later on that Saturday. I gave my symptoms and Kim had Dr Gould call me in a prescription. I love having a dental practice who genuinely cares about you.

Dr Gould let me know everything he was doing and what I would feel. Super nice, all the dental and office staff is professional and courteous. Very happy to be with them.

This office is awesome! Called to get appt wit a broken tooth on Friday afternoon and was given an apt on Mon afternoon. Told to call of I had pain over the weekend and someone was on call and would help. Dr Gould fixed me up with a new crown that very afternoon! Thankfully there was a cancellation which gave him the time it took! I am a happy, faithful patient!
