Today, I decided to incur the dreaded expense of replacing the cracked screen on my IPhone 11 Pro. DJ checked me in and said he would have the repair completed in an hour or so. When I returned, he told me it was my lucky day and that my screen wasn’t cracked, only the screen protector. When I asked him the charge for his service, he said there was no charge. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of DJ and would certainly return to his location should I need repair services in the future.

I’m not sure I even understand what just happened other than it was a great experience. Brought my sons phone in the week before and the microphone wasn’t working. It was late afternoon and they needed more time so Brian I believe told me to come back on Monday and I’d get a 15% discount for the inconvenience. Didn’t return for a week, not expecting the 15% discount but i mentioned it and it was honored. I returned a few hrs later and the part that they thought needed to be replaced wasn’t necessary so the price was half off. They still charged $45 for a cleaning so the mic did work afterwards. So I only paid for he also labor but threw in a beautiful Bluetooth speaker for free! I was blown away by the gesture. The speaker is quality as well! This type of generosity and honesty is not usually seen in my experience! Freaking awesome service! Thanks CRP!!!

I took my phone in for a battery change and then Jared comes to the car and says that he broke my screen and has to order one & that it will be in Tuesday but my phone is fine --No apology, no nothing....I get it home and the phone wont even go to home screen and of course they are not open on weekends....do not go here...

Ok, I’ve always taken care in protecting my expensive electronics. I use high quality cases and ballistic glass which have saved me many times. Well one day my iPhone XS screen wasn’t responding even without having any cracks or anything. It’s a mystery, and I hate it but I had to get it fixed as my phone was unusable. Anyways, I looked into fixing it at apple- 300. Nope. Looked at fixing it myself, but the parts and labor are already over 100 dollars, and apparently its much more technically challenging than older iPhones. I wasn’t going to risk it. Here, 179.99 (as of 2020) with some insurance if something goes wrong. I’m planning to return to get the so called “liquid glass” upgrade (+40 ish) which comes with even better insurance and protection. DJ really is the man. He’s a nice and professional guy and he mentioned he used to be a bouncer (makes sense, the guy is a giant). I told him how well people spoke about him in the reviews and he got kinda bashful and said he doesn’t read reviews. Since he doesn’t read reviews, I’ll just say that he’s a nice, professional, and humble guy. I highly recommend him. His two coworkers were also very polite, informative, and accommodating. They have a sanitation unit in the lobby and stickers for social distancing. They try to limit the number of people in the store lobby to 4-5 which I appreciated. You can walk in, but I’d suggest you make an appointment just in case. It took about an hour to switch my screen, and I just sat in the lobby ate lunch and watched the Netflix move they were playing. Not too bad.

I had to replace a phone I had for 7 years. I loved that phone. I go by your place everyday. So I decided to stop. That is when I meet Justin. He is extraordinary. He was the most patient and knowledge person I have ever dealt with about phones. He helped me select the perfect phone. I could not have gotten it set up correctly without him. I visited the store yesterday to get my screen replaced on a 1st generation Google Pixel XL, and thought yesterday evening and this morning about the ROI for having an old phones screen replaced vs. replacing the phone itself. Went in the to get a new screen protector. Mr. Justin Timmerman was very helpful. He went over all the different types of protection for my phone. Very professional and thorough. I would not recommend. Wish I had now paid extra for factory screen from Apple Store. Quality of CPR replacement iPhone 6S screen is very poor. I asked when I was inquiring in person about the quality and the guy told me he knew of no one ever having problems with the aftermarket screens. That should have been a red flag. Lasted two days. Before my case arrived in the mail, the phone vibrated off my night stand one time and fell two feet to crack multiple places. I would have more respect if they had been honest and upfront with me. Might have even still repaired it with them and bought case with them. They never offered. Won’t go back.

My phone is fixed and DJ the technician was friendly and professional. I hope I dont need to go back, but if I do I know it will be a positive experience.

Jared replaced my screen and put on a protector in less than an hour, location is great and convenient, costs 100$ to fix your iPhone 7. Definitely recommend, even if I hope I never have to come back.

The place is decent enough if youre in a bind to repair devices. Turn around time is relatively quick, but as theres usually just one guy, it can take some time to get seen. Prices are high so be ready for that.

The technician made a brief attempt to solve the problem and then said that I would need to purchase a new phone.Then I went to CPR where DJ tried unsuccessfully to fix it, but said he could order a part and repair for $70. Price was reasonable for a screen replacement on an iPhone and they provide accurate estimates online. They got it done within an hour including a Zagg liquid screen protector. Unfortunately the phone seemed to glitch out over Memorial Day Weekend and I was without a phone for a few days; black screen and unresponsive. I took it to another location in Anderson that was more convenient for me that week, and they took it back in no questions asked (except my name and number). I wasnt told what the problem was however (also forgot to ask, tbf), so Im left only to imagine it was something that could have been avoided during the first op, but I am pleased with their lifetime warranty included on the repairs. Thankful for this business and fundamentally the speed and convenience of service! You cant even count on getting an appointment at Apple in the same calendar month, much less walk-in and out in an hour at multiple locations. Support Right to Repair!

I came in because my audio connector and speakers wouldnt play any sounds, my vibration had stopped working, and my charging port was shutting off intermittently. Ritchie was the technician who assisted me; not only did he accurately diagnose the issue, he tried his best to fix it. Unfortunately, while his repair was successful at first, it continued to have issues and had to be taken to the Apple Store. They agreed with his diagnosis, which was that the system board was shorting out the other sound board. It was, unfortunately, a complete wash for the phone and it had to be replaced. You win some, you lose some, but ultimately its the personal experience you remember. Ritchie was very personable and professional, and I would definitely take any of my devices back to him for repair.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My iPhone screen was shattered to the point that you could see inside the phone. DJ was kind enough to not make fun of me for messing up my phone so badly and got a new screen and glass protector installed in an hour. They told me if i got the liquid defense that was $50 more that my phone 99% won’t break easy . a week after getting it fixed i dropped it once and it shattered. not worth it at all . and when we went to the the guarantee it didn’t work . i rate this place a big 0 .
