The employees are great they greet as u come in. I go here to pay my phone bill anything I need help with like if my phone is not working right they will fix it.

I took my phone there yesterday. Here is an honest review....First of all, let me say that I feel that the customer service at this place was good. They were nice to me. I put a deposit of half down to have my screen repaired and then brought my phone back to get fixed when it came in. I was told it would take an hour to repair, I was there before they opened to drop it off, at 10 a.m. I returned at 11 a.m. and was told my phone wasnt done. I sat there until 11:45 and the owner told me that since I had to go to work soon, he would drop the phone off at my job. He never did that and I called back around 4:00 to see if the phone was ready and was told it was.When I returned to the store the owner was picking out a case, I was wondering why. He then told me that after they repaired the screen he accidentally pushed down on the corner of the top of my phone and cracked the newly repaired screen. He told me that the screen would be replaced for a second time for free, but I needed my phone, so he told me to take it back any time and the screen would be repaired for free since he cracked it.Overall, I would recommend this place again. Yes, the owner did crack my screen after it was repaired, but he offered to replace it for free and gave me a free case. I dont think this is a usual occurrence and feel that under normal circumstances, the average person would have a great experience with this place.

This place never disappoints me. Got my husbands phone screen fixed at a place in Jacksonville and they completely messed up his phone. Was at a loss and we came here and they found the problem within 2 minutes. They are so nice and respectful. The prices are amazing and I’ll never go anywhere else again but here.

Went here twice. They tried to finesse me both times. Did not even fix my phone after I paid. They just replaced the screen. It was laggy and home button didn’t work. After I’ve already paid and they’ve more given my phone back. They said it’ll be extra to fix my home button now. Went in to get my screen and camera fixed they fixed my screen but didn’t do a good job with it and they didn’t do anything to my camera plus they stole my phone’s battery and replaced it with an old one that didn’t work and they over charged & the estimated time they gave me was 2 hours and they took 5!!! I absolutely do not recommend anyone go here!!

Went a month or so ago to fix my iPhone 7 screen, had spots and was shattered! They fixed it easy and quickly within an hour, screen works great, screen protector was high quality too, I dropped it and the screen protector was cracked bad but when I took it off the screen was fine! Great place overall, would do business again.

Came to this store because I heard they have fast and cheap phone screen fixings. Cheap is exactly what a got as a new phone screen. The coloring when using the screen was significantly different and when using the touch part it would lag. I dropped my phone after getting it fixed with a case on it and the bottom left of my phone cracked. A couple days later the same thing happened where I accidentally dropped my phone and it didnt crack more, but I am unable to touch and use the phone screen. I went back into the store and asked for a refund or if I could get it fixed for free because I never had any of these issues with my original phone screen before. They said the best they could do was give me 10% off them fixing it. I told them and said I am not going to waste my money here again on cheap phone screens that crack in an instance.

Came in for a iPhone 6 screen repair phone was fixed within 30 minutes and was very satisfied with the results. The price was also good too 42.79 for the repair and the staff had very good customer service and very friendly

Took iPhone in for a glass repair and they broke the handset speaker. Now iPhone only works on speakerphone. Accidents happen but they lied and said it was broken when dropped. Phone work fine before they broke it. Very unhonest business and not very friendly. I recommend avoiding these guys.

I took my iPhone 8 plus here to get the screen repaired. Whoever installed the replacement did a terrible job, as it cracked in two places from not being installed correctly which therefore continued to crack and rendered my phone useless again until I can get it repaired. At least provide a warranty to replace what you mess up!
