Had a computer that I custom built that was not working. I thought it was a motherboard issue and sought there help confirming it. Turns out my monitors are old and everything was fine. They ended up fixing the timing on my memory because it was off (I would have never known), charged me less than they originally quoted, and offered some advice for how to get even more performance out of my system. Highly recommend.

Called to see if they had a used desktop, they didnt which was no big deal. I asked about parts and got a run down with prices, a little high, what made me uncomfortable was when i said I wasnt interested in a gigabyte mo-bo as those are almost impossible for usb os installs. The lady on the phone immediately said i had to be doing it wrong andnamed off the three ways i had already been attempting i just said great Ill try those thanked and hung up. Ill just look elsewhere.
