I REALLY recommend coming here to get your computer/laptop fixed! Very professional and very true to word. I brought my macbook for a screen repair which apple quoted me for $650 and would take around a month to be fixed while A Plus Computers was able to do everything in 4 days for a way better deal which beat all competitors. The repair was very well done and I am very happy with the results. 6/5 stars ⭐️

They fixed my computer around a year ago (Feb 2020) but opened sensitive/private photos on my computer. I first realized this at the store when I saw the “most recently viewed files” which had all been opened/viewed before the store opened at 7AM before I picked up my computer. My computer was broken for several months, so it’s not possible these files were opened by anyone else except an employee at A Plus Computers.I was super embarrassed/ashamed and did not feel comfortable reaching out to them because I have no idea who had viewed my photos. I am also worried that they may be saving these photos of me and anyone else who has their computer repaired. I felt extremely violated that a local computer repair shop would do this.I took screenshots of my “recently viewed files” folder when I got home and still have it saved with the time stamps.Women or anyone: protect your sensitive information.Attaching proof I was a customer:Edit: The owner’s response tells you everything you need to know about the professionalism at A Plus Computers. Obviously there is no benefit for me to make this up- I’m just posting my experience to warn other women to proceed with caution. Do not trust your private information with them!

I got a screen replaced yesterday. Lowest price around and shortest wait time. Very professional service and he even gave me a quick operating lesson. Highly recommended.

I had my computer repaired here and when I turned on my computer, I saw that a bunch of my old photos were recently viewed in the quick access menu 😤edit: I had my friend take in my computer so the repair/appointment was probably done under their name.

Long story short, my computer had a very complicated/hard to find issue which took several hours and visits to fix but Richard put in a ton of work to make sure my desktop was working properly.Even offered to make a house call when all other solutions had seemingly failed! I accidentally ripped some contacts off of a motherboard and needed them micro-soldered back on and they did a fantastic job. The repaired piece works great. Would recommend.

Diagnosed a computer problem, and told me the cost to fix (Win7 machine). Cost was reasonable, service and going the extra mile to get the job done was not 5 Star, but 6 Star.Old school and new school computer geek. A trusted business.

My iPhone lookes brand new. They did such a good job, I bought another voucher the next day for a friend. I would recommend them to anyone!

If you dont believe me, I invite you to price check us vs everyone eles.. I bet you will find that we actually do care about more than ourselves when you see those numbers. Godbless...
