I am currently waiting for the associate to give me back my cellphone, in which they replaced the screen (what I wanted), but still holding my phone claiming that it is a international phone and needs authorization. Now sitting here waiting. I expected better since they were so highly rated, but they changed the store name to UBREAKIFIX.

These guys helped me so much! My phone decided to plunge out of my hands and it successfully died. (And tricked me because the screen wasnt cracked, but my LCD was completely gone. I couldnt get the screen to turn on at all.) When I brought it in they didnt push me one bit like some places will. They were also recommended to me by Verizon to fix it. When I got it fixed everything was great on it! About a month later I brought it back because something has been happening with my speaker. I was preparing for the thing you experience at a lot of places where they say Oh, thats not our problem. But thats the exact opposite of what happened here! They took my phone and told me to give them an hour and when I came back they went through with me what was going on and answered any questions that I had. The price for everything was to be expected, really. I have a phone that not a lot of people have so the price incorporated that. If you want cheaper prices on things, you have to get a phone that everyone else has. I fully believe they know what theyre doing and if anything else ever arises, I will definitely be back.

Had a phone repaired here and wow, talk about quick and painless. Staff member told me an hour, and right on the dot it was done. Smooth and works like a charm, cant really ask for anything else. Business was handled really professionally! Good stuff, keep it up you guys, it wont go unnoticed :)

Everything here is done in a very professional manner. They are savants at phone repair. Ignore most of the negative reviews. I bought a Droid Play there and was given an amazing deal. Everything works amazing. do not listen to the haters because these guys know what they are doing!

Phone dropped, not shattering screen but it was blank. Technician predicted issue, gave reasonable quote, and promised if not fixed, I would owe nothing. Problem was simpler than thought and was 78% cheaper than quote. All employees I encountered were extremely friendly and professional! I highly recommend them!

Overall this place provides great service. I made the mistake of spiking my phone to the carpet because I became frustrated. Even though its in an Otterbox, there was some internal damage. I decided to take it to Fast Fone Repair because it wouldve been too expensive to replace. They ran a couple of tests and found out I had damaged the main board inside. The quote I received was fair and told them to proceed in fixing it. Since it was going to be a few days for them to receive the part and make the repair they were kind enough to give me a loaner phone. When all was said and done I had my phone back good as new and I was happy. I asked them about the glass screen protector I had on it and they said they had to remove it to make the repair, but would order me another one, free of charge, if I wanted them to. I said yes and when it came in they installed it, since I had asked them to.The guys that work here are knowledgeable,friendly, and willing to help you out. I couldnt have asked for better service.

My screen had been terribly cracked for 6 months and a coworker referred me to FAST FONE REPAIR. I went there the same day as soon as they opened and had my screen replaced within an hour! The customer service was absolutely terrific and I could not had gotten a better deal elsewhere!! They have my phone looking brand new. They included a tempered glass and gave me good advise concerning cases. They really made my day. 😄 I really appreciate the A+ customer service. Keep up the good work, guys!

Beyond incredible. I went in thinking that my phone was a lost cause. The charging port stopped working. Within 2 minutes, I was out the door with a perfectly working phone. They were super nice, super fast, and super worthy of a great review.

I have an LG G3. I shattered the screen over week ago and the first replacement they gave me cost $150. After leaving the store I noticed the front facing camera was not working. I went in again and they gave me another replacement. Awesome! Immediately as I got home I noticed a scratch along the middle of the phone. I called right away (not even 20 minutes after leaving the store) so they would know I hadnt dropped it. I brought it in for a replacement the next day and they didnt have any LG G3 screens and said they would order a new one. They admitted that the scratch was their fault and offered a $75 refund (still cost me $75) to keep the scratched screen. I told them I would wait for their order instead. I called every day and asked if the order had arrived. Went in today to finally get it replaced and apparently the new screen they ordered didnt work. I like the guys who work there but cant help but feel like Im getting scammed.

Johnny, Ronnie, Al and the rest of the staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They are professionals who are excellent at their craft. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They also have Sunday hours which was awesome for me.

I took my phone in because my screen was cracked and although it was cracked it worked perfectly fine. They repaired my screen and it now it acts crazy. It disables me out of the phone because it types the wrong password. If I touch one app it will go to another app. It calls numbers in my contact.I took the phone back however I honestly feel like they did not look at it because it is still doing the same thing and its very annoying because it worked normal when the screen was cracked.

I took my phone (iPhone 5s) in to the store today for a battery and screen replacement. The technician took my information and phone, and told me to return within an hour to pick up my phone. I returned in about 50 minutes, because I couldnt find anything in Greenville to do (go figure!). He had my phone ready for me as soon as I walked into the door. I looked at it and said wow, it looks beautiful! They did excellent work and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend friends, family, and strangers to visit Fast Fone Repair for all your device repair needs! Identified the problem why my phone wasnt charging as an issue with the cord I was using. When I asked if they had one I could buy, he said they had some with a lifetime guarantee, but they are pretty pricey. Sure, more expensive than at Wal-mart, but it was there, I was expecting a much larger charge to fix the phone and I didnt have to stop somewhere else to get one. Totally works for me! Very kind staff. Answered all of my concerns. My phone looks brand new again100$ may be a hefty price but think of it this way, it costs around 60$ for the replacement screen for an iPhone so 40$ is not that bad for labor, especially since it takes an hour to fix.

Came with dead Google phone that everybody else assumed was because of dead battery or irrepairable problem and the only solution was to change the battery or exchange the phone. Since I had to leave the town in 3 days, that meant exchanging the phone and loosing all the unsaved data on the phone. After running from store to store, I was finally referred to Fast fone repair and true to their name, they immediately opened my phone (sealed from the back) without hesitation, moved few things around, put the same battery back and the phone was working. And it turned out the battery was fully charged. And I paid only minimal amount. Extremely professional, fast, helpful and sincere. Would highly recommend.

Smashed my screen, and not only was this place the cheapest in town, when I went in and told the guy working I had thought about doing it myself he showed me how to safely remove an old screen. The repair was super fast, he made sure everything worked properly before I left, overall great and affordable.

Awful experience. I went in to just get my screen replaced, and my phone came out with a broken home button that I was not even informed about, nor refunded for; Even though they have a 30 day warranty. If you like the way your iPhone works, DO NOT take your phone here, because it will come out worse than it came in.

One of the absolute worst customer service experiences of my life! I am sure this review will be looked at by the management as just another angry Black woman’s ranting, but I have to express my complete disgust with the way that scrawny boy behind the counter treated my husband and I. For the love of Jesus I cannot remember the boys name, lanky, thin and the name began with a J or something. He talked to us like we were sub human. I may not be well versed as to the inner workings of a cellular phone, but this does not make me ignorant nor does it make you better than me. #blackopinionsmatter

They fix my camera screen and minutes and I was really impressed by the two men that fix my phone while being yelled at by a crazy lady who wouldnt stop cussing and was making complete fool of herself and her family. Those two men need a raise for that. They were super professional.
