Felt way overcharged. Their performed work was satisfactory, BUT, it costs way more than it should have. First they get upfront money as a deposit fee, and its not cheap! Then later charge for parts/labor after work is completed.They said the work would take approx 1 week... after 6 weeks I decided to go retrieve my equipment, partially not done.I cannot recommend this place for repairs. My experience has mainly been with Bryan. I’ve nothing but good things to say. ANY time I need help with my live streaming boxes, he gets to me fairly quickly. I’ve had to call him several times(instead of messenger as it’s easier sometimes that way) and he’s been EXTREMELY patient with me lol. I was having some buffering issues that ended up determining to be the Spectrum modem was bad but before we came to that conclusion, he talked me through all the other options just to rule out that it may have been something else. There have been many times where I just need a quick answer that I message him with(while I was thinking about it) and sometimes it would later in evening. Just about every time, he answers me back not long after. Even on weekends! I message when I think about it because I always forget for later. So when I message, I figure he’d get back to me the following day or when he’s back open at the store. Nope. He’s pretty much on call 24/7 lol. There have been a few services that he recommended that doesn’t have anything to do with his business(meaning no one pays him for the service). The service he recommends are ways to save even more money on bills. Obviously, with the live streaming box, you’re saving TONS of money. What he recommends are what HE uses himself. We had a LG 65” 4K LED TV that stopped working less than 2 years into owning it. We brought it to Bryan at Geis for repair. He was professional, polite and very honest about the repair from day 1. He gave an honest timeline about when he can look at the TV and answered any questions I had about what might be wrong with it and the possible cost behind those repairs. The diagnostic fee was reasonable for the type and size of TV we had. Unfortunately, the repair came out to be too expensive and we didn’t get it repaired but Bryan was kind enough to offer for us to use the diagnostic fee we had paid up front towards the purchase of any of the refurbished TVs he had in stock. Not many businesses offer that kind of service anymore so I was pleasantly surprised, especially in a world where everyone seems to be out to rip you off. If you’re looking for an honest repair, Geis is a great place to go!

Recently we had an storm that fried our tv rendering it useless. We went to Geis Audio/Video, Inc and were pleasantly surprise to find another TV to replace the old one at a VERY reasonable price. But the BEST thing we purchased while speaking to an associate was Streamking TV. It allows us to stream movies, live TV, TV shows, recently released movies and so much more. Now you have to have internet access for this work and their is a simple learning curve but the owner Bryan Geis has been more than helpful! Cant wait to tell Direct TV were finished with them. Everyone should stop by Geis Audio/Video, Inc. and ask Bryan or George to give you this demonstration of this very reasonably priced Streamking box. Walmarts warranty service tried to go through them and let me tell you how its been even though you already see the 1 star April 28 contact walmart service about TV not powering they schedule them to come out in a couple days to fix next day I get a call and talk with them they said would be atleast a week for the parts to come in ok cool I can wait a little to get my tv repaired (little did I know this is when the disaster would start) ok so fast forward to may 9th I get call I ignored they left a voicemail to call them about my tv so I do they say itlls be another week and the last part theyre waiting on should be in cool Im think my tv will be fixed soon dont hear anything back after that I call 2 weeks later just assuming that maybe there was a misunderstanding they say they are still waiting on the parts odd but ok I call back now June 13th because I hadnt heard anything they claim waiting on parts still so at this point I call asurion to figure out whats going on they contact geis and get a service appointment setup for june 27th between noon and 4 I take off work so Im there and waiting I miss a call around 3 but since there was no voicemail assume it was a spam call because who hasnt been getting those lately so 4pm rolls around and Im pretty steamed i took of work miss making money for a tv repair that shouldve been done months ago now when i talk to asurion this time they say theyll look into it and call me back next day they call me and claim that geis has told them part was in since may 17th (thats odd they were telling me in june they didnt have it) they also go on to state that they have been trying to contact me to setup an appointment (odd there hasnt been a voicemail for that and you didnt show up on June 27th if you really were trying to fix it) so now Im talking with the asurion people finally saying based on everything thats happened Id just like to have a replacement because they clearly arent trying to fix this tv and at this point with them trying to call me a liar to asurion now Im questioning their ethics but the supervisor calls them up and they again make a claim that theyve tried scheduling multiple services (even though asurion also has them canceling multiple schedules) and I say look I dont trust them to come into my house and actually do the work at this point because everything thats happened so far with them calling me a liar to asurion and claiming to have the part since may 17th but never actually leaving voicemails or scheduling when I called them (at this point youd think hed say he gets my concerns but would like to reassure me that they will do the most quality of work like a reputable business would but youre wrong) he responds yelling at myself and the asurion supervisor that he is going to be canceling the order he is to big and busy to be dealing with this thats the facts and watch him try to call me a liar here too now

Took a 2nd hand nvr in to get the password reset, which he said he could do, and the ac plug repaired. Couldnt get the reset on the nvr because tecbox is out of business, so he didnt fix the ac plug. They knew this going in. Service charge 53 and some change. I asked for a resolution, to date he hasnt responded. Make your own assumption.1 star review because you at the very least shouldve fixed the ac plug. Its a wireless system called an NVR, not a DVR system. You should know that. The password was reset and ac plug fixed. If you would like a video I will send you one. Im not taking anything out on your business youve always been fair and honest.

Posted something online in Dayton OH And was contacted by Bryan Geis and offered full amount I was asking. Cool. Come to find out the only way he’d buy it is if I brought it to him AN HOUR AND SOMETHING AWAY!!!!!!! Told him I wasn’t comfortable with that because I could get all the way there and then him flake on me. We went back and forth and he tells me that the only way he will MEET ME HALF WAY he’d only pay $115 for it. Lol. So I asked him why it cost ME $35 for something HE wanted and was only willing to drive HALF WAY to get. I asked if he calls and says that to wal mart or anywhere else he shops when he needs something. Lol. Place is a joke. Only thing they sell are those bootleg King boxes. The reviews on their service and business are HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time because they will DEFINITELY waste yours.
