I needed my vehicle towed to a service provider due to a broken oil hose that left the vehicle unable to be started or driven at all. I scheduled the tow service through my insurance company which covered the roadside service.Tim (the tow truck driver) was absolutely fantastic. He notified me when he was on my way and updated me with an ETA. He called me multiple times and updated me along the way. He arrived when he was supposed to and was very professional and had a very positive attitude. This is the second time TCB Automotive has provided service for me and Tim’s professionalism was the best I have ever had from a tow company. Once my vehicle arrived at the service provider he sent me a message to let me know that he had dropped off my vehicle.I will always call TCB for future services whether it is a roadside emergency service provided through my insurance company or if I just need a tow for other services. Tim is the reason TCB has earned me as a customer for future tows and I’ll be letting others know they need to use TCB as well.

I have TCB tow my car after an incident on the interstate. While it did take over 2 hours to get to my vehicle due to rainy conditions and several cars ahead of mine, Tim (the tow truck driver) was absolutely fantastic. He called me multiple times and updated me along the way over the course of wait. His positive attitude and professionalism was the best I have ever had from a tow company. He went as far as working after hours just to make sure everything was completed, then followed up after to make sure I was happy with the work. Tim is the reason TCB has earned me as a customer for future tows and I’ll be letting others know they need to use TCB as well.

Called at 9 AM, to get a 26 U Haul truck unstuck, came very quickly and got the truck free within 20 minutes for a great price. Everything was agreed on up front, no shenanigans, very professional and polite. Great job, guys!!

I requested a tow through my roadside assistance with my auto insurance company. My insurance company called them and spoke with David, who accepted the job and gave an arrival time of approximately an hour. When that hour had passed, I called to verify the truck was almost to my location. I was told they had no record of my tow—however, they had a vehicle matching my description at a different address—and I needed to contact my insurances roadside assistance. The roadside assistance agent tried to reach out to the tow company multiple times, who wouldnt answer the phone. I got the job number and who my insurance company spoke with and called back. Suddenly they didnt have a record of the job and the guy I spoke with snapped an attitude, saying, Ive already told you... Oh. No, he didnt. I snapped one back and hung up. I called my insurance company and requested a different company. If you need a tow, call 85 Towing. Theyre professional, fast, and provide quality service.

During the recent cold /snowy weather I went to go to work and discovered a very flat tire.I put a call in through my insurance company and they sent TCB to put my spare on.The gentleman that did so was so nice! It was so cold and rainy and i felt so bad having to have anyone out in that but he kept positive. The spare needed air (it had never been used). He was kind enough to follow me to get air to be sure i made it okay. Thank you to him and will definitely recommend their services because of him !

The guy who towed my car today was awesome! Took him no time to get my car loaded up and home. Was nice & respectful. The only thing I can say bad, which isn’t even really bad was they were supposed to call me when he was in route. Honestly, that doesn’t effect the 5 star rating!!! Very affordable for where I needed to go.

I appreciate how fast they came and picked my.car up on the side of the road and towed it home and let me ride home im the tow truck with him. For the distance the price was not to bad. The tow truck driver was very good at his job and we had great conversation all the way home..

Got blocked in by one of trucks, a driver named Chris. My girlfriend and I both asked him to move on separate times. Chris got in our face, saying we are entitled, that we were “acting black“, and all we asked was for him to pull up two feet. He said he wouldn’t until he is done WAITING in the waiting room. He was very disrespectful, and I would not recommend this company at all, as their receptionist or whoever answers the phone was just as rude. DO NOT HIRE

They took all my paperwork out of my backseat and glove compartment. I will never use this company again SOO UNPROFESSIONAL!

After making is wait for 3 hours, this company took another call and cancelled ours because they could get more money from a normal call than a contracted rate for roadside assistance. They even had the audacity to lie and claim the insurance company cancelled them. ( i saw the proof that this company did the cancelling). They should not be allowed to work for any roadside assistance company, since they will only show up if they have nothing better to do!

If your road side assistance provider assifns TCB/this company call your road side assistance back and request a different tow company. TCB quotes fast response times and then extends those times little by little. We waited 2.5 hr until we got sick of waiting and had another tow company assigned.

Had to get a tow today unexpectedly and decided to hit up google for who was the closest and up popped TCB. I called and they were able to come and pick up my truck in less than an hr! I was super impressed with their customer service and pricing! Highly recommend TCB!

Had flat tire on I-85 and very quickly TCB were there. Hooked up, with properly safety chains applied, and took me to discount tire. David was very professional on how he towed it. Great company. Will pass on to friends and family in the area

This is the 2nd time I attempted to use their service still same results they went 2hrs past my ETA then had the nerve to call me & say wed be there in 30 min I canceled their service & was assigned elsewhere Chris was very disrespectful Statefarm needs to discontinue their contract they are Horrible as can be!!!

I waited in my car in 90 degree weather for 2 hours. No calls or texts or anything. I called and they said 15 minutes. My car insurance called 30 minutes later and they said 20 minutes. So I canceled and went with another company.

I’m would like to give them zero stars. They were called by roadside assistance for my car with 2 flat tires. I called them to see how long and they said 90 minutes. Keep in mind they are only 8 minutes away according to Google. Two hours later no show. Called them, no answer, roadside assistance called them twice - no answer. Roadside assistance called someone else. The bad part - I was stuck in a parking lot on a 90 degree day! They are not only poor business people, they are horrible humans beings!

I am a young female whose car broke down on the interstate. My insurance company sent TCB Towing to pick up my car. They were AMAZING! I received a phone call from the driver telling me exactly when he would be there. Upon arrival Randy was extremely respectful and professional. He made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I would definitely call TCB again and would recommend them to anyone if all there drivers are as great as Randy!

Awful service and awful punk employees. I’ve seen this truck service driver in Raymond have multiple issues . They will ruin you’re vehicle ,steal your stuff, and sell it to get their next fix. Aka joe demarco ! If you want to be screwed then call this place . The Raymond employee uses their tools to break in to you’re vehicle, steal what you have and then deny it. And don’t expect the police for help. Some issues are solved better without. Don’t support these punk, Harley riding ,tattooed Raymond thieves and junkies .

This company was routed to me by my roadside assistance from my car insurance. The driver called 45 minutes after the ETA time provided to me. Incredibly unacceptable service to be that late without a warning. This company is nothing but a bad excuse.

I had to give at least one star to do a review. This company came to pick up my vehicle. They were told that the vehicle was not driveable and when the driver came he tried to drive my vehicle up onto the truck. There was a loud pop and my vehicle rolled back off the ramp of the truck. As a result of his negligence I now do not have a vehicle and they refused to do anything about it because it was not their fault. If it was drivable I would have driven it myself to the mechanic. He told my mechanic that he tried to drive it up onto truck and he could not believe it. It caused so much damage to my vehicle I cannot afford to fix it now. Do not use this company because they are not responsible and dont take responsibly for their incompetence. I have seen other reviews online where people have had same experience of driver trying to drive vehicle onto trailer and caused damage to their vehicle.Your kind words of concern turned out to be just empty words without any meaning! Go figure! After multiple calls to the number you so generously offered, and leaving our number for callbacks several times, it seems you werent as anxious to resolve my issue as it appeared! Since you have my number, maybe youll call tomorrow, but I probably shouldnt hold my breath! It seems no one wants to take any responsibility - and Im still out a vehicle!

Inexcusably the worst service. This towing company was sent from my insurance company while using their emergency roadside service to my sons car. Since the incident took place near our home, I made arrangements with a local garage for his car to be towed to that garage less than 2 miles away. Instead the tow truck driver towed him in the wrong direction...further than what we asked, and left him in a Spinx gas station parking lot in the rain. The driver said I cant take you there...I have other stuff to do. I have alerted my insurance company, as well as the dispatch company that sent this wrecker to us. If at all possible, never use this company. I cannot fathom a worse outcome for a relatively simple service.

Told 90 for a roadside call, no updates from them. Called to check, added 30 min, call 40 min later added another 30 min or more. 95 degrees out today too sitting here waiting on them. They dont even call to update you.

My insurance company sent TCB Towing to tow my truck to a transmission shop. When the driver arrived I explained to him that the transmission only worked in 3rd gear and neutral and it had to be fixed . I could not believe my eyes when he started my truck put it in drive and attempted to DRIVE IT up on the trailer. The driver was literally spinning my rear tires. He then backed up and got a running start to get it on the trailer. Im standing there in shock. WHY WOULD YOU DRIVE OR SPIN THE REAR TIRES ON A VEHICLE WITH A DAMAGED TRANSMISSION?? I asked him what he was doing and he said nothing and just stared at me. If he caused more damage to my transmission then Ill be stuck with a higher repair bill. Unacceptable and a freaking idiot !!

AT&T roadside assistance sent this company to help with a flat tire. No one from the company ever called to confirm service nor did anyone call to provide an ETA. After a prolonged waiting time, I called to inquire. I notified the owner, Jeff, of everything and he was not bothered about my concerns.

Broke down on interstate. Called insurance and was informed that tcb towing would be there within the hour. What a joke!!! Driver called 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time to tell me hes trying to work out the details. 15 minutes later I call my insurance company to let them know what was going on and was informed they were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes! 2 hours after I broke down and called in they still didnt show. Roadside assistance had to call another towing company!!! TCB DOESNT TOW.
