I know its hard to believe I would give the place that towed my motorcycle a 5 star review when it cost me around four hundred dollars to get my bike out of the impound but they were just the nicest bunch of people I have dealt with in a long time. Considering the circumstances and being frustrated like a mother fer it all worked out nicely in the end. Im not only pleased with the way everything was handled but Id use this company if I ever need any of the services that they provide.

They towed my car to their lot. It was their for 21 hours and they charged me for two days at $25 a day. The towing charge was $225 and then they charged me tax on the service. It costed me $291.50 to tow and store me car. If thats not highway robbery, I dont know what is. These guys should be locked up for the racket they have going on here. So please stay away from these crooks and use a more reputable service somewhere else.

If i could write a more negative review I would but seeing as how I can only post this by selecting 1star and not a negative this needs to suffice.. Hales towing service is a f.. ING joke. I had my vehicle towed after being parked next to Gringos in Greenville SC. I was parked for just a few hrs and after spending several hundred dollars downtown giving money back to the community I found my nicer out of state vehicle towed away as park of a money making scheme thanks to Mike.. (whatever his last name is.... Crook as far as Im concerned) towed away over a $5 parking space.. So take my warnings and if you decide to visit downtown Greenville, SC do not park your vehicle in the locations of Brazwells or next to Gringos or in downtown River Street as you will end up with the hourly long frustrating situation that we dealt with... A $5 parking slot cost me a wife crying ride in a police car..$120 tow bill...and hrs of frustrating humiliation.. Please dont make yourselves the next victim.
