G Vegas towing is the best in town! I am a property manager in Greenville NC and have worked with this company at a couple different properties in town- the owner is wonderful, and so is the staff. You are not going to find better customer service or professionalism. Highly recommend using G Vegas Towing!

I called and spoke to Brandon who was extremely helpful. My daughters car was parked on private property and was towed by another company who wanted $235 for “their services.” I called randomly the next morning and got Brandon on the phone to see what their rate was and whether the other company was allowed to not let my daughter get her car back that night immediately after towing. Told me his rate, should get access, and took it upon himself to make a 3-way call to the other company to try to help. He went the extra mile. If my daughter or her friends get stuck somewhere and need help, they have Brandons number! Nice for a dad to know with his daughter away at school!

I have used G-Vegas for 2 years on the property that I manage. They are always, timely, professional, and courteous. The staff doesnt take any mess either! They know the law and take care to provide all information so that people will know where to retrieve their vehicles.

My car was towed even though the apartment complex we lived at said it had to be registered OR have a parking pass. My vehicle was registered as stated but no pass and the boy who towed it was very disrespectful towards my husband. Then I called to see why he towed it and Mr. Stewart sounded like he had an attitude.

My car broke down at work. Both the gentleman on the phone as well as Brandon went above and beyond to make sure it got to the garage and taken care of. Thanks guys!

They literally do ANYTHING to get money out of you. I’m a college student and my fiancé’s car got towed out of my apartment because it fell on the floor. Went to go pick the car up and he still charged us $125, he was so rude as well. YOU don’t have to worry about this anymore, we got the pass up now. Very unprofessional of how they spoke to us, now i have to figure out rent.. because i has to pay $125 because they didn’t see a car pass.

The money feigns of towing!!! I’m a college student and got towed because my parking pass accidentally fell on the floor. The dude straight up told me he saw the pass and could tell it was valid for that complex but since it wasn’t hanging in the windshield HAD to tow it.nobody had to tow anything, they chose to. They knew I had a valid pass but towed because they’re greedy and I’m a broke college student who had to spend the last of my current money to retrieve my legally parked car. I was charged $135 and an extra $25 because I left it there for 26 hours (didn’t realize my car was towed til later that day)...was the $135 not enough?!!?! Also they say they’re 24 hours but you can’t get your car after 10pm so if u don’t get your car by 10pm, expect to be charged that $25/day holding fee. They really screwed me over; they leach off of college students!

Car towing companies are heartless when they tow cars and can’t give breaks. Human error happens. I could prove I had permission to park there they gave no wiggle room. Online states that they are open 24 hours. They clearly tow 24 hours. But will charge a fee to send someone in to get your car ‘after hours’. And if you offer to wait they will charge you $30 a day. I don’t happen to be a college student, but since they tow in a college area shows a lack of care and sympathy for others. From a company with shockingly good reviews considering so many people have to use them just because they’re in need.

I live at 33 east apartment complex and it’s is sad they are such money hungry pigs that they towed my car from resident parking and illegally towed it to there lot only to find out I am a resident and then inform me that they can not bring it back. How sick can you be to not bring someone vehicle back after being technically stolen

I have had to call G-Vegas several times and I have had great experience. Brandon who is a driver for G-Vegas came and picked up my daughters truck and towed it to where I needed it to go. Brandon was very polite, pleasant to deal with. He hooked up to her truck and was quick but was careful not to damage anything.I called again on 02/22/2020 to have my dads car towed. I spoke with a guy named Richard. I told him where the car was and he gave me a price which I thought was good. He was also polite, and professional. Richard said he was sending someone and it was no time before the wrecker showed up. The guy driving the wrecker and the other guy were just as nice and pleasant as well.I have told my parents and other family members, if they need a tow to give G-Vegas a call.They haven’t messed up any of the vehicles I’ve had towed nor been rude or overpriced.No, I’m not related to them. I just feel when a company does well, others should know. If it had of been a bad experience I would have posted negative.Thank you G-Vegas for taking care of my towing needs and handling my family’s vehicles as you have done.

Worst towing company. Will tow your vehicle when no sign is posted and when asked about it they say oh yeah we know there isnt a sign there. Left a 18yr old stranded in a parking lot did no tell her anything as of why she was being towed or anything was only away from her vehicle for 3 min to use the restroom at a local restaurant beside this lot. Real piece of work these guys are. They towed my friend at my apartment not long after he got there. He tried to leave before they hooked anything up but they would not let him. They ended seriously damaging his car. DON’T CALL THESES GUYS. It’s literally not worth it and will cost you more than it’s worth.

After being left by another company in the middle of a snow storm with out any way of getting home, this company was called by my insurance to come and assist with a flat tire. They were AWESOME!!! They said they would be there within 30 minutes and were!! Brandon came and had the tire changed in a matter of minutes and called me to see if he could assist with anything else! He was PHENOMENAL! I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely request them if I need a tow or service!!

Poor service. Terrible. They always have attitudes when we call. The one gentleman who’s working on Halloween tonight said, “if you show me proof you don’t need a pass I’ll pay for your car to get out” there’s proof and now he wants to act funny. No other car has the, “pass” he was talking about. Total joke.

I worked at a local apartment complex, and G-Vegas was our tow company. They were extremely responsive and very professional. When a car was an accidental tow (like my car on my first day 😂) they immediately released it and had us pick it up.Subsequently, I was in an accident a week and a half ago and they were the tow company I chose. Highly recommended!

Saturday 7/6/2019 we were 232 miles from home on our way from the Outer Banks and the transmission came out of our truck. After thinking our auto insurance would take care of us and sitting on the side of the road for HOURS and it being 95+ degrees when the insurance said someone would be there... no one came. WE took matters into our own hands and called G-Vegas towing and they listened to what our truck was and what we needed and said we will be there and they were in no time. Fast, friendly A+ service. He had our truck loaded and we were off to Winston Salem NC. When we got there and the driver unloaded the truck before he left he asked if there was ANYTHING he could do for us - take us to the store anything!!! He was great and we cant thank them enough for helping us. We had a great experience with them and cant thank them enough.Gene & Dianne J.

This place is trash. The visitor lot to my apartment complex was full so my friend parked in the spot directly next to the lot. Left the car for an hour and have had people park their multiple times without any towing being done. It’s super bowl Sunday and these guys just trying to make a quick buck because they have none. I wish I could give zero stars. Hope they go out of business.

The Towing Company is TOPS...!!!! My son had a flat on HWY 264 on a Sunday. We called and within 30min on a Holiday weekend he was their. The Professionalism, Service and Price were absolutely INCREDIBlE. I’m a Certified Mystery Shopper and I know what to look for from service providers.....CALL THEM , CALL THEM , CALL THEM.....!!!! G-Vegas Towing is the only company that I will ever use. They are fast, friendly and fair. I use them for my apartment complex to control the parking. They have multiple signs on the property but people just ignore them. Just because people dont do as they are supposed to you cant blame the tow company. If you want the best call G-Vegas!

When I called to retrieve my vehicle, they lied about the hours and said I had to wait until 9 am to pick it up. Hours posted say 8 am. Also, despite knowing I wanted my car immediately, they did not let me get it for the extra charge earlier. It is only $25 to get it outside of normal business hours. At 9 am, no one was even at the tow lot. I had to call the phone number repeatedly for someone to grace us with their presence. Oh, and they are cash only.

Parked in what I thought was a public lot as I had parked there many times before with no problem. Came back and my car was towed, called the company, guy who answered was super short and rude. Their site advertises cards as a payment option but they only take cash? And it has to be exact change because they won’t give you any back. If I could have given zero stars, I would. This place is criminal and I hope it goes under.

My experience tonight was Awesome! Dont judge the overall rating. I called someone else and told me 45min. I called and spoke with Chris I believe forgot his name that fast. However, he told me 10-15min even though it was higher I wanted to get home. Also, he was professional and knows his craft when operating the lift. Very reliable service! I will call them again if need be.

Worst ever. I had car towed 3 hrs for 200 dollars. Son just got towed from Bellamy Apt. had a pass Was studying came out car gone. Want 165 dollars 5mins away. Stealing from people. Bellamy should be ashamed. Just lost a tenant because of this. Think twice before you rent from a place like this.

Towed my husbands car and lied to the police department about fictitious plates. All the good reviews seem to be from fake people or relatives to the bigoted racist and predatory people.

Ive had a car towed by them towed by them before and always had great service but today when the guy came to do to it again he was able to start my car and didnt charge me. I will always call them. Great honest service and always wonderful people. I do think its time for a new car though. So, hopefully I wont be calling any time soon.**** So, today February 25, I had to take my daughter to the ER. Brandon came and got my car all while I was in the ER with my daughter. He let me know when my car was dropped off and everything. I will continue to use them even though I am getting a new car this time. Lol... Thanks again Brandon!

The worst people u will ever meet. They don’t follow company guidelines. After towing my car false I had to pay $135 to get it back. First it wasn’t hook up and I told the man I will move my car he stated no I had to pay $80 and none of his stuff was hooked up. So after I got to their station (I didn’t know where they were located the rude driver told me to read the sign) after talking to a guy who claims he was the manager he said he would talk to his worker. I sent my boyfriend to get my car he then said he had to pay $135 to get it back and he called me because we was in aware of this I told him I spoke to the manager and I was told $80 the same guy I spoke with then stated he was not the manager it was A lady. Father finally arguing we paid the $135. We went 5miles up the street and seen the same guy start playing at the casino table. They are ripe off and I hope their business sink.

G-Vegas has been a big help to me in cleaning up my mobile home park. Stewart answers the phone. He returns calls. He returns texts. If he has a question about a tow, he calls before towing. Hes accessible, fast, and professional--a huge improvement over the service Ive received from other tow companies. Im really glad this company was recommended to me.

I highly recommend G-Vegas Towing. I called for a tow truck and they came right out with no problems. They were there within 10-15 minutes of me calling which is good considering the way traffic is now in greenville. I would recommend this service to anyone!Just had to utilize G Vegas towing again to tow my car to Pughs, and Brandon was great! He let me know when he was on his way, gave me a time estimate, and was so polite when he picked up my car. He even dropped my key at the shop with my name/phone number and what was wrong with it.

These guys are seriously the best! I unfortunately have been in 2 accidents in less than 5 months and they have been nothing short of superb both times. They are willing to go in after hours to help me get my belongings and genuinely cared about how I was doing post accident. Would highly recommend them to any one who needs a tow truck service.

This tow company sucks. They are unprofessional. It took them an hour to arrive to the lot. The drivers rolled up smoking joints and laughed at me for wanting my car. They dangled my keys in front of me like it was some kid. They them tried to lock me in the gate when I was trying in to get my car. They are horrible and prey on the unfortunate. It cost me all the money I had to get my car back. I have never felt so humiliated and put down in my life.

I have to recommend G-Vegas Towing...and heres why...A moms nightmare scenario...out with my toddler for an evening out together getting pizza and Duck Donuts, and running to the store for stuff to make for dinner the next day. While unloading groceries, I tossed my purse in my trunk with the grocery bags...my purse that had my keys in it. Of course, I hadnt unlocked the car, so the keys were now locked in my trunk with my toddler and me standing outside the car, him oblivious to my mild state of panic. I went in and got our pizza and asked if anybody knew how to get into a locked car, of course there were no volunteers. I had seen an unmarked police car in the parking lot with its lights on who had just pulled away, so I walked up and asked if they could help and they said they couldnt since my car wasnt running. They didnt even stick around to make sure we were OK. Their only advice was to call a wrecker service or locksmith to open the car. Googled wrecker/towing services. Tried one who quoted me $120 just to come unlock the car. Yeah, OK, Ill call you back if I cant find anyone else. Called G-Vegas towing, he quoted me $45 and said he could be there in 15-20 minutes, which he was. Not only was he reasonably priced and there in a timely manner, he got the car door open with no damage. After we learned that my car had a security detection that wouldnt let me use the unlock or open truck button, he stuck around to help me get into the trunk. He actually wouldnt even let me pay him until we did...he had another call and he stayed until we figured out how to get into the trunk and unlatch it and I got my keys. He said he didnt want to leave me and my son alone until he was sure we could get the keys!! SO... TL;DR G-Vegas towing was awesome and even though I dont recommend locking your keys in your car, I do recommend reading your owners manual when you buy a car to learn how to get into/out of your trunk!

Worst tow service ever encountered. Don’t tell you they only accept cash and will not have the right change for you. Plus they are excruciatingly slow and you will be waiting a while retrieve your vehicle. Would give 0 of 5 stars if possible

Stuart was AWESOME! My car broke down at a gas station in greenville, NC he was very professional, thoughtful, and helpful. He understood my concern being a female, alone, and @ midnight. He was helpful in giving me my options and advising me to call my husband to discuss options before making decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Stuart even came and sat with me for approx 10 mins while waiting for my husband to get there and was understanding that it would take my husband 40 minutes to get to me so he did not tow the car until my husband was there so as to not leave me stranded alone in the middle of the night. Very unprofessional, drivers were very rude.. its pretty obvious by other reviews. They have no officer but they keep your car in the trashiest area with a high crime rate. I wouldnt be so hard on the if they werent so rude to my me on the phone and in person.

The gentleman who towed my car around 7:30 PM was nice but unfortunately he kept giving me the run around. After each time I called him (at least 5 times), he kept saying it will be 20 minutes. Long story short, I did not receive my car until almost 4 hours later. That is truly unacceptable and unprofessional.

Parked for an hour in what I thought was a public bus parking lot, car was towed within an hour, did not answer their phone so I thought my car was stolen, accepted only cash but they had towed away my wallet. Predatory company. Will not ever be a customer at any company that supports these people. Some of what they do has to be illegal. They are low lifes.

Was told 20 minutes for unlocking service got a call 40 minutes later asking for information that i had already given to the first person and was given a 5-10 minute arrival time. Fast forward 20 minutes before truck shows up. In the end took over an hour for anyone to arrive and im less than 2 miles from the shop.

These creeps slink around town towing unexpected college students’ cars at all hours of the day. But somehow it takes an hour and forty five minutes for them to come out and help a person who’s locked out of their car in 40 degree weather. These losers are what you would imagine if cancer had a big truck.

The best towing seevice out their cheap and reliable jason towed my jeep today and definatly has me as a permanant customer if i break down now i was told 20 minutes and he got their in probably less than that a&b was gonna charge an arm and a leg and told me it would be a hour and 20 minutes before they could get their i definatly reccomend g vegas towing to everyone

Watch your daughters around these individuals. My daughter’s car was towed and they described her in a very derogatory manner by only commenting on her lower half. Very unprofessional and no respect for females or anyone else. I feel sorry for the owner of this company that has to carry the reputation of his driver’s behavior.

Unreliable service. Called their phone line in two different incidents about violations of parking in front of my apartment. Both time a male voice responded with “the truck is dispatched and will be there shortly”. Not once did they come. During a routine drive thru they drove right past the double parked, abandoned car I reported days ago.

Please be aware that this company is grossly dis organized and unreliable. I work with the largest automotive dealership in Greenville and we had to rely on this company to transport a customers car. I had to call 3 times on 3 separate days only to be told each time the job would be completed that day. They put off the job completion and continued to charge for daily storage. Very dishonest and unreliable company.
