My husband and I love living here! Its quiet, clean and comfortable. Our management staff is here to assist us in so many ways! During the snow storm in February, we were safe and dry. Sabrina called to check each resident to see if we were okay and needed anything. I am honored to be a resident of this wonderful complex. Thank you ladies for all you do! Hugs

THE STAFF AND MAINTENANCE ARE CONCERNED THAT THEIR TENANTS ARE LIVING IN A CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT!!!!THERE ARE MANY ACTIVITIES TO OCCUPY YOUR TIME AND IT IS A PLACE WHERE YOU CAN GET ACQUAINTED WITH PEOPLE THAT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME 💘

I’ve been a resident of The Villa’s Greenville,Texas for 2 1/2 years. I moved here because it is advertised as a gated community with a swimming pool. True there are gates, but the gates have never been closed since I’ve lived here. Homeless people park here at night and sleep in their cars. This has been reported to management and the Greenville Police Department, management doesn’t see the people sleeping in their cars & the police can’t do anything about it. Yes, there has been theft from residents.The pool does not open until July, although it’s maintained on a regular basis. Residents are given all kinds of excuses for why it’s not opened, including blaming it on the City of Greenville for not inspecting it. The City of Greenville says application must be made & permit fees must be paid before inspecting will be done. This has not been done.The drive way through the complex is a disaster waiting to happen. A steel rod is sticking up through the concrete with a cone & a reflector . It’s been this way several weeks.Why don’t I just move? I’m not moving because I have wonderful neighbors and I really like my apartment.I just wish our apartments are all they are advertised to be.

Well kept and quiet. Only for elderly people. Manager is nice.

It is so quite and peaceful. The tenants are really sweet. Only problem is a waiting list but once you are here you dont want to leave. So I understand why there is a waiting list

Beautiful and clean is an understatement. We recently took a tour here for my mom and were very impressed. The staff was very friendly and the property offers many amenities My mother is going to love living here.

I am happy I was able to find a handicapped accessible apartment in such a nice community. All the buildings have an elevator which is so nice. Everyone here has always been very friendly. I really do like living here.

You would be shocked to learn of the unbelievable experiences I had just trying to be approved for this place. I was stood up 2 times for scheduled appts to fill out an application. Door locked both times when I arrived. I was not given a courtesy call saying they wouldn’t be in the office. Very unprofessional, to say the least. Long story, but weeks later, I gave them a 3rd chance & filled out a very lengthy application. I received an email saying my application was approved, then the next day received a call saying I made too much money. Talk about disappointed & felt so deflated because I was really looking forward to living there with people my age. My motto is “3 strikes you’re out”. So, that’s it... Evidently God has something better for me somewhere else. Very bad experience for me here.

The staff are amazing! The monthly activities are always a great time even when there is nothing planned, I can hang out at the community activity center and chat with my neighbors… it is great!

The staff is amazing, always helpful! If you go to any apartment your probably going to be impressed by how clean they are!

I had looked at other apartments and was literally exhausted and had lost all the hopes of finding a place I would want to call home. Then I found Villas of Greenville and I was astonished to find that it had more perks than I was expecting. I love living here!!

I went and visited this week, while scouting out a new apartment. While there, my goofy dog got loose and went after a rabbit. I wound up spending an hour wandering the entire facility.It’s impressive. And the manager who greeted me was gracious, pleasant, and professional.Problem for me will be the waiting list.But this is well worth your time!

Living at Villas of Greenville has been a very enjoyable experience. The front Office staff has always been kind and maintenance are always responsive to any issues.

Where do I start?? Anything I need assistance with there is staff here to help me. We have a social worker right on property, help with my prescriptions, and transportation available. I am glad I choose this property for my home.
