Poor customer service. Came to my house for a consultation. Seemed like in a hurry. Did not bring samples or explain windows. Never explained how they were going to fix the rotted windows. Was just going to cover it up.. Confused my order and was rude. I was prepared to pay in full but when my order was messed up I lost trust in them. Called a different window company. Had a great experience with them.

The windows are good but whoever is in charge of clean up should be more vigilant. We pulled in and found 23 screws and nails laying all over the driveway after they were done and gone. Im sure we have not found them all yet and I sure hope our tires dont. Very disappointed in the clean up please at least run a magnet.

We have had nothing but problems with them. Their lack of communication and the damage they caused to one of their windowsills and casing is just a couple of reasons we never want to work with them. Their customer service skills are far from good and they have an excuses for everything. All the issues we have dealt with have been issues that started because of them and they have not taken ownership to any of it so far. They did file a liability claim with their son contractor installer, who does not have proper insurance from what the adjuster told me over the phone.Stay away from them as you will have nothing but problems!!!

We had our house windows replaced by Window World. The process was easy and painless. No long in home presentation or pressure sales. The thing I like the best was that they pulled off the siding and installed the windows the proper way. None of the cut and stuff that the others offer. They cleaned up well and treated my wife with respect. The entire staff was easy to work with. This is how windows should be.

We recently had 3 windows replaced and a completely new window framed and installed, and could not be more satisfied with our service. Erik was not only professional but went above and beyond in making sure we were satisfied with our windows. Everything looks great and the windows seem to be wonderful quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Windows do not close or lock prp

Very disappointed in this company. We ordered our windows and paid half down begining of April it took me to call them at 20 weeks after we ordered to ask what was going on since our contract said 12 to 14 I understand covid and all right now but no communication from them at all. They finally scheduled our install for Tuesday Sept 8th so I took vacation that day to be home because they needed access to the inside of my home to install. Mind you they do say you do not need to be home but who lets strangers roam the house when they are not home and leave doors unlocked for them? Tuesday comes and I am waiting for installer to show up nothing. Then get a call around 10am from the independent installer not window world stating he has no idea why my install was scheduled for today because he has doctors appointments every Tuesday morning and by the time he loads up and gets to house it would be well after 11 and no way he can finish the install then because it will take a full day so he rescheduled me for the following Wednesday Sept 16th. I called Art to confirm the install and that it will just be one day because I just wasted a vacation day he said I am driving but will have CJ call you. No call ever came from window world. Then we come to wed. For the rescheduled date the installer gets here and instantly realized the big windows in our room needed new center posts and he did not have the supplies I told him during our estimate Art told us that those needed to be replaced and would get done but it was not put on our paperwork. The installer also noticed the metal trim they had was white and I told him no Art told us it would match our already blue trim on the house the installer called window world and Art brought they right stuff out and said it would be no extra charge which I made sure to ask before I allowed them to start anything. I was told half way through the day they would have to return the next day to complete our install so here I was at day 3 of vacation for my 1 day install. Then the job finally gets completed and I call CJ and ask if we can work on our balance owed due to all the hassle we have had on our install and me wasting 3 days vacation she stated they are not responsible for lost time or wages because I did not need to be home and that was my choice. I brought up the having to cancel the first day because of the installers doctors appt. And all and she said no it was cancelled because of rain. That was not true at all. I said fine I will come and pay my balance just know I am never using them again due to poor customer service. She then brought up the extra work they had to do and didnt charge me for which they should have and insinuated that they may charge me for it then. I went to the store and paid in full and never got an Im sorry or nothing. Save yourself the hassle and go with a better company and pay the little extra for better customer service.

The Windows are dirty inside the glass . They said thats the way they are manufactured.Not worth buying.

Window World did an awesome job installing our windows. They look great & we absolutely love them. We cant wait to get the rest of them done. The guys that put them in were super nice. They were on time & made sure the job was done right. They did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. And there prices were reasonable compared to other places we had got quotes from. They didnt try to sell us something we didnt need & were up front & honest with us. We would definitely recommend them.

Project was awesome from start to finish. Justine and I were so impressed with the quality and professionalism, from both Mr. Lane and the installer team, led by Justin. Window world was great with pricing, scheduling, and installation. Our home was treated as if it were their own. Our Installers were great to work with. Installed 6 window and a Patio door in one day. Yes the scheduling went over the 8-10 week timeline but we were ok with that. A busy business is a good thing! I highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

I had them replace my cottage windows 4 years ago. Now Im having them give me an estimate for a patio door my home . Love the job they did for me. I called and they worked with our schedule to have someone come out to give our estimate. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Window World. They were able to also finish the outside trim of a garage door, that had been weathered for 60+ years, and wrap it in aluminum. So now it is maintenance free forever! Great Crew! Thank you Erik!

They have very fair prices compared to other companys that have ne estimates.Windows I got are good quality, even better then the paella windows I had installed a few yrs earlier.

Have had all the windows in both side of our duplex replaced and are very happy with them. The whole thing from getting a quote to putting the windows in was very easy. Great service!

I am beyond frustrated with Window world. I had multiple issues including them breaking a window during installation, one being damaged in transportation, and one missing window. Never once did they apologize, or update me until I contacted them. I worked with them 10 years ago and I was very pleased. Their quality of customer service has really dropped. It has been 1.5 months since this happened and I am still waiting on a response from them. All they care about is money and not service - very frustrating when you pay such a large amount of money.

Have never been there. Not sure why I being asked to do a review

Window World installed all the windows in my home. They were garbage! The seals all broke within 2 years. When the replaced my bay window, they busted all the woodwork around it. A gentleman came out to repair the woodwork- his solution was to nail-gun about 100 nails into the wood & putty them. I called back to express that this was not what I wanted, and was told the owner was just at my home to do the repair- needless to say, when I bought my new home, I shelled out the extra money for good sturdy windows.

We had a terrible experience with a commercial construction business in the past and was reluctant to do the same with our windows. I can say, we are soooo glad we tried again and went with Window World. I wish we did it the day we moved in. I never realized how actually inefficient our old windows were until we got our news ones. The installers did a super job, clean and very conscientious. I expected much more mess, all the work was handled from the outside with little need for working inside. I have installed Zap Pack windows, box store windows over the years in our properties in attempts to be cost effective and can honestly say Ill never use another company again! I will try to keep this review short and to the point, but it will be difficult to do.Window World replaced 13 windows on a home for us on the west side of Green Bay, Wi.. In July of 2018.I must say that all aspects of the experience with Window World were FANTASTIC! From the estimate, with Art Lane to the Installation with Erick and crew, the entire job was was so rewarding for my wife and I. The only regret that we have is that we did not do the window replacement sooner with Window World.We will have Window World doing more work for us in the future and we and we would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone.Glen & Cheri Lindsley / Greenleaf, wi.
