Ryan Pamperin was very helpful on giving quotes for new windows. I wanted to know my options and prices which he gave me effortlessly. Even though the quotes were higher than I expected the quality sounds incredible. Im having a total window replacement in a bathroom due to sole wood rotting from an older style of window. Ryan asked what we wanted, was fast to listen, never cut me off, and didnt try to sell anything unnecessary. His presentation was easy for follow and he made sure to ask if we had questions frequently which I really enjoyed. This will be my first time using Pella and I have used a competitor recently too. The sales team from what Ryan showed me is excellent especially since he didnt try to sell me any other products besides what I asked for. He was even willing to give a unrelated window quote that I knew I wouldnt be purchasing today just so I would know in the future a ball-park figure to save up for. Ryan also didnt comment on our doors or other windows (theyre fine and dont need immediate replacing, but a competitor has picked out everything wrong according to them to try to sell more at the time of quotes). I wasnt paid for compensated for my review. I genuinely enjoyed Ryan coming over today and discussing what could be done. The quote was free and if anyone is looking for a window quote Id recommend reaching out to Pella. They might not be the lowest-cost-per-window-place but they definitely know how to make customers feel comfortable in their own home and respect what a customer wants to do. Good job, Ryan and Pella! Im looking forward to my new window to be installed this late fall/early winter.

Lock began sticking on exterior door. Pella wants $1000 for new hardware. Huh? $1000 for a door knob?!! And that does not include installation!! Is this some sort of very bad joke?Our entire house was built just 17 years ago. We have had to replace sashes in 6 windows and entirely replace 3 windows, one of those a large picture window at a cost of thousands. Wish I could go back in time and pick ANY other brand for our new construction!

I went to the showroom yesterday where Mason explained and demonstrated a patio door and various options. He was very thorough and professional. Today Clint came to my house and went through all of my options. I am very impressed with your product and these two young men.

I was having extreme difficulty with getting a door seal ordered. The phone service to the storm door service people was slow, awkward, and very frustrating. Trying to use the Pella web site for ordering parts was again awkward and clicking on the sites buttons, nothing happened.Finally went to the Pella store in Green Bay and the staff members went out of their way to assist me in getting the replacement part ordered. When I say assisted, I mean the did the work. So I expect to have my part shortly so my Pella Storm Door will be ready for weather.Note to Pella Corporate office, you need to make the web page easier to work with and improve your phone ordering service.

We were given a same day discount, but are still wanting to get a few more quotes before we decide. Clint and Tony did a great job and if we decide on Pella, hope to work with them in the future.

Our home needed all new windows, which can be extremely scary to process, but our salesman Clint Zumer helped us navigate the Pella waters! He was very kind and helpful! We will be looking to him for all our future Pella needs!

We have a very large picture window in the living room of our lake house. It consists of a large rectangular lower piece and a very large half circle piece above the lower unit. They were originally installed in about 1992 and needed to be replaced. We worked with Ryan Pamperin from Green Bay Pella and he traveled to our lake home and carefully worked through the process with us. The windows were installed last week with 5 people doing the work. It was a difficult project given the size and weight of the window units but they were very efficient, completed the project and cleaned up the site. Very pleased with the result.

I would like to give zero stars, for what I feel to be very poor performance. My front door was replaced last year. First Ben in sales ordered an incorrect door handle. A screen door was also replaced, this was done by a subcontractor. The latch for the screen door handle obstructs the ability to lock & unlock the main door. I have attempted, with the help of a Pella installer to replace the main door lock with a different one that I, myself went out and repurchased only to have a Pella installer tell me I needed... a different door handle with a matching mechanism. He took my purchase with the intention to get the correct one. I never heard from them again after multiple attempts to reach out to Pella.Brandy M assured me follow through. She also quit returning phone calls. I attempted to reach out to HR Heather she assured me resolution.She never returned a phone call.Covid was often used as an excuse, as to why I struggled to find resolution. Covid is not an excuse for theft.I interacted with a confederacy of poor performers.My advice is to save yourself a huge headache and go elsewhere!!

The Pella installers were fast and efficient and left the work area in a pristine condition. They needed to move some items in my garage in order to have some under-roof work space, which was perfectly fine with me. After they left, they had put everything back in its exact previous location, as if theyd never been there. The replacement framing had been beautifully finished and was installed perfectly.

DO NOT USE PELLA. To start, Joe F. (sales) has very hard sales / must-sign-now-pay-in-full tactics and promises are not kept. We paid almost $23k in July 2020 to replace 13 windows on Oct 7-9. Now 13 may sound like a lot but several are 2 windows side-by-side joined by a pane so only 9 window holes. We couldnt afford to do our picture window or patio door with Pella at ANOTHER $11k. Mid-Sept I reached out to confirm our install dates as we needed to request time off but were told our dates were Oct 21-23 – we hadn’t been told of the change. Also two kitchen windows would not make it in time for our install! We were told at signing they do not use sub contractors but that’s what arrived. When I questioned this, I was told they are “certified Pella installers” but they are sub contractors. They started to install windows incorrectly – as simple replacement windows when we paid for full frame replacements. Installers said they wouldn’t have bid on the job if they had known it was full frames and that this happens all the time with Pella and did not have materials they needed! We gave them some of our OSB boards to use until their supplies arrived. They installed 8 of 11 windows that were onsite Day 1 and finished inside trim for the morning of Day 2 and left at noon due to rain and did not show up Day 3 due to rain. Monday they call to say they are coming to pick up their equipment to go start another job!! I was panic stricken!! Tried calling everyone at Pella but got no one to call me back for hours and the workers had come & gone with their tools. NO outside trim had been done on those 8 windows and our house was exposed to the elements. Was told they’d reschedule for NOV 20. NO!!! Unacceptable! Our house was exposed! After a full nightmare day & night of fighting (plus migraines, stress, no sleep) I figured out how to reach the GM (Gina D.) and Owner of Pella (John C.). Gina got us back on track a few days later with apologies from everyone and they finished the 11 windows but we had to take additional time off from work. The added stress was horrific and apologies only go so far after what we experienced.The last kitchen windows install date of Dec 30. On install day a new crew arrived and asked if WE had all the needed materials and we said no, they took it all when they left in October and we just kept some scrap pieces in case it was needed later. They said they’d have to reschedule our appt and reorder materials. We had taken the day off again for this! They looked at the scraps and said we could reschedule/reorder OR use the scrap pieces we had which is a different size trim from the other kitchen window. Honestly we wanted them out so we agreed to use the different sized trim. When they finished they had us go outside to see it. They had installed nail heads at the 4 corners of this window in the metal outside trim that NONE of the other windows have. Also put caulk inside on the trim that none of the other windows have. THIS is why you do NOT send different installers to the same job. Even tho all were certified by Pella and from the same sub contractor, they all install differently! They did not have enough nails or time to do all windows. We talked to a supervisor that night and he suggested he send US the nails to install ourselves. WHAT?! We did not pay $23k to do work ourselves. NO. End of Jan said they will come install the nail heads the next day but we had FOUR FEET of snow around our house at the time & couldn’t shovel all of that. Since then we decided to leave the 1 window different. We wanted to be done with Pella. After my numerous complaints, we were asked what comp we should get and I suggested they make offer on doing our picture window and patio door – thinking instead of $11k it would be $8k or less. They came back at OVER the price we had been originally quoted citing their prices had gone up and NO other offers! Pella windows are not worth this. A horrible experience deserves comp for stress, delays, time off, etc & they need to make this right.

Our home is 21 years old and we have never dealt with window replacement and knew nothing about it. I was a little uneasy about making such a big investment. After meeting with Ryan Pamperin for our free home estimate my worries were over! He was very informative and answered all of our questions. He gave a great demonstration to show why Pella and also explained all of the different choices. Ryan was very patient with our concerns and was a great listener. The entire experience from start to finish; setting up the free home estimate, meeting with Ryan for the quote, and our appointment with the installer was top notch from start to finish. Highly recommend the quality professional service of Pella.

5.21.21 Update: Two representatives have reached out from Pella; our sales reps boss and our sales rep. They explained that the inquiry was just looking at options and there was no intention to change my account. I believe them, but let them know it made me uncomfortable that they didnt speak with me prior to speaking with a company about my loan. I appreciate the amount of courage our sales rep had to have to call, having seen my review and talk through everything with me. I hope that the transparency we experienced today continues for the rest of our time with Pella as we finish this project.5.20.21 Update: Our experience with Pella has taken a dramatic turn for the worse. Ive tried to make this bite sized for consumption. See photos for proof.1. Order windows with Insynctive Security feature from Pella2. Installed windows wont connect to our phones as advertised3. Contacted sales rep; they say theyre looking into it; havent resolved in 2+ weeks since the install4. Sales rep learns they didnt know an extra part was required, which doubles the cost of the feature5. Prior to speaking with us, sales rep calls our financing company, tells them we gave consent to increase our credit limit, and charges our account for the extra part (amount charged $685.17)6. Sales rep calls us and explains the extra part and cost ($680), we refuse to pay by outlining that the windows were sold to us with a $500 fee for this feature (Highlights from the conversation include: Ive never sold this, so I had a learning curve; I cant take this charge to my management team; I know its not your fault, but you need to pay it anyway)7. Sales rep does NOT tell us they charged our account8. I check my email and learn finance company emailed for approval to release funds to Pella; I call finance company and learn what happened9. I reach out to Pella and explain what their sales rep did10. Radio silence from the company until I receive only a text from the sales rep stating he has no idea how this happenedApparently, the company is fine forcing us to work with an untrustworthy rep who knows we spoke up about him. How can we trust any actions he takes are in our interest?No ones apologized or offered an explanation. What if all of their sales reps are charging other customers for items and they dont notice? How many other people has this happened to?This is a company that, in my experience, has NOT lived up to its reputation.Original: While Pella may not be the lowest cost, I believe they more than make up for it in the options and care you receive. We have a large window other companies told us was impossible to replace at that size. Luckily, we connected with Pella. He told us from day one we’d find a solution to keep our window size in a more energy efficient model. He was right! He listened to our needs and made sure he found the best option for us with patience and answers everyone deserves when making a home investment. We’re excitedly awaiting the installation of our new windows!
