Couldnt be better!Great service! Great products! Quality work!! Reasonably priced!Arrived on time - Finished on time! I had all of the windows replaced as well as my gutters. I couldnt be happier!

Rick showed up on time. He explained everything to where we understood. Very nice guy! Didn’t try to sell what I didn’t need.

Very professional sales pitch, promising premium quality and service, at a premium price. Then it turned into a high pressure sales pitch, if I didnt agree then and there the prices they offered would be off the table, and it would cost me more, if I called them back. Then when the work started, they sent lowgrade, unskilled, non English speaking laborers, to my house. They were quick, but sloppy. Everything was done in a hurry, and without precise measurements. When I questioned their work, I was told it was right, even though they cut corners at every turn. The workers smoked while standing on my roof. I pointed out things I was unhappy with, and they agreed to do rework. They sent the same crew out, and they showed up at sunset and did the same sloppy work in poor lighting. Once again, I pointed out things that didnt look good, and they agreed to rework it again, and that they would not be using that crew again. They sent that same crew again, and it still looks unprofessional. When I said I was upset about the work and being lied to, and told them, I would be withholding some of the money for the project, that was 2 and half months past due, at this point, they threatened to put a lien on my property, if I didnt pay in full. Total scam!!!

Rick was really helpful in regard to helping us with our soffit and roof replacement. He was very knowledgeable as well.

We needed new windows, and werent sure where to go. We wanted quality windows at a decent price. We all have heard of nightmare window installers, and we didnt want that!! So, after 3 different companies came and talked with us, we felt the most comfortable with Axis Remodeling, out of Green Bay. Well.....let me tell you!! They did an AMAZING job! Their installer Chris knows what he is doing and now our kitchen has 3 great new windows. I cant say enough good things about this company, and I highly recommend. We intend to have ALL our windows replaced through this company!! If you need windows??? Please consider Axis!

Axis installed new windows and siding on the front of our home. They did a great job and overall were a great company to work with! Would definitely work with them again.

Insurance company says I need a new roof. So I start searching for contractors to get estimates. Axis was at my house the next day. Mike gave an impressive presentation about the company and the different values of shingles and metal roofing, and the difference in methods of pricing and compensation. Excellent customer service at the front of this project. Incentives that makes it hard to pass up! Thank you guys for making the decision easy!

I need more than 5 stars for this review! As a consumer, when you call for quotes and decide to go with a company for a substantial purchase, your biggest fear is hitting snags or full-on walls. We called for a quote on metal roofing (complete tear-off) and all new siding. Rick was our sales person who came out and he was absolutely amazing! No bs, no over-selling, just a super relatable dude. We called Rick a day or two later and gave him the thumbs up. He gave us an estimated timeline, and within that timeline, Andrew called to tell us when the supplies would arrive, and that the crew would arrive the following day. Our roof crew was insane (in the best possible way). I came home around 3pm and saw my entire roof (both layers) on the ground in shards and the moisture barrier was installed. It was like the most dangerous looking sea of shrapnel, it was just everywhere. About an hour later I noticed that they had left and I walked around my house...it was all gone. It was so well cleaned up that it looked like they had never even been there. From the time the supplies showed up until the roof and siding was complete, was less than a week. Ill say that again, LESS THAN A WEEK! The follow up walk around with Andrew went fantastically. I cant say enough about the communication and quality of work/staff this company has! Just outstanding! No surprise costs. No extra fees. They even use a QuickBooks invoice/billing that made for super easy and safe transactions. We just feel....lucky. Thanks Axis!

So if a person dies and windows are not even in and not made they still will keep the deposit the person made. Very poor business Id say

Saw the comment of the review my fiance made, Sandman. If you guys didnt replace my still leaky roof then I would like my $25,000 back so I can have it fixed by someone else. Also we called to have someone come out and fix it after you finished the roof to fix the leak and noone showed up.

I emailed Axis in November, just curious if I could get my roof done before winter really struck. They came out within the week to look at my roof and give me a quote. They said they could install a metal roof by year end. They did an awesome job! The quality of my roof is remarkable . They were there when they promised and responded to all my texts within hours. Great job and would definitely recommend.

Hired them to replace the roof, and they showed up late, overcharged us, didnt speak English, kept telling us we were wrong about everything, completely smashed and dented all of our fascia, and the contractor stole our extra materials, I would never recommend this business

Axis completed my roof earlier in 2020. They were always polite, clean, and professional. They fixed any issue that I had. They only reason it is not 5 stars is they were not as quick with the response to some issues as to what I thought was reasonable and I had to reach out a few times occasionally before I would get a response. Not that the responses were months later, but days to a week+ sometimes.

What a great company is all I can say. Axis replaced all of my windows earlier this year (great job you guys did!) and I had them replace my roof and siding last month. Fast, professional and both were great experiences. Well done. Thank you.

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!They came over for an estimate, but never followed through with a quote. I called 4 days later to inquire about the estimate, they claimed there was no record of it but they would have the estimator get back to me.. NEVER HEARD A THING.... NICE!

My roof was a nightmare! Axis stood behind their quote 100 percent. The crews were prompt, polite, friendly and very neat about their work. Except for rain delays, everything was done when promised! Highly recommend this company.

I used axis for a full roof replacement after the storms 2 years ago. They did a good job replacing the roof but It took them 4 days to replace it and it was nice out each day. Also found nails for months afterwards all over the yard. The finance company they use is horrible and because of the finance company I would hesitate to recommend. Also when I got new gutters installed the gutter company I used said they were filled with nails and roof shingles
