What can I say when I go in to pay my bill. I go straight to the one machine put my name & pH.# in, it tells you your bill price you put your money in & you should know by now you never get change back it goes into your next bill which is fine with me. You put the money into the machine get your receipt & leave. If you need help they will help you always with a smile. I have been using Spectrum now Name before Time Warner since 1980 that should tell you it is the best cable company.

I love this new location. Much more open than the old location. The front entrance is facing towards Target not Onieda street. There were plenty of employees. Not super busy. Made it easier to swap out equipment.Remember there is a lot of self help options on Spectrum.net swapping out equipment isnt always the solution.

Scott and Anthony came and fixed our internet (wifi was disconnecting randomly). They came in, checked a few things, determined the problem and did their magic. Very happy with the customer service and overall courtesy of these 2 individuals. 11/10

Line was extremely long at 8 am. They were using a new system and they said if we were returning equipment we could just drop it at ups and they would get it to them. 2 weeks later i still have equipment

There should be people staffed specifically to take care of quick and simple things, such as equipment returns, so that someone who is simply returning equipment doesnt have to wait 45 minutes, while people are setting up new services (that take FOREVER). We got here within a few minutes of opening (only because there was nothing posted online to show W Mason was closed) and were already 12th in line. CLEARLY both locations are needed! We were told the wait would be about 30 minutes. Waited 45 minutes for something that took 1 minutes to take care of. At 40 minutes, another angry customer (simply trying to return equipment) was told they could just bring it to a UPS. Wouldve been nice had the girl that checked us in told us that!!!

Dont listen to there adds on tv or picture adds they have been lying to you. Soon has you get it yeah its great but how come they keep taking things away or making you pay more and more every month.

Terrible customer service. Corporate in their infinite wisdom has now taken away the power of the local associates to retain customers. When you call the main office they make absolutely no attempt to lower your bill to keep you as a customer. If there is ever another broadband alternative I would dump them completely.

Had to wait in line. Going when store first opens not a great idea. 12th in line. Long wait. Got what I went for though after my wait. New remote fixed my issue.

For my situation, I had to pick up new equipment for a new Spectrum account because where I am moving to is on a different Spectrum billing system than the Spectrum service that I am moving from. True story.

There is a place to sign to be helped but its off to the side. I finally asked if some people sitting were in line and the told me about signing in. Then there was no option for me to put why I was there in the canned responses. A lot of time wasted!

I called their customer support off and on for two days, and was sent on a wild goose chase with no solution. I had to authorize my best friend on my account because I could no longer handle the lack of service.

Honestly, I dread every time I have to go in the store. I called ahead of time on their support line to make sure that the service I needed was available. They assured me that it was and they made me a reservation. Not only could the system not find my reservation, they could not actually help with my issue. Ugh.

Very poor their machine to make a payment doesnt work half the time if Bill keeps going up all the time and I got to continuously watch reruns so my rating is very poor for spectrum

Arrived at store to replace remotes at 10:30 a.m.. There were 13 people waiting for service ahead of me. There were only 2 service counter employees. The customers that were being served at the counter were each there over 20 minutes each. That’s ridiculous, even for Covid conditions.

They rewired us!. Couldnt get TV. We were gone on vacation and our house sitter let them. Got computer service but no ROKU. My husband is attempting to fix the problem with new router. We did get a surprise by getting an appt with tech services today.
