Fast quick and kind. They were very quick with my screen repair it had only taken around an hour and a half and very nice employees. They were very patient as I had my kids with me.

My new phone was not working at all! It took a bit of time for the tech to figure out the problem but she did! Replaced the simple card and I was on my way! I just hope that a less than 2 wk old phone will not be a continuous problem.

20 plus year customer of Cellcom because of their outstanding customer service. They even know Im a Bears fan and still roll out the red carpet everytime I need them. Great job!

My husband and I were both having issues with texting on our relatively new Samsung A51 phones. The Cellcom technician, Oliver, was extremely helpful. Hopefully the problems were fixed.

They were helpful, but needed to return for more from technical of phone service department later.

Luke is the man. He should get a raise. I just upgraded to an s20 and was out the door in less Than 20 minutes with all apps working perfectly. Even put a wax screen saver on. I didnt feel ignored, as I usually am when I go to cellcom. Thanks for the superior service!!

I had a very pleasant experience. The sales associate was professional, informative and personable. I took my daughter back there to get her new phone activated and to buy accessories. A different associate helped us and he was just as helpful, personable and kind. Two different days. Two different associates. Both days and both associates were very easygoing and professional. Great customer service! Dustin helped us set up our phones super quick.

They are amazing fix everything and way better than vision. Vision was charging $15 a day for one gig of data for apps that are deleted and that is ridiculous. I switched my mother to calls in today and she has never been happier with a phone service she didnt get dropped calls and way better reception. She didnt even need to leave the house to make a call anymore and she was paying $150 to share 4 gigs of data with her husband. Now pays $75 for unlimtied. Thank you calls on on Mason st green Bay you guys rock!

This was a sad visit. A representative had sold my Mom (72) a tablet and quoted her a price, but was charged more than 7 times more than quoted. They took the tablet back without issues, but broken promises hurt reputations!

Destiny at the Lombardi frontage road store was great!! We were at the west Mason store in front of Burlington coats and out of the 5 or 6 employees that were working, no one acknowledged us in any way until after about 15-20 min I asked a girl, I dont remember her name, if we could get some help. She was very short with me and didnt even seem like she even wanted to help, let alone even be there. I loved going to that location, but will not go back. I will be going to the Lombardi store. As soon as we walked in, destiny approached us and answered our questions and even went to see if the phones we wanted were in stock, which the other girl said no one had in stock, but destiny found them and helped us purchase everything we wanted. Plus she helped transfer all of our stuff, which was a big relief. Thank you Destiny!!

I was just looking at the phones and how much. I used to be with cellcom. I love to have the S9+ have to save up for the phone. I have the zte 7 years old.

Still in the lobby waiting.. All I need is a loaner phone, yet I havent even been greeted. There were 2 customers when I came in, and no communication from the employees about how long the wait would be.. Or any sort of apology for the wait..
