Went To AT&T in Bay Park Square as we were not receiving any e-mails. We were fortunate to work with Jo Ellen who was beyond patient with my husband and me. She spent so much time with us and never once made us feel we were a burden. Kudos to Jo Ellen, AT&T is fortunate to have her representing AT&T. I can not thank her enough.

Staff wasnt very helpful. They just gave us a phone number to call instead of doing the work themselves.

What a fun way to get a phone. If you go tell them at the entrance you want the duo team G & Sara so much fun. My phone is totally awesome, the duel cameras is the coolest. I got an awesome case and the selection was fantastic compared to other places and G & Sara set up the whole phone all I needed was my password. Thank you very much guys!

I recently made a mistake and switched to another carrier. I immediately changed my mind but my number was already ported. So I had to go back to the AT&T store to get my number back. It ended up being a huge hassle. My sales reps name was G and he was AWESOME!!! He worked really hard to get my number back. Then he got me a better plan for less money and got me a sweet deal on the new Samsung Note 20!!! The level of customer service he gave me was exceptional!!! Couldnt be happier!!!!

My service at the store was exceptional!! However absolutely terrible customer service on the chat on line and the 800 numbers. As well as the AT&T TV and internet!!! I Can Not understand how you can be given account numbers that they can not find! Or just simply hanging up the phone and not return the call!!!!

Mariah helped my upgrade my phone today and it was super quick and easy. She was very friendly and made the process stress free. If you come to this store ask for Mariah and she’ll make your day!

I dislike the Apple store model. Having said that G answered all my father and my questions in a very straightforward manner. He let my father try out the interface to confirm the phone he wanted and really went above and beyond. Never hurried or pushy, just informative.

I recently upgraded my smart watch and experienced some problems with the new one not activating properly. The manager, Will, did an excellent job helping me solve the problem and had amazing patience with me and the tech service we had to deal with. I would highly recommend his customer service skills to anyone.

My old phone decided to stop working. I headed to the store and didnt have to wait! Terrance greeted me immediately and asked what I needed. I told him I didnt want an expensive phone. Historically ,at this point, sales associates point to the cheap phones and stop helping me. Not Terrance! He asked what apps I use and how important it was to me to have a good camera. He directed me to a couple phones to choose from in my price range. He explained each phone in detail so I could make the best decision. He set up my phone and help me understand its functions. Please this interaction didnt last the standard 2 hours AT&T is known for. (Which is so annoying) I will return to this store as long as Terrance is there. Best service Ive recieved from AT&T in a long time.

If you go to get a new line or a new phone you have to go and ask for Yasmeen! She was wonderful, i upgrade my old phone and got a new line as well! She was really helpful and patience when my husband and I were making different questions at the same time (we can get really excited lol). Horrible costumer service because you tell a person to call ATT service help at 611. You are on hold for over 40 minutes each time you call and still cant talk to a single person.
