I like these guys at the mall. They are very polite and helpful! I had my phone fixed twice, my husbands phone once and my sons phone 3 times. The price is a little high but it goes down as the phone gets older and other models come up. The service is awesome, they are efficient and fast. I know some people here may have had bad experiences with this place but I cant see how one time bad experience can dictate the overall service they really give. Im happy with them and, as long as they keep knowledgeable and polite guys there, its a good store to get your phone fixed. 👍🏻😉

It was a terrible experience from start to finish. It started when I walked up I wasnt greeted, they were clearly too busy to look up say hello and take care of a OVER paying customer. I thought about grabbing my phone back and leaving when I found out they were going to charge me $129.99 plus tax and I wish I would have. When I handed them my phone I was told that my phone would be ready in two hours or less and that they would call my girlfriends phone when it was finished. 3 hours later I stopped in before the mall closed and my phone was still buried in a drawer. Even worse, the associate behind the counter then lied to me and told me how crazy busy he was when he was playing with his own phone when I walked up and there wasnt a single person at the stand or even the entire mall for that matter. I couldnt be more disgusted, if you need something repaired Im sure there are much more affordable places, that offer the same service only they will provide you with better customer service.

I gave these guys 40$ to replace my battery and it wont hold a charge for more than a day. Im saying just having the phone unplugged and not using it, itll lose its charge right away. A brand new iphone should be able to go at least 2 days without a recharge from experience.$40 is too much to pay for a 10$ batteryAnd idk who goes online to give their cell phone store in the mall a 5 star review, so thats suspicious to me too.Guys seemed friendly in person, but wouldnt take responsibility for my complaint. Said it probably wasnt their fault and the best he could do is take a look at it. Feeling ripped off.

My iPad stopped charging a couple months back and the Apple store wasnt going to do anything for me regarding my warrantee. The best they offered me was a $300 service fee. I was told it was my 30-pin connector. I consulted with friends and family on what I should do and my father told me about a place in Green Bay (I-Supply) that fixed iDevices. I called and talked to one of the service techs on the phone. The gentleman seemed very knowledgeable and was very polite. When he heard I lived a couple hours away he offered to have it fixed in one day so I didnt have to make the drive twice. I had a pretty good feeling about the company... my gut is usually accurate. I proceeded with the repair. They were knowledgeable and accurate. They offered to keep it a couple days and run some tests. They kept me in the loop over those couple days as to what they were finding. They gave me their opinion on what they thought was wrong. They told me the cost, they made other suggestions and shared the risks with me. I chose to have the 30-pin connector replaced. They also informed me batteries were on sale and offered to replace it for a real low price. When the device was picked up they were polite, smiles all around. The device was clean and looked like it did when I dropped it off. I held off on this review to see how everything worked... its been a few weeks now and the device is working as expected. I think this company is a top-notch company and worth using. Good Job I-Supply.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. Shattered a gen 4 ipod screen. Isupply fixed it ($70) then two weeks later it cracked, not from dropping, but a single crack from the screen fitment being low quality. No warranty or anything so I was forced to spend another $70. Now about a month later it pressure cracked AGAIN up on top of the screen. There is now a little piece of screen missing and two cracks. Not gonna spend another $70 so i guess Im gonna have to deal with it. Not worth the time or money, just get a new ipod/iphone. Terrible quality, terrible customer support.
