Bought a TV for work, it stopped working within the manufacturers warranty period. Manufacturer wont fix it because its located inside a business. Best Buy Geek Squad wont give me a quote to repair it because they only repair products that are covered under their protection plan.
Was a great experience, fixed my phone quickly and very polite staff.

You have to make appointments to see them were so a manager said ridiculous just ask questions. Well never go to Best Buy again
There work at my house was good. There phone sys at best buy was poor called several times and could not get through. You need an appointment to bring any thing to the geek squad.

Ultimate Cringe I brought me Laptop in to get the Keyboard fixed, and when I picked it up, my touch screen was completely disabled. It was so bad I had diahrrhea the very next dat. At least the workers there are nice. Instant 2 stars
My washer broke in Decembe, 2018. There were no power. They order a part for it and came on January 8, 2019. After opening it, they realize this was not the problem.So they ordered another part and I had to wait one more week. They had to cancel because of some sort of emergency. The only person in the city is injered .Finally they came a week after with 2 people to help, and they said it was fixed. Today I run the wash and it will put water and dont move what so ever.It keep it Peeps and I cannot turn it off.Today is January 17th. My washer is not fix. I called and I was on hold and transfer to 4 people .They transfer with telling me. Spent hoursNow I got a hold of someone, they claimed that they came only one time and I need to send another request for service.This is so wrong, I had to leave work 3 times and it is almost a month with no washer.By the way, my washer is Samsung. I purchased it January 20th, 2018.Less than a year and this is the service I am fettget. There is no rating for the phone callers they could careless. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Difficult to reach by phone, terrible customer service, not responsive, delays pick-up dates, does not know a lot about computers, way over-priced, etc. You get the point. Find a different tech help service.

Terrible. I had to get four cellphones to replace the one I had originally. They even tried to change me another deductible. Customer service sucks. All the day is uhh huh, Im sorry, and wow. Do not purchase a warranty plan from these people, you will regret it.
I just had a frustrating morning with on-line Geek Squad trying to renew my webroot subscription. The directions are not clear. Then I had trouble trying an on-line chat. Finally I did what I should have done to begin with - I called the Green Bay Geek Squad and spoke with Rick. He walked me through in under 5 mins. -- If you need help call the Green Bay store and ask for Rick. Give him a raise!
