They were pleasant to work with and they did a wonderful job on my 2017 Dodge Ram. Im a perfectionist and I looked it over really good and couldnt find any hail dents.

Ive come here several times always been super happy. Came for insurance repairs, out of pocket major repairs, minor hail, details, never a single complaint. Absolutely phenomenal experience. Devonte and Cole went above and beyond with every aspect of my experience. These guys are all about treating people right and not all about the insurance money. They genuinely took care of me and far exceeded my expectations. I talked to multiple body shops about ceramic coating a 2001 Dodge Ram truck and none of them took me seriously or would even consider it. I was going to do it myself but after talking to the owner Cole he convinced me to have them do it. They got it done at a great price and treated me like family. I had a dent on my drivers side slider door on my work van, I could see the dent every time I checked my side mirror. It really bugged me! They were able to make this dent disappear completely I could not see any trace of it. Super nice staff through the whole process, only place I take my vehicles for repair and reconditioning.They also have a detail shop down the street that I use and highly recommend.

Let me tell you all, this detail shop is amazing, my cousin surprised me by taking my car to get cleaned up and make it look new again. Boy it came out super nice and I am so in love with my car. I dropped off my pickup at this shop on 9/22/19 for a hail repair claim and called today 10/4/19 to check on progress. They have not even started the repair stating they havent got approval from insurance.Two weeks and no communication from them about anything! They have my contact info along with the insurance company quote and contact info, why no call? Very poor customer service and even worse communication! Ill be taking my business to another shop that understands the impact of not having a vehicle and also appreciates their customers.

We were purchasing a hail repaired vehicle from a dealer. We were promised by the dealer that the hail damage would be repaired, and the car would show no signs of damage. Before repairs, there were no scratches on the vehicle. Now we have our car, and there are 2 scratches on the roof all the way through the paint, as well as a fist sized protrusion in the middle of the hood of the car. Not what I was expecting when it was supposed to look new.

I hit a racoon and had some extensive damage to the front of my car. The Honda dealership recommended NCAR to me after I went to one of the preferred shops that my insurance company wanted me to go to and I felt uncomfortable with them. My first encounter with NCAR was AMAZING. The 1st shop told me my car was fine to drive and NCAR explained to me that it was not. They also told me things about my car that the dealership didnt even tell me about. The shop was so clean and the ladies at the desk really know their stuff and followed up so quickly. The gentleman who I spoke to when I took my car in for them to look at was so knowledgeable, honest and treated me like a person not just as an insurance check. I picked up my car today and it looks brand new again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop. I will be going back to have windows tinted on my truck and have my car detailed. THANK YOU NCAR for an amazing experience

Wouldnt recommend to any one, need new management, ghosted on me after they said they would call with a quote in an hour, said damage could easily cost $2000, car would need to be painted,I buffed it out with all new equipment and only paid $75 for everything and spent 3-4 hrs on it. Very glad I didnt take their word that it couldnt be buffed out and had to be repainted .

The inside looks pretty good, the outside looks worse than when we took it there. They broke the lid on the center console and want us to pay for half the replacement parts.....they broke it not us.

Most of all, theyre down to earth.First, I scheduled for a full detail on my Xterra and it looked so good. The managed to make an 05 look new. In that process they were absolutely wonderful in helping me out with a hail damage claim from last year.I got my car back today, (they delivered my Xterra to me at work!) much earlier than expected and I cannot say enough good things about them. Their customer service & attention to detail is top notch. These guys & gals go above and beyond. My insurance adjuster even complimented their honestly and accuracy. When someone takes pride in their work always speaks for itself, but they have the customer service to match. Bravo guys. Youre very much appreciated and I will recommend you guys 2nd to none!
