This was my first time at Breeze Thru and Paulina greeted me with the biggest smile! She explained to me what type of washes they offered one by one and ended up getting the premium shine which was just what I needed! Thank you for great customer service, I will be back.

I came down for a work trip and decided to get a wash and honestly the wash was decent..on the other hand I felt like I paid for amazing service! I had a young lady named Paulina and man did she kill it in the polishing tunnel! I was so happy with the service that I didn’t even care to complain. She is by far one of the nicest most respectful people I have ever met. She made it seem like we were friends from the start!! And it was a plus that she spoke Spanish!GET MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER!!! THANK YOU PAULINA!!!!

We have a monthly membership and stopped at a new location just to vacuum off our car seat before a trip the next morning. We pulled 8 minutes before closing and the sticker/tag would not read despite multiple attempts. 4 other cars went through the other lane and were able to enter. An employee was watching us from the window and my husband honked asking for help. The girl looked at the clock which was 5minutes til close at that point, left the building, spoke to another employee and went back into the building looking at us no the clock repeatedly. We finally reversed out of the entrance and went the wrong way into the vacuum section and were barely able to finish before they were turned off. I understand what a closing time is. We are paying for a monthly membership and we’re not able to use it because an employee decided we came too late. But seriously 4 other cars entered AFTER we started trying to enter. We are not happy with the service at this location at all. The other locations have employees happy to serve and help always with a smile on their face.

I visited here from out of state and needed a quick wash. I have a monthly membership at my home car wash. I gotta my car was experience here was less than satisfactory. Here is something you should try, how about having someone hose off the bugs before sending them through the tunnel. My car came out looking worse than it did before. It just smeared the bugs all over the bumper and mirrors. Even left some on the glass, and Im not talking one or 2. This car wash was a total waste of my money and I do not recommend it to anyone that wants a really clean car.

I came in and this place is a joke!!!! I was vacuuming my vehicle and one of your Vacuums were not working and I let an employee know. They just said okay and walked away. You had many employees walking around not doing anything!!! Some walking to Jimmy Johns and McDonald’s, how can you call this place a business when you got nothing but kids messing around and taking everything as a joke!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

My battery died when we were vacuuming this afternoon- I had my two young kids with me so literal nightmare. Alejandro and the team did not hesitate to help. Alejandro used his own car to jump mine and had us out of there in no time. We already go to Breeze Thru pretty much every day and have a subscription because it’s such a great car wash but now we have even more of an excuse to go. Thank you Alejandro and team! Breeze thru give these kids all a raise ;)!!

There’s no question the unlimited monthly pass is a great value, but what they don’t tell you is their brushes put waves and waves of micro scratches all over your vehicle. Don’t even think of going here with a new black car. My new car looks terrible now. Now I have to pay $350 to get all of the micro scratches buffed/waxed out.

I have given the car wash a try many times now because I love their vacuums. However, you pay $20 for a car wash and your car doesn’t even come out clean. There are other car washes in the area that you pay less and your car actually gets clean.

Egh....I have payed the full $35 3x now for the Buff n Wax at th W 10th location in Greeley over the last 45 days and I am not impressed since Breeze Thru has taken ownership. I went on a Saturday morning, Thursday afternoon, and a Tuesday evening. The help at the wax station do not do a good job paying attention to detail when hand wiping. There is always leftover bugs, dust or road grime left on the vehicle. I could understand that quality at the $5 Basic or even $10 Deluxe level but for $35 I expect more. There are other choices in the area.

I constantly use this location, always have a great experience however this morning I was greeted by a tall girl with dark hair who seemed like she was bothered to help me she talked to me very rude as if I were dumb. You should really look into getting friendlier staff because talking to a customer like that who just needs help is unnecessary.

I have been to your establishment previously and was always a satisfied customer. Today when I brought in my new truck for the buff and wax ($30) the employees who completed the waxing did not know what they were doing and the wash left my truck with a white substance I have not been able to remove on the drivers side of my truck. Hopefully it comes out but today was not a pleasant experience.

FALSE ADVERTISING: Web site advertised interior services with their buff and wax tunnel but they don’t actually perform any of theses at this location, you have to go to a different location for these but they don’t have a buff and wax tunnel. Furthermore the buff and wax service is not worth the money, they put very little effort into the towel dry and lightly mist a few spots on your vehicle with their ceramic wax so not much protection with that and the tire shine doesn’t even cover the whole sidewall of the tire so it looks like half done which actually looks worse than not having any tire shine at all.

Nice car wash but the $30 wash hardly touched the bugs as promised it would. Had I known they would remain on the car, I would have got a much cheaper wash!

Didnt really get the car clean. Rubber brushes leave scratches in the paint. 😬 Free vacuums are handy though. 👍

Paid $18 and my car was not even close to clean my windows were dirtier then they were when I got there. I went up the street to a do it yourself one paid $10 and got my car spotless

This place is a joke. My mirror cover got taken off by this car wash and destroyed, they had me file a claim to get it fixed... instead of just mailing the $20 part to my house and letting me just clip it back on, they demanded I needed to go to the dealership to get it fixed for “liability purposes”. Okay cool... they called me, told me the part was in and that the cost for repair was all taken care of, had me bring it alllll the way over there to the dealership... the dealership fixed it, but then asked me to pay $106 for the repair. When I told the dealership and had the dealership person listen to the voicemail of breeze thru saying the cost of repair was ALL TAKEN CARE OF, he said “yeah. We have this issue with them all the time. Previous customers have had to threaten to sue them to get any action”. Furious, I called over there at least 10 times, the dealership guy also called this breeze thru location several times... no one answered. So, I had to pay for this repair out of pocket to be able to leave the dealership. I got over to Breeze thru to get reimbursed and to see why NO ONE would answer the phone during business hours... and ALL of the employees (3 of them that day) were sitting inside the little office just hanging out. The phone rang while I was there and not one person just sitting there answered the phone. What’s even worse is one of the 3 people working that day just sitting there... is the manager of that location. I asked why no one there answers the phone and the manager refused to answer the question. He was condescending the entire time I tried finding a solution to the $106 I had to pay out of pocket for the repair I was told was taken care of... everything was a joke to him. What was supposed to be a simple quick repair turned into half a day affair because the manager refused to answer the phone ringing off the hook at HIS location. Joke joke joke joke. Cancel your membership.

I love this location I get your buff N wax ($30) the blonde girl is always smiling, her and the tall girl with glasses always do an amazing job with my truck, I prefer this one over the one on 34th!

I normally take my car here and love it. We took decided to take my husbands truck and it was too big. The person at the pay station said we would be stopped by the next person if our vehicle was an issue and we werent but the entire carwash stopped, we got thrown off the track and THEN they said we were too big. Once we got out we checked the truck and it was still very dirty. So they gave us a refund. The reason for my 4 stars is because our issue was resolved and my small car is great for the wash! We will be back just not in the truck.

This location is closed half the time due to poor staffing. According to the high school kids always chaining the main entrance. Avoid this place unless you want to pay your monthly fee and only get to use this location when they have enough staffingEdit:This location is not only closed on cold days. Many times the weather was perfect and they were still closed. Yes they have staffing issues. Ask any kid that works there and they’ll confirm. Just read the past reviews on this location and you’ll see I’m not the only that has found this location closed SEVERAL times!!!

I tried the wash and gloss once when they first opened. Horrible experience. When I saw that Breeze Thru bought it I was excited because I usually drive across town to the one on 34th. Always been very pleased with everything at the 34th location so I figured this one is way closer to my house so Ill give it a try. At first glance it seems like the employees are undertrained because they were running around in a panic when 5 cars pulled in at the same time. I paid $26 for the buff and polish or whatever its called. Wash was poor. Still had bird poop on truck. The hand dry was poor. Still a lot of film left on multiple parts of truck. Bugs still on back of mirrors and grill. Film left on windshield. Tire shine was absolutely worthless. All around a waste of $26. I will not use this facility again. Once again I will drive across town to the one where I know I will get exactly what I pay for. So youll still get my money and it will cost me more in time and fuel. Honestly Id like a refund or in house credit so I can go to the one that does a good job.

The car wash before breeze thru took over was way better....they actually prepped the front of your vehicle, the windshield and back of your vehicle with a scrub brush by hand to insure it was somewhat clean before sending it through the bay. Breeze thru just wants to get you in and out clean or not.....Never again will I use breeze thru its more about the quantity of money than the quality of service 💯 tried to call and let the manager know but of course no one answered.

Good wash. I recommend. Very convenient situated next to King Soopers by the McDonalds. My wife and I come here all the time to get our vehicles washed also work vehicles get washed here and they do one of the best jobs out of all the breeze thrus that Ive been to. Very friendly great staff and they treat their employees well.

I have the monthly pass but needed to get anew sticker. Bree, the manager assisted me. I then asked more questions regarding their drive thru wax station. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciated her advice and really happy with the service.

The car wash closes at 7PM, good car wash. I’m not able to wash floor mats with water. Maybe a place to wash rubber mats should be added!! Vehicle is all clean now.

Love that theres no lines like the other location. If youre going to have the tap feature for credit/debit cards for faster easier service, it should work. Regardless, a good experience

Now I know why this place is so active. Fast, easy service with an unbeatable unlimited per month price. The complimentary vacuums are super powerful and have 2 hoses for every bay. I could reach from the back of my minivan to the middle seats.

All of a sudden they worry that your vehicle might damage their equipment but wont think twice about scratching up your car with the towels they drop on the floor.

I love this car wash. Gets all the gunk off and the vacuum stations are great. The membership is really worth it. Very good customer service. The kids also enjoy all of the different colors of soap, so thats a plus.

Truck always come out clean

Its always so fun watching everything spray at you and the brushes brushing your car. Either my life is really boring or i just find that sorta thing appealing. My life is pretty boring...lol

Just left this wash and this is the first time I have gone through an automatic car wash and my car came out dirtier than it was before. Left a hazy film all over vehicle that was greasy to the touch. This incident combined with the side view mirror that one of the brushes broke and them offering a replacement that when I recieved, was incorrect, pretty much settles it. I will be going to the one off 35th for business. Unfortunatley, there are not any other drive through car washes of a different chain around. Bring back Wash N Gloss!

Great wash! The Buff tunnel is fantastic, much better than Wash N Gloss. I had a terrible experience with them, Im glad Breeze Thru redeemed the wash! I think his name was Trey or Trent?... It started with a T haha. But he did a great job on my wax drydown, it was in the blink of an eye! Will be returning!

Good wash. Love the membership option with unlimited washes. Only reason not a 5 star is that every time I want to vacuum, the nozzles are always full of garbage and suction is reduced significantly.

I have an unlimited wash pass. Its really convenient to where I live. But I think they could improve some things. I have a Ford Escape, and I feel like every time I go through the carwash the back of my vehicle is still dirty. And when I pull out of there there still a lot of water on my vehicle. I wish they had one line that was for people with the monthly passes.

Ive visited on a regular basis since purchasing the $35 unlimited wash pass; however my most recent visit was very upsetting! When I drove to the Buff & Wax Bay a young Caucasian male stopped me and said I needed to show him my receipt for payment before I could enter. I told him I pre-pay monthly and Ive never been asked to show a receipt before. He and his heavy-set coworker with eyeglasses seemed to think it was pretty funny that they wouldnt let me through without a receipt! I will be canceling my plan, I can go elsewhere!

I pay for the monthly subscription and came to the 10th st location this morning to wash my car before it gets work done. It was closed. This isn’t the first time it’s been closed and it’s frustrating when I pay $25 a month to wash it once or twice and the one time I need it they are closed. I went to their office to cancel my membership and the manager (I think) there was not helpful. Never once said sorry for the inconvenience, or offer to make it right in any way. Instead just said “it’s a million dollars worth of equipment and things break.” I had to go pay money at another car wash to get what I needed done. I just think next time they have a frustrated customer because they can’t access what they pay for, maybe an upgrade or free month, or a little understanding from the customers point of view, might help smooth it over and keep a customer.

All the brushes get all of your car here unlike the other one in town that only gets half of your car, this site is the best in town.

Did not wash my truck very good. The one on Fort Collins does a much better job.

Quick and clean car wash.

Jesus the Site Manager was excellent. Brought my truck in after a weekend of woods, dust, and muddy mountain roads on a camping trip. Jesus’ customer service was above and beyond, nothing short of awesome, and my truck looks like new again. One of the many reasons I’m a monthly member for years now with our family rides. The monthly subscription makes it easy to do multiple washes to help get sap from a tree that always mucks up my car. Its a good value and the wash is good. I always feel the Breeze Thru on 35th and Hwy 34 gets car cleaner but this one is easier to get to and usually less busy. Cant go wrong with the Breeze Thru experience.

Half the time the buff and wax is not working. Most likely due to understaffed. The people are friendly. Just expect delays if not closed before noon.

The staff is very helpful and I love the vacuums. I’m bummed that the wash doesn’t do a good job at getting the rear end of vehicles though. The sides, top, and front looked great but the machine completely missed the back, I saw the same on other vehicles when I was pulling out of the lot.

I called to put my two car wash accounts on a seasonal hold because I was leaving town for 3 months. Service was just awesome.

Sad. When it was Wash and Gloss they did an adequate job. We had memberships for two plus months after it became Breeze Thru and everyone is nice enough, but nice workers does not equal good business. The car wash always leaves spots that I have to practically wash the car myself to get out. Polish tunnel is never open when we visit (even though we paid for it with our membership). Basically a waste of money.Tell you what save your money wash the vehicle yourself. I know winter time washes might be a bit more challenging, but heck we are Coloradans... take your spouse to dinner or invest in your childrens college fund.

I usually go to the Breeze off of Mulberry since Im from FoCo and Ive been going for about 3 years to that Breeze, I was in Greeley this morning and my buddy had told me about the Buff In Wax so I decided to try it out. The lady in the wash had a huge smile and Trent did my wax and did an incredible job! Im super impressed, it took maybe a minute max to dry me down and he said that they look at reviews often so hopefully you guys recognize the great work they are doing over there! Fantastic wash I will definitely be using again when im in the area! I prefer this one over Mulberry, maybe add a Wax tunnel over there! Thatd be wonderful!

SAVE YOUR MONEY and SKIP THIS PLACE. They seem to always have trouble with their washers, its always something not working and this time it was their air dryers. Ive mentioned this to them couple of times and its always same excuse Well fix it well reimburse you but they never do. I dont even bother asking for money back and Im a monthly member. Im getting rid of it and canceling membership wish I didnt have to but its frustrating.

Best carwash for the price Ive ever gone to. Plus, with there multiple convenient locations from Greeley to Fort Collins, I tend to get my car washed a couple times week.

Love this place for 15 a month i get unlimited washes and free vacuums. I would normally spend 15-20 a week going to a quarter car wash. Definitely worth it!

First time there. 15 min.$30. One antenna separated but nice young lady reattached when finished. Several white spots of some sort of cleanser possibly, was on car I noticed when I got home. Wheel spokes were not cleaned well and it showed. I may return but not for $30 experience.

We have a monthly account, price is good but the wash always misses washing the back of all off our vehicles.

Have a Toyota sienna and got the $6 wash, after I got out to see how it looked and the front and back were dirty. Went around and they sent me through again, but didnt really help. Will not use again.

Ill admit the wash is amazing but not worth the money for the buff and wax. $26 bucks for a buff and wax is ridiculous especially since you just get two attendants that wipe down your car to prepare it to be sprayed with wax .Than someone sprays your car down with wax and you go through machines. BE CAREFUL because that wax can leave white residue behind. Thankfully you can take it off with soap and water on a towel or I recommend going to a self service car wash with the guns. I recommend going to the other Breeze Thru on 35th because $26 dollars goes a long way at that location. The only thing I recommend at this location is the washes.

The best car wash in Greeley!! They have great prices. Buying a monthly wash package is the best offer. Their vacuums are awesome and there is so many youll never have to wait. You park and have a vacuum on each side, its nice. They have an extra polish wax and retailers on site.

One star might be too much. My car was returned with soaking wet carpet so now there’s a muggy smell. Can’t roll down one of my windows now. The knob to adjust my side mirrors was missing. This was in November. Since then I’ve called many times and left messages, have talked to employees there about my concerns. Went in person (since the person in charge never returned my calls) and scheduled an appointment to get this done right and then my appointment was rescheduled. They told me they would pick up my car from work the next day instead so that they can work on it and have it done by the time I was off work. No one ever showed up. I called and left a message that same day and once again no one returned my call. I called again today and no one returned my call. I’m being completely ignored! I paid to get my car returned in a worse condition. I’m extremely disappointed. No respect for the customer! Absolutely ridiculous!

The car wash used to be good not sure whats happened over the last few months but I will no longer be using this car wash. They seem to close without warning and not even due to weather at times when we pay for an unlimited pass you expect to be able to go there whenever you need to and not show up to closed doors. Management doesnt return phone calls either and this has added to a lot of my frustration over the past few months.

Absolutely love this place! It was my first trip in today and I did the big wash for my mustang. The employees were excellent and I will definitely be coming back and have cash to tip them! Great wash and even better customer service.

I love that I have a monthly pass here it does a quick and clean job and I can go as many times as I want in a month some locations have different options as far a waxing cleaning the inside and so on

Horrible wash. I have used Breeze Thru for many years, and at different locations. Always got a great wash. I was excited about this one because it was located closer to my home. I was going to purchase the package, but not now. Its too bad that Breeze Thru can not standardize each facility. May have to go back to letting the wife wash the car. :(2 stars are for having water, and getting at least part of the front washed.

I had my SUV-mommy car get the full works this week. And if you know what a car looks like with kids, you know how nasty it gets. Anyway, I picked up my SUV looking better than when I drove it off the lot. I highly recommend Andrew! He did a phenomenal job and I dont want my kids to get back inside the car!
