They gave me a good deal but didnt do all the areas they said they would. What they did do turned out great but they left spots that werent touched at all. The lady over the phone said specifically if I had the seats off they would clean under them but they were just surface cleaned and put back on without any work done underneath them. It took almost an hour after I got it back to the spot they missed and pictured is all the material and mess left after I did about half of that work. They also didnt touch the back door at all as seen k. The pictures below.

Great customer service, but the actual carpet cleaning was sub par. It doesnt look like they even touched the closets or the very edges of the carpet. I made it a point to move all of the furniture off of the carpet for them, and part of me thinks that if I didnt, they wouldnt have moved it themselves. The dirty water from their machines was dumped in my toilet and now Im struggling to get the Grey ring out of it. They could have at least flushed the toilet before they left so there was less chance of stain. There are a couple more difficult spots that didnt get any additional treatment, so Im cleaning it myself. It would have been cheaper to rent a cleaner from Walmart, and the quality would have been the same.

Ive worked with these guys for a couple different things and both experiences have been really positive.

Google Maps has a hard time finding this business so I had to call. They pointed me in the right direction and I was there on time. But I sat in the waiting room for 15 minutes and not a single person said hi or anything. I tried calling back to see if you needed to reschedule but no one picked up the phone. Talk about unprofessional! You just let money walk out the door. Ill be asking Groupon for a refund. If a person cant trust you to be on time or to even pick up your phone, how are they going to trust you with their car? I have no doubt this place would have screwed my car up somehow. What a waste of time! I hope you go out of business!

Romia is so great to work with! We used the O-Zone machine on our cars and houses to help clear the space after we all got sick. He made it so easy to get the equipment and use it where we needed. Highly recommend working with RC for carpet and auto needs.

Zac did an excellent job in detailing the seats of my car which is what we had requested in order to get rid of the dog smell. They look brand new and smell great. My husband and I were really pleased with his quality of work and kindness to accommodate to our schedule that morning.

I have previously gotten my vehicle detailed there and they did amazing. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend by getting his truck detailed. I called three times (during business hours) and left a message and was never called back. Doesn’t exactly show the want for business.

Zach, in the Greeley location, went the extra mile and took care of a couple of things that were not included in my package I had chosen: one of those things, I had asked about. My car was so dirty, I couldnt drive my real estate clients to showings. I was too embarrassed! My upholstery was trashed. Dog hair and grime, dirt ground in, and stinky! Full price- half the job. I brought my truck in and we went over what I expected versus what they provided. I expected my truck to be fully detailed and cleaned and waxed as my invoice states. Lets start with the good part. I was provided a free upgrade to get the carpets cleaned for hair removal. The hair removal was from people- not pets- not sure that matters. The interior looked fantastic and was clean and looked like show room quality. The exterior I dont believe was done at all. I paid for a wax and a clean, but the truck was obviously not waxed. If it was, I cant tell at all- no shine other than factory- I should note this was a relatively new truck with no external scratches of damage. The bed of the truck had a bunch of 1 inch particles of deck wood that were loose. These were still here when I picked the truck up- wasnt even swept out. I specifically asked for the wheel wells to be cleaned- not even touched. The windows were not cleaned very well at all on the outside. The outside job was so bad that I didnt even try to bring it up because I didnt want to argue over sub par work. The last insult was being charged a credit card fee for $7- this should have been stated up front. Even though I think the guy is really nice, I will never let him have my business again. I paid full price for half the work and this guy isnt cheap! 235 for a full detail that was supposed to be inside and OUT!

I took my car into RC Auto Detail and was very happy with the way Romia and Brandon treated my SUV. They hand washed and dried it, including the inside door panels and did so in less than an hour. They were the most professional and friendly detail guys Ive ever used to clean my car. I have also used them to clean the carpets in our office and they did a great job! I would highly recommend using RC Auto Detail for all you car detailing and home carpet cleaning needs. They are true professionals that stand behind their work.

These guys are friendly and helpful whatever the need. Call them with an emergency and theyll do everything possible to get you taken care of. The work is excellent and doesnt cost too much either. They are the only company we trust with our autos and carpets.

Before I turned the car over to the shop, I had one visible imperfection on my windshield. It was a star chip on the drivers side of the windshield. The passenger side was undamaged. When the shop was finished with my car I noticed a very visible crack on the passenger side of the windshield, starting about 8 inches from the end of the windshield starting at the bottom and curving toward the middle of the windshield. The crack started out around 12 inches. Along with the crack, I paid for a mini detail which is a wash, wax, and vacuum. When I received my car it was far from a mini detail, and the vacuum was OK. I took my car into an auto shop to get my fan belt fixed and their service includes a wash and wax. My car came out of that shop the best its looked since I bought it. In the end, after asking the shop to split the cost of the windshield, the owner/manager refused to pay for it. If I could, I would give this place a ZERO out of five stars. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

Make an appointment!! Despite being very difficult to find, we stopped by during business hours and found an Open sign on a locked door. Spoke with a nice man via phone who said they were all out, but could meet us there later that afternoon. They may be really good at what they do, but if I cant count on them to be there during posted business hours, they wont get a second chance to make a good first impression with me.

Thought I might have to replace badly stained carpet. Called RC to see if they could clean it. They did a GREAT job. Very reasonable too.

Amazing service and a fantastic job--I was unable to drop off my car so they came and picked it up from my home. It was returned that evening in gorgeous condition. I didnt think theyd be able to get out some of the messes that my kids have made but it came back so clean! RC Auto Detail is the ONLY car service I will use in the future! I have not tried their carpet cleaning service yet but will definitely give it a try next time we clean the carpets based on the great car experience we had.

We had our 2002 GMC Yukon in for detailing on March 16, 2017 and it turned out fantastic. This is only the second time weve ever had it detailed so the vehicle was in desperate need. We have two older labs that we haul around in it so the dog hair and other messes were pretty bad.Zach did a great job and was a pleasure to work with.The fee was fair and reasonable and Ill definitely be back.

RC Auto provided superior customer service before, during and after they detailed my vehicle. They called a couple days afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Not very many companies go that extra step but RC Auto did.My vehicle was detailed exactly as promised, plus some little extra details, and they had everything ready to go exactly on time. I was very grateful and very honored to utilize their services.

Won’t be going back. Paid extra for carpet cleaning, and didn’t even touch the inside of my truck. Don’t waste your time or money.

I will never - EVER - let this company touch my vehicle again, nor will I suggest them to anyone I know... not even my WORST enemy.After requesting a detail complete with wax and specialized treatment to some trouble spots on my seats, my car was returned with dried wax on it that I am still finding (over a week later).That isnt the worst part, though.. When my car was returned to me, I noticed that night that there were circular scratches in the paint all over my car. After consulting a few friends who confirmed what I was seeing (including lightly running their fingernail across the scratches and feeling the ridges) I knew that I wasnt just imagining this problem. My paint job - the ORIGINAL paint job - is ruined. As someone who does her best to keep her car clean and polished, this was more than disappointing. When I called the following day to notify them of what I was seeing, I was told I would hear back that day or first thing Monday morning. Not only did I not hear from them on by Monday afternoon, but when I made the phone call to follow-up, the person I spoke with was rude, condescending, and, to top it off, he HUNG UP ON ME! Seriously? I had called to follow up after being told it would be addressed first thing Monday. They clearly had dropped the ball and yet I was the one who was being treated horribly. Was I upset? Of course, but who would not be in this situation.I am still finding things that are wrong following their handling of my car. As someone with no small children, there is no reason that the cover on the anchors in my back window to be misplaced or broken, which one is. When the car was returned to me, the front dash had not been touched, the front window was still horribly dirty and the back window had not even been touched from the inside, not to mention the issues I already discussed.Ive used detailers for years but just recently moved to this area. I am incredibly disappointed and would not suggest anyone use them for any reason. And, on a side note, an added fee of $20 for pick up and delivery of a vehicle is ridiculous. I had planned to go with their Care Care Club at the platinum level but will never allow them to touch any item of mine again. Now I have to find someone to fix my paint job and redo the things they ruined on my car. Please save yourself the trouble of having these same issues come up yourselves and find anyone - ANYONE - else to take care of your vehicle!

These guys are not professionals. Merry Maids would do a cleaner job of detailing a car. The tires were thick with armor-all (brand new tires that didnt need anything) yet they didnt even wipe the rims, there were puddles of armor-all under the hood and in the doors, didnt vacuum the back window, didnt clean the cup holders, didnt get the leaves out from under the hood, didnt clean under the wipers, didnt shampoo the trunk, left armor-all overspray on the gauges, didnt wipe the door jambs, windows were streaked inside and out, mirrors streaked, sunroof wasnt cleaned at all, headliner wasnt touched, found trash under the seat, drivers seat belt was dirtier than it was upon arrival... you get the idea. Spend $50 more and take your vehicle to a shop that takes pride in their work.

I used this company to clean my apartment floor. I was dog sitting for friends and several accidents took place that made it unbearable! At an affordable price and within 12 hours a nice young man was there and made the carpets better than when I moved in!

Got my jeep washed there. Didnt have enough money to do the full detail, so I cant comment on that. But the wash was great, fast, and thorough.

Stay away from this place at all costs! They failed to properly do a headlight restoration on my vehicle THREE times. The third time they spilled clear coat onto my bumper and from the scratch marks it looks like they tried to sand it off! I told the owner I wanted them to pay for a competent shop to repair the damage and he said to get off the property! Terrible service, horrible employees. STAY AWAY
