These guys were great; they gave a quote broken out into what was provided, and what was extra, and stuck to it. They showed up on time. We had them clean the air ducts, which were shiny when they were done, and had them clean the champagne-colored carpets that were nearly 30 years old and they brought those back to life very nicely. After one of our pets got sick, and with little kids running around I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to get the carpets cleaned on such short notice.TLC was the only company I found able to come out that day and they were wonderful!! They explained everything to me, gave me different options on products, made it very clear I did not have to choose anything if I didn’t want it... which was great because prices can add up!When I called a couple days later about still noticing a little bit of odor they came back out within that week and made sure to get it taken care of!! Great company and fantastic people to work with! With two dogs and two kids i know I will be using them again.

These guys are great. My carpet looks amazing. Weve had over 100 foster puppies, so you can imagine how my carpet looked before they came. It looks almost new now. Theyre very upfront about the cost and procedure, and they even offered to come back if any stains came back within 3 days. They are friendly, trustworthy, and do a great job. Awesome service! I called TLC carpet cleaners to clean my carpets because my older kitty urinated in a couple of spots. Tom and the crew were super friendly, prompt, eager to help with our problem, and reasonably priced. The chemicals they used destroyed the urine smell, and TLC even offered to come back at no service cost, just the cost of the product, to retreat the spots if there was any lingering odor after the carpets dried. I am happy to report that they did not have to come back because the first cleaning worked beautifully. I wont hesitate to call TLC for future service or to recommend them to others!!

Pretty good value. A little pricey for the small area we had. Tom was willing to come back and address the areas where stains were not removed so I was pretty happy overall.Edit: we were charged when Tom came back to fix spots that were not cleaned efficiently the first time. My husband did not tell me this until weeks later because he knew I would be mad.

They were able to fit us in quickly which we appreciated. A couple of rooms took longer to dry because they had to add extra amounts of the pet cleanup product, but overall the job was well done.
