Recently we suspected a gas leak at our home at 10 pm. Atmos energy confirmed the leak and gave us Air X-Tremes number.I called them first thing in the morning (on a Friday) and they had a crew at our house in about 45 minutes. They spent all day fixing our gas leaks and kept us apprised at each step. They always checked with us and gave us an estimate as well as our options before performing any service.Aaron and Charles were very pleasant and professional and--check this out--after receiving our bill, Linda emailed me to point out an addition mistake on their part that saved us over $100. I mean, who does that??Air X-Treme is our go-to team. Give them a try. Youll be glad you did.

I am really satisfied with the service I got from Air Extreme. They installed central air conditioning and heating in my old house. I paid a lot less than I would have with a larger co. They completed the entire job, including electrical and ducting in two days. I would recommend this company.

Very bad communication skills. They need to get better evaluation equipment just as well. From $750 evaluation & repair to $156 from a different company. While they took one month and a half for them to come back a second time, I had A-1 Heating & Cooling Company come out on the same day and fix the problem in 10 minutes for $156. Big difference!

I bought a heater and central air had it installed. First the central air cooling unit was put in my dog run where my dogs ruined it freeing the freeon. They peed on the fins making them for away. No warning about it. Then when I look to get it replaced every company has said it was to big for the space I have and the coil was not matched to heating unit. Basically not enough supply air for the coil. So I need to replace it all. Talked to air Xtreme and basically got a dont care additude and another quote to replace at 3/4 of the cost for both a/c and heater.

These guys got out to our house when our A/C was on the fritz and it was 98 outside so fast. We had just bought our house a few months prior and the unit was installed less than a year ago. They came out, made a few minor tweaks for us and told us they would still keep the warranty for us even though the previous home owner left us no info.We highly recommend them and will continue to use them!

This company is the most GENEROUS company I have ever seen! Their giveaways BLOW ME AWAY! If I lived closer to them, I would go to their office and personally meet all of the staff and owners! I recently used this company for an air conditioning repair and got service that in the end did not leave me feeling comfortable by the time all was said and done. I had a technician come out to look at my air conditioning problem and he thought that it might be the fan and was unsure. He stated he was going to order one and install it if the problem persisted, but he was not 100% sure that was the problem. The technician ended up stating that he was told by the owner that this was the issue without question and installed it. This was not the case. After the repair my system was left with the same problem hours after the technician left only to be told he would be out to check it in the morning and to turn the unit off until then. I informed the technician that I had a small window in the morning and the technician stated that he would be able to do whatever it was he needed to. The technician showed up with 20 minutes to spare before knowing that I needed to leave for an appointment and within a couple minutes topped off my refrigerant and the system was immediately working fine and has since. It is odd to me that this fix was so apparent and immediately fixed this problem after a $400.00 repair that prior day and was not something that was checked the prior day before any expensive repairs were made. I emailed the owner and feel I as though it fell on deaf ears and got nowhere with my concern. Being as though I am not a HVAC repair person I consulted a couple other companies who stated a similar course of action collectively that was different than this company used. I am just sharing my experience and you so that you can use this in your decision making when you need to.In addition to what happened above I had Airxtreme out for a repair on my A/C as my usual company was booked. They completed the repair and when I went to pay I was surprised with an additional fee. I went to pay by credit card and was told that there was an additional 3.25% as that is what the credit card company charges them and this was a convenience to me. This was never mentioned at the time of scheduling and when I called and voiced my opinion I was told that they normally have this on their work orders. I told her that I did not get a work order until I paid and that obviously not help as again this is after the fact. I wont do business with them in the future.

Our furnace stopped working on a cold Saturday. These folks came out within a few hours and quickly and efficiently repaired it. Highly recommend these people.
