Einstein Heating and AIr installed a new furnace and AC. They were on time, professional, polite and reviewed what was going to be completed. They promptly went to work. They cleaned up after themselves. Thoroughly went over the details of my new system and how to operate the new thermostat. I was very pleased with the work performed. Alex was very informative during the sales presentation. It was a very pleasant experience to work with Einstein Heating and AIr.

Our technician was very personable. Before he did anything in checking the furnace and air conditioning, he requested we watch. He explained the tests he did and showed us how a furnace should and should not be functioning. He answered a lot of questions and took time to explain if I did not understand. I felt very assured I had a true professional working on our system.
