I was stuck in a lake. They did everything possible to get me out. They got a truck stuck and had to bring out 2 bigger tow trucks to get me and the other truck unstuck. When payment came around. They only charged me for pulling me out. Very fair price. All the guys were very nice. They could have charged me way more. Definitely a trust worthy tow company.

Rude service from the moment they show up. On the clock and charging. They will then lie and tell you not to worry about getting personal belongings out of your vehicle, after towing they then will hold all and any of your personal belongings hostage untill they get their money. Doesnt matter that they have a $6800 salvage value truck or the fact that the scrap value alone would pay there tow fee. They will hold you hostage for 2.5hrs to not serve you, can offer to pay the fee and they will still waste time with insureance company. The only reason they get the 2 star is that after they finnaly get there paperwork and money then they can at least act more like humans and not like a scummy tow company that wants to make the worst day of your life worse.

These people are amazing. My car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection. Jessica was helpful, quick and relatively cheap on getting someone out to me. The tow man Caden, was fast, courtesy, and very professional. Caden was so helpful and was able to answer my question. Overall cost super cheap, I will always use these guys.

Driver was a life saver ran out of gas right down the street he brought me a few gallons and have me a jump. Good people.

Pathetic.... Way to much money for the service, its a total rip off if you ask me.And God forbid if your ride goes to their yard, because now you have another nightmare on your hands.I tell you all, towing takes advantage of your breakdown, dont matter what company it is. Plus when the cops call them for you its double the price. So if the FBI calls, is it triple the amount?

I’ve never experienced such rude, laziness, and unprofessional bad attitude from any towing company’s helpers.. Rolling eyes and threw a fit for wanting my car in the driveway and not in the street.. Would not recommend Tad as your tower, so rude.

I broke down 80 miles from home. The car had to go to the dealership for repair. Superior towing has great customer service and had a drive on the way very quickly. Their price was reasonable as well for that distance! Thank you for your help and kindness! I hope I don’t need a tow again but if so I will call Superior Towing again for sure!

They came three hours late. I paid a day prior and they said it would be here by 8am I called them and the lady who takes calls said she was picking up other cars before mine. I paid for that time. Very inconvenient. The lady said she didn’t have any drivers to bring it in and I asked her how long and she said it could be another hour. This tow company sucks.

Highway robbery is an understatement when it comes to these guys. With the exception of one driver there are no bigger thieves than Superior Towing unless you count the Greeley Police Department. The level of harassment they are willing to go to would make anyone sick to their stomach.

Anytime 24/7 and any weather, Superior has come through! Especially Bridgette who is Safety first, professional and goes the extra mile! We have tanks located in Weld County, Denver Metro and all areas in-between. Some which need relocated the same day. Superior has always come through. Very high recommendations.

I called after running out of gas 1.6 miles from their garage. I was about 0.2 miles from the nearest gas station but since I was on an off-ramp I thought itd be better just to call for assistance. The charge was $75 which seemed like a lot for 2 gallons of gas being so close to their facility but it was an emergency. Informed it would be 20 to 25 minutes which seemed like a long time given how close I was. It took 54 minutes and while I was waiting I had two people offer to help who I turned away telling them the tow truck driver should be here any minute.

In March this year during a heavy wet snow storm our Ford broke down with me driving it. I was impressed by the professionalism of the Superior Towing driver as she dealt with a foot of road side snow, plus mud, and made the connections to the car. She was also pleasant and personable.Fast forward to August now. My Mercedes broke with me driving it and I called Superior towing this time because I remembered how well things had gone before. Well lo and behold it was the same driver as before: Bridget. Just as before she was a professional in her work and pleasant to do business with. I asked her to show me where she connected to the car and why. Her response was well reasoned and well seasoned. I felt very safe putting my Mercedes in her capable hands.I hope it is a long time before I have to order another tow but if is in the Greeley or Denver area I know which company I will be calling.

I used superior for towing today, striker was our tow driver he was super nice helpful and the price was a great deal coming from mead to Greeley. I called king towning because I thought they would be a better deal since we broke down in Mead, king towing wanted to charge me $150 more to tow me to Greeley. superior towing was awesome! Will recommend them to all friends and family and all my customers.

Poor customer service. Dispatch said a truck would be out to my vehicle in 30 minutes, I called 45 minutes later and the dispatch said the truck hadnt cleared and would be another 30 minutes or longer. They couldnt even be bothered to call me back and let me know. I would have called another company.

I called to get my wifes car towed to DeBeys service for a repair. They told me the mechanic I chose was a great choice (I appreciated the reassurance). John was my driver, he showed up unbelievably fast. He was funny and had a great attitude. Overall I highly recommend superior towing.

Had to get towed from Fort Morgan to Gilcrest which was about 55 miles price was really reasonable. Stryker was my driver he was super friendly and we had a good conversation. He was also super professional and answered every question I had about towing. Would definitely recommend this company especially Stryker. Hope this helps.

Called around 10:30 PM and rude lady hung up on me after telling me to hold on for a minute when I had a breakdown on East 34 and needed a tow back to Fort Collins. Called Auto Collision Towing and provided the exact same directions to my location and the guy came in 10 minutes. Was happy to do business with Auto Collision Towing!

Do not go with these guys I repeat do Not go with these guys!They call them selfs profesional, they don’t come close to professional.Called to get my car to my mechanic because my alternator went out it was going to be from milliken to longmont. Said they would have someone show up in 30 minutes and actually showed up 1 hour later They tell you it’s 50 dollars plus 3 dollars the mile., they don’t tell you there also charging you 3 dollars the mile from there shop to your location!The driver dint have a hitch for my car, end up putting chains on it and one of there hooks rip my axel and there driver tried to say it wasn’t him. I ended up having to spend an additional 500 dollars to get my axel fix but they have a lawsuit coming there way.Make sure you do your research next time u need a tow because these guys don’t care about your car.
