I had actually called another place and they referred me to these guys. I called and was told they could make it in 45 minutes, and they were spot on. Got my car hooked up and on the flatbed in less than 5 minutes, and brought it straight to my house. They even backed it into the garage for me. Total time from call to delivery was one hour. The driver was professional, courteous and quick. The price was very reasonable, I was expecting it to be $150 and it turned out to be half that. I would highly recommend Auto Collision Towing to everyone. 5 stars!

Great and reliable company. Unfortunately for me I have had to have a vehicle towed 3 times now, but they were there to help each time. They get the job done in a timely manner. A friend tried for 40 minutes to jump my car. Finally called and thought I would just get it towed. He was very quick to arrive and he told explained why my battery wasnt charging. Also gave me some other helpful tips which was very appreciative! Very professional and reassured me that prices do not change based on time called, which some tow companies do. Will definitely use them again!

Matt was amazing! He towed my car twice in one day, first to the repair shop then to the dealership when the shop wasn’t equipped to do the repairs. He even gave me the name of his contact at the dealership to help me with my car. He was super nice and professional. I appreciated all of his help. I highly recommend this company!

We had a special request and they were the only company in town that would help us. Jana actually listened to me and asked how she could help and thats what they did. The storm in Greeley bascially put us in a very difficult situation and after calling 7 different storage company, I called Auto Collision and they were the only ones in town that were able to help us. Twice now I have locked my keys out of my car and these people were so kind both times. The lady I talked to on the phone was very sweet and told me that they would have someone to help me in 15-20 minutes. In about 10 minutes someone was at my car to help and was able to get my keys out in less than 5 minutes. Every person at this company is nice, prompt, and care for the people they are helping. I wish I had gotten names, but Im sure anybody that were to help you would be as kind as this gentleman was!

I believe his name was Matthew. 9/14/20 about 600-640pm for a white Pontiac. Great service and attitude a well as a little comical. Believe a raise or a weeks paid vacation should be considered!!

After my boyfriends truck slid off the road and into a ditch, I called multiple tow truck companies before settling on this one as they seemed to be the most affordable and quickest. Well, I am so glad I did. We almost spend 2x more with another company. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and so professional and the man who towed the truck was quick, nice, and also helpful. I will definitely use this company again and I certainly recommend it.

My car battery was dead, so I called my roadside assistance. The tow truck driver showed up when they said he would, he was super polite and helpful, even in the extreme -2 that morning. He got my car started so I could go and buy a new battery. I would definitely recommend them.

Cheerful, accommodating, and johnny-on-the-spot when I needed help!I filed a lock-out claim through Geico on a Sunday evening while I was at the shooting range (in the middle of nowhere), this gentleman got right on the road and headed my way. I called to let him know that I was all the way buried in the very back of the range, and he said that was no problem.I was back into my car - with a smile - within minutes of his arrival. Paul took amazing care of me and my family. Towed our broken down vehicle. Recommended a shop to get it fixed, took us to a hotel and help store our camper for a couple days. Incredible service, highly recommend.

If youre in Greeley this is the place to call. Broke down at 10pm on east 34 called, and had a tow truck there in like 10-15 minutes to get my car back to Fort Collins to a shop for repairs the next day. The driver was super nice and professional. Tried calling superior towing and the lady literally hung up on me after putting me on hold when I explained my location. If I ever need towing in Greeley again, this is who Ill call.

Auto collision recovered our vehicle after a significant accident. They took extra care to secure the totaled vehicle and were superb in helping us recover our personal items and navigate the insurance process...all while we were dealing with injuries from the accident. This is a great company with good people. i strongly recommend them.

My sister in law was in a very bad accident in her car but she was not driving . she was thrown from vehicle broke 7 ribs 2 broken bones in her back 2 punctured lungs a broken sternum and broken tailbone and the skin on her back was filleted and her spine was exposed and had to have special surgery on her back for it . needless to say she has a long recovery . when she called to get personal belongings from car that is obviously totaled they said she would have to pay $2000 she told them she does not have that kind of money and she would just sign over title to them but they told her she would still have to sign over title and pay $300 to $400 for her personal belongings ! This company has no empathy they are only in it for the money!!

Ive never encountered a company THIS on the ball. I filed a locked out claim through Geico. They notified Auto Collision Towing and they arrived so fast I thought they had to be at the wrong building. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Not what I was expecting at all. The people in Greeley are some of the most professional and easy to work with. Only wish I had a chance to meet a driver. I cant imagine that they would be bad though. The woman who answered my phone call had me laughing and smiling. If I were in an accident she would be the one I would want to speak to first, as she made me feel very good about my choice. Customer service is extremely important to me and you guys knocked out of the park, thank you again.

Our car wouldnt start after eating at JBs Drive-in (we did, not the car) so we called and Jerry Smith was there in less than 15 minutes. Because of the nature of the problem I was sure that itd have to be towed. However Jerry recommended using his jumper pack first and with his help we got it running and didnt need the tow. He gave us his personal cell number to call back if we had any trouble getting across town to our house. Im just saying, he was a real blessing and help on a Sunday night at 10:00 pm. 5 stars all the way.

Nicest man on earth and my baby loved him! Not only did he go above and beyond out of his way for me, argued with insurance for me so I would incur no cost, but he was very sociable and friendly, very reassuring. He even strapped my kiddos bigwheel to his flatbed in front of our car! She was thrilled to ride in a big truck. He even pushed my car into its parking space by himself before I even got unloaded from the cab. I could say 1,000 more things about him! I highly recommend him if you need help!
