My daughter and I have used their services several times while getting her car repaired and theyve been nothing more then awesome, fast, helpful as well as reasonably priced. If you live in their service area youd be DAF not to call.

I called them around 11:50pm and towed my car in 30 mins. I wouldve stayed in my car overnight because none of towing companies had not answered for 1 hour. He save my life and I deeply appreciate for their help. In addition, the towing fee is also reasonable. Thank you a lot again. :)

We were driving our GTO to Loveland for a nice Friday night cruise when we had mechanical trouble. I tried using roadside assistance through my insurance. After waiting for hours for my insurance to locate a tow, I found All American on line. I decided to use them after I saw a picture of one of their trucks hauling a classic car. 15 minutes later the owner, Dwight, arrived and with care he had my classic loaded. We greatly appreciated the ease of being able to collect our truck from All American Towing. After the police located our stolen vehicle, it was towed to be stored safely until we could come and get it. We were greeted and treated professionally. They went above and beyond to make sure that we would have a place for unwanted things the thieves left behind in the truck and wipes to clean the parts that we would be touching until we could get it cleaned!

All American Towing are truly professional and compassionate persons! It goes without saying this was one of the best experiences I have ever had…. and not with just a towing company, I mean in LIFE. My wife and I were stranded in the Grasslands stuck in a snowbank for over 8 hours – no one wanted to help us. We called numerous towing companies and were given every excuse in the book. We even hounded our insurance agency because of their lack of response, coordination, and overall understanding of the situation. Dwight and Kim (the All-American Couple) were the exception and came to the rescue.The situation was bad, as I have stated we were stranded for over 8 hours in a not-so-great area, with horrible environmental conditions (think – snow, ice, and mud). Nonetheless, Dwight and Kim assured us they would not leave us stranded. Their willingness to help someone in need brought my wife to tears. We honestly thought we would be spending a night in the middle of nowhere in a cold and frigid environment. These two individuals risked their business in helping us get to safety. We were in involved in a hit and run very early in the morning. The police officer called All American Towing. The driver, Eric showed up in a reasonable amount of time considering how early it was, 5am and he was very friendly. After the car was towed we needed to get our belongings out of our vehicle as well as sign to release the vehicle to our insurance Company; Kim was extremely helpful in getting that completed. We realized that we forgot to get something out of the vehicle after we left and Kim/Dwight got those items for us before the insurance company came to pick it up. Definitely would recommend All American Towing, they made our unfortunate situation into something easy to deal with. Thanks again!

This company came to my aid when nobody else would. My rental was struck by a kayak from a passing vehicle, and I was stranded with a four week old infant in 98 degree weather, and roadside assistance wouldn’t be available for 4-6 hours! Dwight and his wife responded immediately and got us where we needed to go!! Absolute best service, and very caring people! I highly recommend!!

When my car broke down, I called multiple companies I found on google to get quotes. Although this was not the cheapest quote, it is who I chose to go with because they were BY FAR the friendliest and most helpful. They answered the phone very politely and were very helpful with all my questions. Dwight (the owner) answered and stated all his other trucks were busy but that he would come out. He gave me a quote and time estimate. Dwight arrived at the time he stated, he was very friendly! It took him less than 5 minutes to get my car hooked up and ready to tow. I had it towed to an auto repair shop and he took the time to go in the shop and ask where they wanted it , telling the people I have a car to drop off here for this little lady. I cant express how much I appreciate all their help especially the professionalism and friendliness. If you want a business who will treat you like a human and not a dumb female that knows nothing about cars, these are your guys!!!

I got stuck in an ice/snow mound, completely my fault. Called and spoke to Dwight who said it would be about 45 minutes, which was not an issue. 20 minutes later Matthew showed up and got my car unstuck in less than five minutes. Smooth simple process. Worth the time and money! Super friendly and professional.

Dwight came to our rescue. One amazingly friendly guy with a lot of professionalism about what he does. He not only arrived when we were told. But he also handled the job with no problems. He got our explorer home for us. Hes an amazing driver and was able to back it all the way into our garage. The lady told me over the phone that was going to be 85 dollars for the service, when the tow truck arrived the driver told me was going to be 15 dollars more because he has to put the front tires on dollies which he never did. When finally the tow truck arrived to my house before they unload it the driver told me that his boss told him that the total price was going to be 125 dollars because the weight of my truck which on the beginning I told the lady over the phone the make and model of the vehicle. I definitely do not recommend to use this towing service to anyone or if you do make sure to get the total price before you contact them.

Dwight saved us this morning and he is our hero!!! He came within minutes during the early rush hour traffic. He helped with getting my young daughter out of our locked car quickly, and was very professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone and I am so grateful for his service!!

I called All American for a tow. We were close to Longmont and he had to drive from Greeley. He showed up very quickly. He was extremely courteous, professional and friendly and offered us to sit in his truck to get out of the cold. He was very conscientious while loading our vehicle. I would not hesitate to call All American for any of my towing needs.

I cant say enough great things about All American Towing. Our car was in an accident and the police were called. All American Towing arrived quickly, were very professional, and got the vehicle moved out of traffic quickly. But where they really shine is in the care of their customers afterwards. When I went to get our belongings out of the car, they were helpful, shared their knowledge of what happens next with insurance, and really made my family and I feel supported. Very helpful and extremely nice. The wife and I were trying to get my truck started after a cold night of it sitting and being a diesel. He was in the area and offered to help us with out being called and got our truck started. We will be calling and using them for now on with any and all vehicle needs.

Poor professionalism, did not follow 1 simplistic step outlined and communicated for pick up, my car yet still remains left and unserviced days later after the committed pick up time. I am not a review writer but the incompetence heated me so much I was provoked to share this experience. Lastly the guy on the phone hung up on my wife. Do not spend your hard working dollars or insurance claim to support this business.

I hate having to pay for a tow but these people make it easier to swalow. They have been courteous and efficient in their dealings with me and take care of the vehicle in a safe manner.

Received an outstanding service from this crew. I had a blown out tire on a busy road, and instead of just changing a tire they ended up towing it to a tire shop because it was unsafe to change it at that spot and the dummy tire was not in the greatest shape. When it came to the charges they simply charge me what they were going to charge you for the tire change and an additional $10 for the tow which was more than reasonable in my opinion. The driver, Eric was outstanding, professional and made sure everything was safe and got me to where I need to go on time.

All American towing was wonderful they didnt take long to come tow my car and towed it without doing more damage. I also scheduled to have them pick up my car a few days later to tow my car to Denver and their service was great and helpful without doing anymore damage.

Quick and prompt service, they showed up very quick and the gentleman that did the tow was great to talk to on the ride to the shop!

Rude and greety

Last night at 8 o clock I put in a request for a tow truck. paid over the phone and I was given a 60 minute eta. After 60 minutes went by I received a call by the driver asking if I wanted the tow truck still. (Dumb question after Iv waited over an hour but I let it go) another 60 minutes went by and he finally arrived. I showed him how to hook up my car (45 year old classic car) and I began to film and take pictures for my own social media. He mentioned something about filming but I couldn’t hear so I assumed he wanted to to film for his records and so his work is insured on film (I had this car towed 3 days prior by another company and I filmed the whole time)He then stopped towing my car to tell him he didn’t want to tow to be filmed (he’s in my own drive way on my property) I asked him why I couldn’t film my property on my own property? And he said he didn’t like it. Keep in mind he was not on camera at all initially. Fast forward a few minutes of me asking his reasoning besides he didn’t like it then asked if he would have come if I told him the property has survalence cameras anyways. He then packed up and left after almost 3 hours on terrible unprofessional service. I will never use this company again, I will make sure my friend and family never use this company again, I will make sure the members of the car clubs I’m apart of will never use this company again. Working with classic cars you get a lot of tow trucks. I have photos of the driver and video of the encounter. Feel free to get in touch if you would like to see them. I’m embarrassed for the company honestly.

Driver was 45 minutes late, rude, condescending, incapable of understanding directions, and informed that if he had spent any more time looking for me he “would not have come back for you”. I cannot put into words how furious I am with this pathetic excuse for a company. I will absolutely never in my life use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Okay so I wanted to leave a review for the All American Towing Company I wanted to say that the gentleman that I talked to was the owner of the place and I just wanted to say thank you for his help I had to tow my car from Evans to Loveland and when you first got there I hadnt locked my key in the car and it took them about 40 minutes you know struggling trying to get him open which was to no avail but after a few hours he finally came to love them with my vehicle and I just wanted to say that after him doing all that getting my car there he was kind enough to only charge me $200 and still deduct $35 from the total because he thought that she didnt do a good job I just wanted to tell him thank you so much for everything he did to try and help me and I will refer him to everybody that needs to have the vehicle towed thanks

My car very unexpectedly broke down at a very busy intersection and simply would not move. I was very concerned about getting off of the road so I did not get rear ended or cause an accident. As I was quickly trying to figure out who to call I literally looked up to see a tow truck backing up towards me. Dwight let me know that he had been 4-5 cars behind me and saw that I needed to get off the road as quickly as possible and took it upon himself to help me with no charge. Dwight towed my car to a nearby parking lot and Kimberly (who was also behind me at the time) gave me a lift to the car where I decided on hiring them to tow my car back to a shop in Loveland. It was a perfect example of being in the right place at the right time but it was simply amazing to also do the right thing. I can not thank you both enough for helping me out of a tight spot and continuing the excellent customer service with the tow to Loveland. Thanks again for everything!!

I had an axle seize up on my camper near Red Feathers lake and couldnt find anyone willing/able to take the job until I got ahold of the owner, Dwight. He arrived shortly after talking to assess the situation, then Cory came up with their flatbed tow truck and got the camper loaded and back into town with no additional damage.These are your guys if you need tow!

Left my truck on the side of the road because of a flat tire when I went back for it , it was gone , it took me a while to find it because the sheriffs department didnt had any reports of it being towed , I called every towing company until I found it with this guys......after paying almost 300$ They wouldnt let me change the tire in their yard they made me drive it out of their yard with a flat tire , I ended damaging my rim.
