I have had statefarm for many many years. Ive had Mike since I moved back to Colorado in 2016. He and his team have always been amazing in getting me the best rates. Ive had other insurance companies try and get me to switch and every time they cannot beat my rates that I pay. Even if they could not sure I would switch because of the great customer service I receive from Mike and his team.

I was able to contact them and get help on a Saturday night, to understand what I needed to do, and the process of getting everything fixed was so smooth and easy. I could not ask for more from my Insurance Agent.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.I would never recommend them to anyone. If i were you I would run. Christina(Tina) office manager/lead sales, set us up with a commercial business policy. My one statement was If I were to go with you I would need good communication and certificate of Liability insurance sent out to my customers the same day. Tina agreed to my request . Shortly after,Tina accepted my funds and sent out certificate of liability insurance to our customers and emailed us a copy. Things appear to be great until we had an accident days later upon receiving our new policy. Me and my office staff tried to contact Tina 15-20 times so that she can help us understand our coverage and lead us in the right direction to submitting a claim. Never once has Tina tried to contact or assist us in any way. Every single one of Mike Deutcher office staff has said Tina is on a phone call or with a customer, but was really quick to say we are being dropped and only have coverage for 30 more days so we suggest that you get another insurance company and do it quick so that it doesnt look bad on you guys by having a dropped policy. This has been since 10/13. Phone calls every day. Since Tina did not respond to any of our many phone calls, I have decided to contact State Farm claims department. After talking to them for quite some time they said that they were not able to find our policy number, which is strange being that Tina has emailed our customers and me a copy of our insurance.The policy number Tina gave me is off by 2 numbers. State Farm claims department has even contacted Tina and has yet to respond to them. State Farms main office is looking into this matter. Stay tuned to there reply and what we will be finding out because I believe there is a lot more to this.

I have been going to Mike Deutcher for the last 20 years now! During the last huge hail storm here in Greeley, I was really worried about the damage to my roof and everything else, so I called Mike, and he personally came to see the damage, and took care of everything. Not only did he come to assess the damage, but he brought a great roofer named Eric Andrade, and together they took care!Over the years he has been so helpful, I have my cars, my house, my sons house, and even some personal items with State Farm, and feel like I have nothing to worry about. All this time Mike is been so great to me and my family.

My go to place for all things insurance! Tina Schneider is a rock star! Always friendly, professional and in top of it. There are quite a few State Farm offices in Greeley, and this is the only one my husband and I have found that are on top of their game, no question about it! Thanks!

This place is not that great, they dont care about you they just care about your money. In the last 3 months my premium has gone up 6 times and they blame it on all the uninsured drivers in the state. That makes zero sense. Really reconsider when youre looking for insurance this place is a load of b.s. the biggest joke of an insurance company in the state. The employees are all incompetent and no nothing on how to do their jobs. Do not waste your time with this place.

Friendly advice from a *former* Statefarm customer who has 3 properties and 7 vehicles: try to refrain from the FIRST THING out of your mouth being sexist. My wife, now professionally employed, visited here for something completely routine, which Ive now forgotten. Perhaps sign a doc or add a card to auto-draft.Upon seeing the vehicle she arrived in, and asking what she does (because that really matters..), she replied that shes studying. Which she was, and it was for a major certification she did pass, for what its worth.His response was one suggesting she was an attractive house wife who drives around her husbands nice vehicles.Changed agents after this. Changed insurers after finding SF was 30% more expensive than anybody else, and after offering the opportunity to explain or correct it, they said you pay for our service and our agents.In that case..And seriously, Statefarm emailed me individual letters/packets monthly for EVERY. SINGLE. THING. i had insured. At one point I think I received upwards of 20 letters in a single month. I cant name my new insurer, but its a phone app. 1 phone. 1 app. no arriving home after a week out of town to a pile of red and white letters.FOLLOW UP: this SAME REVIEW and his SAME RESPONSE are available on Facebook. I provided proof that I was their customer (what kind of defense was that?) and have since had multiple people message me stating they had a similar experience. I also provided screenshots proving that what he said in his response is 100% false. They made it out as though Im trying to extort them. Yea, because people target small potato sexist insurance agents for money, all the time...

DO NOT use this office. Ever since Tina left it has gone down hill. They dont have integrity and I wouldnt trust them to run a lemonade stand. Use another office if you want to use statefarm, just dont give this guy your money.

I took a friend their that is college aged. She shares a house like a lot of college students. They told her she would have to submit the names and personal information of all of her roommates to get insurance. I wouldnt recommend State Farm, for college students, if this is their policy. I have been insured with State Farm for years and thought this was ridiculous.
