Got this contractor assigned through AHS on Sunday .Called them on Tuesday around 9 am he wasnt at his office yet and he will call back in 2 hours ....later that afternoon I had to call him again ....he still hasnt made it to his office ....but told me he would be there the next morning at 7 am ....i checked my email in the morning just to find out he called ahs to cancel the contract because he didnt wanted to drive out .even so he assured me on the phone he will be there ...now i have to wait about 2 weeks to get my ac running ...would not recommend this company for nothing

Our air conditioner was making a loud unusual noise. I called George on Saturday. He had recently worked on our air conditioner for a different issue. He came between his other jobs and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new fan motor. George said he would try and get one but there was only one supplier open on Saturday. He said he would be back on Tuesday if he could get the part. Of course the temperature has been in the 90s and would be for the next week. Later that same day George called and said he had the part and if we were home he would install the new fan motor. Within a couple of hours he had the air conditioner working and checked out. Again he did this between jobs. George could have just waited until Tuesday. George is very hard working and knowledgeable of what he does. He is pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC repairs.

The furnace gave up during the winter. The previous company wanted to have the chimney removed and to replace the water heater as well. George came up with some ideas for the new furnace, and the lining of the chimney and everything was done in less than two days for half of the cost the other company quoted. The inspector was very impressed. George is one of the kindest and nicest people one might meet who will do anything to help the best way possible.

My air conditioner went out when temps were in the 90s. George came at the end of the day and worked on my unit until late into the evening. He was professional, kind and worked hard. He explained things regarding my air conditioner. I understood what was going on and why. Great serviceman and human being. Thanks George!

George was amazing. He was super skilled, very intelligent and very kind. He went out of his way to help us and we will always be indebted to him -our furnace would not work late at night and he drove 3 hours round trip at the end of his day to fix it for us. Simply impressed and appreciative of Mountain States Heat and Air. They surpassed my expectations. George came over, inspected, and got my boiler heating system up and running in no time. After the system was up and running, he figured out, an air plug had developed in the top zone (I have a total of 3) He carefully inspected my system, and discovered it was in poor shape. (Just a little background: I have had it serviced every year, using the same company, and they always reassured me it was functioning optimally) George of Mountain State Heating and Air, pointed out each area of concern, and replaced valves, pipes, zone controllers. Not only that, he explained where each part was and its purpose, with some general upkeep information. It turned into a big job, but George did it correctly and with great integrity. MY HEATING HAS NEVER WORKED THIS WELL IN THE 5 YEARS SINCE I PURCHASED MY HOME!!!! Mountain States Heat and Air will be my exclusive heating provider!

My furnace is over 30 years old. 99 out of 100 HVAC technicians would have taken one look at it, laughed, and told me I needed a new one.Not George. He cleaned it, and my air conditioner. And when my furnace baffled him for a bit, he didnt lie, make stuff up, and then do a bad job of servicing it. He told me the truth. He told me that he wasnt familiar with my furnace. After he told me that, he went out, and on his own time, at no cost to me, got familiar with my furnace.He did an outstanding job, I cant recommend him enough. And, thanks to George, my 30+ year old furnace is still working. He did outstanding work, and I would recommend him to anyone, at anytime.

George is the man! I couldnt get another company on the phone on a friday evening after my hvac tech just left me hanging with a shrug. He stayed on the phone with me, worked me through the issue, put me in a spot where i could fix it myself and even searched for the part after hours knowing he wasnt going to get anything for his efforts. I immediately scheduled a service call at his first opening to inspect both my units.
