There is a reason these guys have continual 5 star reviews! I unfortunately used another company at the beginning of summer to clean a diagnose my A/C. They said I had an A/C leak and needed a new A/C condenser. At every corner they kept at it. I didnt believe my 5 year old system was really that at risk. I called out Air Solutions and they had a tech out the next day. He found the leak in no lie 5 minutes. Within an hour it was fixed and within roughly 2 hours I have fresh refrigerant and a like new system. I cant speak enough to how quick and professional this company is! They also made sure to test their fix and that sounds like common sense but the other unnamed company I used did not use basic logic with their diagnosis and try to find or fix my issue.10/10 will use these guys again!

I had a leak coming from my AC unit.Turned into a insc claim.Air Solutions was absolutely amazing! First off they got me in 3 days prior to my scheduled appt. They found the cause of the leak under my house, fixes It and then did the maintenance needed to the cooling system. My house is now cool again and leak free. They answered all questions I had and explained what they were doing and why.Phenomenal service and staff!! Will definitely use them again in the fall for my furnace Inspection.

I used them to do our winter furnace check and to find out why our humidifier was not working properly. The technician was polite and on-time. He cleaned our filters and adjusted the burners. He determined that the humidifier has dropped out of the thermostats programming and reset it back to normal. Our cat is very happy with the higher humidity.

The woman who continuously called, in spite of our payment plan being well documented, was horrible. She added so much stress to our situation, especially with COVID. She called multiple times to collect a payment with no way to run our cards, or would wait weeks to run them. Told us to pay in full monthly, even though we had a payment plan and were sending checks monthly. We finally just took cash in so she would stop harassing us. Highly recommend the company, but try not to deal with her.

Called on a Saturday and was booked till Friday. Not a huge deal given the state of things lately. Came on time, fixed what was wrong, dropped some HVAC knowledge on us, as well as the mic, and left. Our AC went out just as a week long heat wave was hitting, 90’s and above, pretty hot for our area. Dusty got here and after looking at our unit outside knew exactly what the issue was. The capacitor had gone. He had a new one in and our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. Great company, Dusty is a real pro that knows his stuff. Repair price was more than reasonable. I contacted Air Solutions for repair of my boiler which had stopped heating. My first impression talking to Jeff reassured me I had reached the right company for the job. He was able to have Colby come out same day service. In less than 10 minutes Colby found what the problem was. He repaired the first part and had my heat going. Called this company after our furnace went out overnight on a cold winter night so I called AS in the morning. Colby arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed my furnace problem. All pricing was up front and reasonable for the repair. He had the required part within 24 hours and put it in the following day. The repair was done quickly and accurately. He brought in all required tools, parts, etc on one trip and had the pro touch such as wearing in shoe covers without prompting and vacuuming the repair area. Great attitude, knowledgeable and on time... hated having to need repairs but super happy about the service delivered.

Ive grown weary of the local scams of uh-oh discoveries, or Im just trying to keep my employees going and pass along fake discounts. I called Air Solutions based on the positive Google reviews. I know I only leave honest feedback so hopefully most others do too. I was encouraged by my appointment set up with a kind and cheery person. My technician arrived on time. They were professional and low key. They listened to my issues of no furnace ignition and respected my opinions and efforts to resolve the problem. They found a minor problem, wrote a concise report and only charged a minimum diagnosis fee. What? No cracked heater box, worn out this or that, or other scare sales tactics. I received an honest assessment, recommendation, and fair charge. Im extremely satisfied with my first experience.

We’ve had Air Solutions here a few times for boiler repairs and once for a yearly maintenance. One was an emergency repair and they reworked their schedule to accommodate us. The other wasn’t and due to issues, needed to reschedule. They did not install the boiler/hot water heat system but they’ve been knowledgeable and able to make the repairs needed. If we need service in the future, Air Solutions will get the call.This is an addendum to my previous review. Our 20 year old boiler became a money pit this last season. We spent almost 5 months in AZ and the boiler failed 3 times, due to its age and nothing more. Dusty and his crew came to the rescue each time and worked with our house sitter to find a good time to meet and make repairs. We decided to replace the boiler after we returned home. Dusty gave us a good price for the work. We’re more have heat just in time for the next storm this weekend. Thank you, Dusty, for you ethics and placing your customers first. I had a Siemens mini-split that stopped heating altogether leaving my guest house freezing cold. Colby showed me where the filters were located and explained how to clean them. An easy fix - Not complicated but I’m so grateful he took the time to show me everything.He also helped me troubleshoot a dripping problem from the AC draining wrong and creating a mold problem. The unit had been installed unlevel and so was draining improperly causing excessive dripping and humidity (and mold).Colby was dynamite - I would definitely call this company again!

My property management company uses this company. They sent a technician named Roman. He was polite and did a good job.

A couple years a go Dusty came out to look at my air conditioner. Right away he figured that whoever installed it undersized the system. Then he went to the crawl space to see what he was up against on that end. He looked at the botched system that the previous installer performed and made the statement. I bet what ever room is back in that corner never gets warm in the winter I said he was right as it was the kids room growing up. I had other HVAC people out and he was the only one that noticed our cold air return was not designed correctly. We did get a couple more years out of the old system, but decided to bite the bullet this year and installed furnace, whole house air filter and new air conditioner.Russ was our salesman and was very good to work with and Nick and his crew did the install. Nick and Russ knew every answer to the questions we asked. Nick told me what he was doing and planned to do and he did exactly what he said he was going to do as well as getting my humidifier hooks up to the system as well. The craftmanship was absolutely outstanding. I am very picky and I could not see one thing that stuck out. They also done this in just under two days and we were not left without heat overnight. I don’t usually do reviews, but given that HVAC repairs or replacement can cost a small fortune I wanted to share my experience to help others. I got three bids from HVAC companies across Greeley for a AC and Furnace replacement. Two of those companies quoted me a ridiculously high price (10-12000 dollars). Air solutions however, with no knowledge of my budget, quoted me for thousands of dollars less for the same work. They were able to install my new system in a day and treated my home with respect (plastic sheeting on the floors, completely cleaned the work area, etc) The installation crew were courteous and knowledgeable and the customer service at the office was outstanding. Air Solutions made the whole process of getting my system as easy as possible. Thanks to them I won’t be freezing this winter. These are good people. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They came out in July and worked and our AC. They came out the same day we called, when everyone else we called was booked for a week. I am usually disappointed in the quality of service these days. So when I had my AC unit replaced with Aire Serv out of Greeley I was blown away. They recommended a few things I was unsure about however knowing very little about Heating and Air conditioning I agreed to the recommendations.
