During a recent, very hot spell, my A/C wasn’t working. I called Greeley Furnace for an appointment to have it checked out.A technician came over, checked my system, but it had frozen up and no diagnostics could be made that day. The next day, a diagnosis was made and repairs were done.The technicians were professional, thorough in explaining the issues and very friendly. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction.I will definitely use Greeley Furnace in the future.

Your employee Mark Martinez is a great asset to your company. He came out a few months ago and performed a service on our furnace and done an excellent job. Called Greeley Furnace on 9/1 as my AC stopped working and they put me on the schedule to send out a tech that Afternoon. Received a text message that Mark was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. He went right to work diagnosing the problem and quickly found the problem. He then reviewed the cost to repair it and approved the repair it. About 40 minutes from arrival to repair. Great job Mark.Greeley Furnace installed my furnace and AC 18 years ago when I built this home and this is the first problem I have ever had with the AC and only one minor problem with the furnace. Because I have had a maintenance agreement with Greeley Furnace all these years and they come twice a year check out and service my furnace and AC I believe this why I have some few problems. Greeley Furnace is a reapable company and I would encourage you to contact them to do your repairs or when you need a new furnace or AC.

Excellent! Mike came to fix my air conditioner and worked quickly. My kids and I appreciated this because when it broke it was 95-100° outside every day and it was difficult to sleep at night. It was also cost effective.

I have used Greeley Furnace for a number of years for maintenance of both air conditioning and heating. They have saved me from breakdowns and more expensive repairs by making sure everything is in the best working condition as well as thoroughly cleaning the equipment. Their customer service is excellent whenever I speak to them by phone or in person. They take photos to show before and after of any repairs necessary. They keep appointment times, email a photo of the technician when that person is on the way and the technician also calls when 10-15 minutes away. I highly recommend them.

Greeley Furnance is the best. Mr. Aguirre did an awesome job of cleaning our unite and explaining it and how to use it for maximum efficency.

I was so thoroughly impressed with the service! My elderlyin-laws AC unit was in the end not salvageable. But...after doing everything they could to help, the owner, Scott, called me to say that while hes happy to continue patching it, we would just be throwing good money after bad, and that since its still cooling, its best to use it as long as theyre able...he also assured me that it was safe to do so.The honesty and integrity in that one phone call was what convinced me that in the future I would only use Greeley Furnace for any HVAC needs. We exchanged phone calls and visits for about 3 weeks total and throughout, I was made to feel like a person and a client that mattered, rather than as though I was just a number as so many companies these days treat their customers. Kudos to Scott and his team...other business owners could learn a lot from them.

Excellent replacement of heating and A/C system which included installation of a Rheem high efficiency furnace, compatible A/C, and smart thermostat. Removal, reinstall, and testing took two days. On day 1, Jake and Richard did most of the removal. On day 2 they were joined by Luis and his son Luis Jr to complete the installation. The entire procedure was highlighted by the professional, competent performance of all four Greeley Furnace employees. I am enjoying this substantial upgrade immensely and strongly recommend Greeley Furnace and all four of these professional employees.

Our AC , which Greeley Furnace installed in 2015, was not cooling on a Saturday afternoon. I called in the morning and a tech was there before 4:30 at the end of a long day of emergency calls. I considered that good service.

Appointment was for 9 am and he was at my door by 8:45 so I wasn’t quite ready,especially since I was dog setting and had to get the dogs and my 2 cats in isolation.But I did appreciate that he was there on the early side of the appointment. I advise any one in the Greeley area to NOT use Greeley Furnace.In 2014 Greeley Furnace recommended and sold me an AC unit that was half the size my house needed to cool my house. Since day one I have complained to them that my AC was not cooling my house. They gave me a million excuses but not once did they tell me my AC was not cooling my house because it was too small for my house.Finally I got a second opinion. Not only is my unit too small but it works so hard to attempt to cool my house that the air compressor shuts off and is nothing but a great big fan blowing the hot air in.I strongly advise to all my Greeley friends to avoid Greeley Furnace. Every representative from that company has lied to me

Greeley Furnace just installed an air conditioner in my home. From the estimate through installation I was very pleased. Aaron who provided the estimate took great lengths (measuring, explaining how the system works, etc.) to explain the requirements to get the best results in cooling my home. The team who installed the unit (Luis and son) did excellent work and cleaned the area upon completion. Totally professional work from the estimate to the completion of the job. Im very satisfied with my new system and ready for the hot weather.

Yesterday(despite the high cost), I had recieved an excellent service from Greeley Furnace - our heating furnace wasnt working so I called GF in the morning to schedule a time to have someone do a diagnostic on the issue. I was very surprised that GF was willing to schedule a technician to come to my location same day, later in the evening at 4pm. After getting off the phone with them, 3 mins later I recieved another call from a technician by the name of Matthew who stated he would show up in the next 5mins. instead of the original scheduled plan. Thats no exaggeration. I was blown away by the fast response I was getting from the company and for someone to show up at such short notice. I mean.... WOW! Huge shout out to Matthew for his willingness to respond fast and gave us a prompt service! He explained a few important matters about the furance and was very time efficient with his work. He also had new parts to install the thermocouple. He was well prepared and on top of the game! Definitely deserves a reward for that! My furnace vent fan broke last week. I called at 8am, repair man Eric Johnson came and had new parts installed by 10:30am. Furnace runs smooth and quiet now, thanks so much for keeping my family warm and being available the same day.

Terrible company. Quotes an $89 service fee Plus parts for repair but does not tell you they mark up parts 1000%. I needed a new ignitor which was at Home Depot for $40. This company wanted to charge $315. They acknowledged they drastically marked up parts and said it’s because they need to pay for trucks, labor and other business expenses. When I told them not to install they pulled other parts off my furnace unrelated to the ignitor and left them sitting on the floor.

After waking up with no heat on a cold November morning, I called Greeley Furnace. They came out to my home within 2 hours and repaired my heater. I sincerely appreciated their timeliness and their friendly technician!

Ralph was there in a FLASH...and repaired the furnace- and explained several important things about my furnace and safety to me. Excellent!

Dishonest price gougers. The service tech they sent cut our exhaust pipe without asking permission, then taped it afterwards so it looks dumb now. Something else I have to fix. Ralph, the service tech, diagnosed a bad pressure switch, when I asked how much a part like that cost, he told me he had no idea. How do you not no what a common part like that cost if this is what you do for a living? 45 min later told us he couldnt fix the problem but was able to charge $90 for nothing, but said he would come back in a couple days to fix the problem for at least $200. Wow. I searched online for the part and found it for less than $40. We contacted M.D. Heating and Air and they sold us a pressure switch and I installed it in less than 10 minutes. Use Greeley Furnace if you like someone lying to your face and getting ripped off.

Our air conditioning system went down. We are seniors and my husband has chronic breathing problems. They responded immediately. Ralph Aguirre came out and fixed our system ! He was very professional and polite. We highly recommend Ralph and Greeley Heat and Air!

I own Blockys East Coast Italian Eatery in Loveland Co. I had several bids on a new exhaust hood for my restaurant. Greeley Furnace was right in the middle but the guys and there hard work was top notch. They worked there butts off. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greeley furnace installed a new A/C unit for me. Chief and his partner worked all day to do the install right. They corrected all the mistakes from the original installers and made sure the unit was setup right. I was very happy with the entire process.

I just had my semiannual checkup on my furnace by your technician Marc Chavez. He didi a super job and went out of his way to explain everything to me. He also made several suggestions on how I can enhance the performance of my furnace.

I was hit by the bad hail storm the first of August. I live in a rural location, usually takes a week to get any service, but Greeley Furnace came out right away, my air conditioner needed replaced. Within a couple days, it was in and running. Everyone did an awesome job for me. From the salesman to the installers. I didnt have to suffer through the 100+ degree weather without a.c. I was very thankful for that. I recommmend this company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them at 8:30 pm because our furnace igniter broke. No where around our area sold the part that late at night as most places were closed. It was pretty cold out and our house temperature was dropping pretty quickly. We have a young child and a baby that we were worried about getting cold in the night so we had the on call tech paged. The tech that called us was very rude and ended up saying that we were calling after hours and he was going to charge us differently because of that. I explained to the tech that all we needed was a new igniter and my husband knew how to put it on. I asked him if we could just buy the part from him and my husband could put it on himself. The tech was very rude with us and said no. He said he was going to charge us $380.00 to come out and do it himself. They definitely take full advantage of someone in a rough situation. We did not use their services and ended up putting space heaters in our kids rooms and going to get the part the next day. The part was only $22.00. I will not be using this company any time soon.

I was not happy with the service. We paid 89.00 for the service call and was told it was the blower. We needed to wait until after 4th to get the part. In the mean time I had another company look at it. It was not the blower it was the motor and there was a switch bypassed which was not notice in the first service call. We got it fixed with the other company the same day. All in all I was given very poor service and would highly recommend you not to waste your time with Greeley Furnace and go elsewhere.

Chad came to our house to fix a leakage problem with our furnace/AC. He was very professional and very friendly. We will use this company in the future if we have any more issues

Luis and Luis Jr were great installers. They did a very professional job and I am completely satisfied with their work. They kept their work area clean and was able to answer all my questions about the job. Im very happy with my new furnace and I cant wait to see how the new Air Conditioner will perform in the summer months. However, given how well the furnace installation went, i dont have any doubts that it wont exceed my expectations. I got bids from a few other contractors around town. Their bid wasnt the cheapest, but came in at a very competitive price and I feel that I got a lot more value from their proposal over the competition. Im sure they would work with you if price was your number 1 concern. I decided that going with the High Efficiency equipment was worth the additional investment. In addition, they did properly size my furnace through their load calculations. Keith was very knowledgeable on his calculations and eased my concerns. As an Engineer myself, I was skeptical that downgrading from a 100,000 btu furnace to a 60,000 btu furnace would not keep my house warm enough, but here i am sitting in complete comfort as I write this review. Thank you for your hard work and I would recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a HVAC upgrade.

The service provided by Greeley Furnace has been remarkable. Keith came out in the late summer to give me a quote on replacing the original furnace in my rental property built in 1953...we called it the green monster. Keiths quote was thorough and certainly fair. What i appreciated the most was their offer of a lifetime warranty if I continued signed up for their maintenance program - which I always do so it was a win win.The furnace installed was SO much more efficient than the one they replaced that it began to blow all sorts of dust and debris that accumulated in the ductwork free causing the filters to become extremely clogged and consequently a furnace malfunction. Matthew came out TWICE to address the issue. I have since had the ductwork cleaned and all is running smooth.I would highly recommend Greeley Furnace.

My furnace was not working when I returned home from work and apparently had not been working all day. The service tech, Ned, came to my house that evening and diagnosed the problem. He would have fixed the furnace that night, but they did not have the part in stock, but was able to make a temporary fix and left me with space heaters to help keep my house warm. He picked up the part the next morning and had the furnace fixed by 10:00.

I had them out to do a clean and inspect on my HVAC system. The technician was timely clean and professional. About two weeks later I purchased a new thermostat and was having some trouble installing it. I called to set up a technician to come out and help me. They called me to try to get more information, and the fellow who called (Scott I think) was willing and able to talk me through it over the phone, thus saving me the expense of a visit from them.Its so nice to know that there are companies out there that arent just in it for the money. They could have easily charged me the $80 technician fee to just hook up one wire! Im set for HVAC needs now. Plus I like that theyre a locally owned company and not a franchise.

Watch out for this company. If you want this company to come out and give you a estimate for a new unit and for fixing a existing unit watch out for the $89 service charge they dont tell you about. Even though their website states free estimates and when you call to setup the appointment they dont mention anything about the charge. Spoke to the owner about the charge and he said that it was up to the customer to know about charges. I dont know how he expects his customer to do that if they are calling his company from the number in the phone book.

I think there should be minus stars as well as plus stars.I chose Greeley Furnace to fix a zone in my hot water heating system because I thought they were the company that installed my air conditioning system several years back. I was wrong.MY COMPLAINT: the problem was a small motor that opens/closes the hot water in that zone. The installer said they didnt supply the single part, but he did have the whole motorized valve system. He took the part that I had already concluded was the problem and replaced it. To my chagrin, that part cost me over $400 plus the $100 service call--- over $500.00 including the service charge. About 30 minutes for the total repair.When I complained about the price, the Greeley Furnace representative said the standard hourly rate was two hours for the job. The repairman took no more than 30 minutes.When I complained about the $400+ price I was being charged for the part, the company rep claimed he had to pay around $200 for the part. Utter nonsense.---- I found this same part on the internet, many places, the exact same part, was for sale to me for $50 to $65. The little motor, about the size of a half dollar, was available everywhere I looked for under $25. Understand, this is the RETAIL price, what I would have to pay for it, not the wholesale price Greeley Furnace pays..Be careful if you intend to use Greeley Furnace. Do your due diligence. They ripped me off. Paying at least X8 for that part, I wont use them ever again. That markup was just too much.McCreery and Sun of Colorado---They did a super job of installing an air conditioning system in the attic of my house. Ive had zero problems with it. The tech shows up, goes to the furnace and says nope, I wont work on this its too old. (as the house was built in 79). then proceeds to sell a new unit. I will not be a retrning customer.

HD rescheduled three appointments and brought the wrong Rheem water heater to the house so yesterday I called Greeley Furnace.With a comprehensive call and email, John found the right Rheem water heater and had my appointment made for 9:00 am this morning.On time and on point Eric installed our new unit. Realizing the professional they sent to our home we decided to have him service our furnace as well. Amazing customer service

Greeley Furnace has done the AC and Heating for two homes and one commercial building for me. Each time we have used them they have gone above and beyond my exceptions. The latest was our personnel home and I could not be happier with the out come. They will be my first call when I need their services again.
