I am thrilled with my hardwood floors that have been repaired and refinished. They are absolutely stunning. Steve is a professional that stands out.

I found out I had to put more poly on my floors in my new house by accident. Steve was so understanding and helped make the process run smoothly and quickly. I loved my crew! Very kind, respectful and FAST!!! My whole house was finished in three days.... Thank you so much!!!

I was very pleased with the end result of the flooring that was installed and the installation team was very professional. That being said, communication with Brandon during the whole process left much to be desired. From letting us know when installation would begin to what we needed to move and finally the whole billing process, the communication was very poor. We never heard from them when the installation was finished or when we paid our balance. Two months later we received an email stating that we still owed something. I was very disappointed in how it was handled and I will not be returning to them in the future.

Steves team is first class all the way. If you have a small repair or complete install, dont hesitate to have them do the work. Professional, experienced and fair. I Highly recommend them.

I have been doing business with Steve Moody for about a decade. As a luxury home builder for over 20 years, I am not one to change trades/suppliers very easily so I was nervous to try something new. That is why I still refuse to eat broccoli, sorry I digress. Steve and his team time and time again continue to do the right thing even when it is assumed I never would know about it.If there is a question, issue or problem, they immediately shift into problem solving mode. They dont waste time trying to escape responsibility or blaming someone else. Steve is constantly proactively offering guidance and advise to our families before they make selections to align their expectations with the product they are selecting.Use these guys!

I love that this is a family owned business and their focus is on customer satisfaction. Every time you go into the showroom, they cater to your needs and go above and beyond what you would expect. I was meeting with Brandon one day when a couple walked in looking for a specific tile to match what they had in their home. It seemed they needed to replace some due to an issue (leak or something). After asking a few questions to determine the model #, etc of the tile, Brandon offered to call the distributor to see if they had it and if they did, he would order it for them and they could pick it up direct. Im not versed in the flooring or tile/wood industry but after hearing the couple say they had been multiple places and no one could help they left impressed and happy that their problem had been solved. I still dont know if there was any money in it for this company but I do know I became a believer that they go the extra mile just because its who they are. They will have my business for life!It may be their family business but they certainly seem to make their customers part of that family.
