January of 2020 I contracted with Flooring Concepts to remove old tile and carpeting and replace with new tile and wood flooring through the home. When the job was finished I discovered that The Wood Planks were MARRED with Blemishes caused by the glue having been left to long and etched into the surface. The owner sent his crew (three times) to scrub the floors with glue remover and Mr. Clean scour pads(removed shine from planks). I had to hire a Tx State Wood Floor Inspector as well as the Flooring Distributor to analyze my floors. I was told that they were permanently scarred. Today, a YEAR later and much deliberating between myself, my lawyer and contractor, the owner of this company is not abiding by the terms he eventually signed on our settlement contract. I told the contractor that I adhered to our contract and he, in turn, should follow the guidelines he agreed to in our settlement contract. Although the contractor has made some reimbursement payments I have been charged a NSF fee and he was also 21 days late. I hope this contractor fulfills his obligations...

I drove across the metroplex to this store because they had the samples I wanted to see. Its 3:40 on Thursday and the door is locked. Furthermore no one answers the phone and voicemail has not been set up. Notice the open sign is not on in photo, yet store hours posted 9-5. Im thinking they are out of business.

I was referred to Israel at Flooring Concepts and am very happy with the results. The installers were professional, hard working and very polite. My house now has a new fresh look and it didn’t break the bank😜😜😜

Whole experience was amazing! They gave my house a facelift for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Would recommend them to anyone!
