Just visited this store and the young man at the desk was not helpful at all. I got tired of trying to pry information out of him, so I left. They did have some floors I was interested in. Ill look elsewhere.

Love our new floors. No complaints. Docking a star because they made us pick up extra wood we ordered at the Dallas warehouse. One would think that after spending 15K with them, theyd deliver to us or pick it up themselves and let us get it at their commercial location.

S&H Flooring installed a hardwood floor in my den. My experience was excellent from my original appointment in their Southlake showroom to the day when the installer came out and did the work. The price was reasonable, the service was great, and the finished product is awesome! I would highly recommend S&H Flooring to anyone that wants to install new flooring. I will definitely use them again.

Ragan is the absolute best person to deal with. So kind and patient with me as I had no idea what I was talking about she really took the time to explain to me what certain things meant and the entire flooring process.

Originally when we picked our carpet, the information and price point were lost and, unfortunately, close to the time of move-in to a newly built house. When confronted about the discrepancy, the employee at the store was unwilling to help resolve the issue. So, I am giving five stars for what would transpire. Obviously unhappy I submitted our review and was immediately contacted buy the owner about the unfortunate events. He apologized for the mishap and provided a fine quote in a timely manor to insure our satisfaction. They are a family run business and wish for all their customers a gratifying experience.

S and H did such an amazing job on my floors. I ordered tile that looks like wood, and my installer did such a great job that my friends thought it was real wood. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing! I just as of recently had hand scraped hard woods on my bottom floor installer and we love them. So easy to clean and installation was easy and not stressful like some remodel projects can be. Ragan is amazing, so knowledgeable and friendly. She is not pushy and that’s a welcomed change. I debated between engineered wood and solid wood for months then decided to go in to the grapevine store to get more info. Reagan greeted me with a smile and was so helpful. She took me through all the choices I had and I was so amazed at their selection. I finally narrowed it down to wanting engineered wood. I took some samples home and reagan came out and measured the next day. Unlike most company’s I did not wait days for my bid to come she sent it that same afternoon!Install went off with out a problem and I LOVE my new floors. I had such a great experience thanks to Reagan and the installers.
