Man, I gotta tell you the staff is great and the trucks are clean. They are all over it when there are issues (which hardly ever happens). Would definitely recommend. Outrageous these guys are the BOMB!!!!

I go there often to get fuel and they repair trucks. They have great customer service.

Their trucks only go 60mph.

They do ok when they fix the things you tell them about on your work truck. Hmm you decide.

Friendly lady in the service department! That’s about the only thing I can say positive about this location, parking lot is a nightmare, and they are slow, slow, slow!!!! It’s like pouring 175w oil through a straw!!! But the lady was nice & friendly. Can’t believe it takes this long for a oil change. I’ve changed oil in John Deere tractors, filters, lube, and it not take this long. I will say this, my truck was just the way I left it clean, next to the fingerprints on my glass, the guys did a great job, it was just slow, that’s the reason I gave it a 1 Star, not because of the service. I would use this shop again, just for the fact, that my truck was clean and didn’t have grease all over it.

This location has no structure whatsoever!No one knows what is going on! WILL NOT BE BUYING TRUCKS FROM RYDER EVER AGAIN!

Always get good service when picking up/Dropping off Rental tractors from them. Never there long at all. 30min-1hr tops!! Good guys!!

Best truck rental place Ive seen in a long time

I rent from this location quite often and they’ve always made sure that I’m taking care of. Fuel island is the worst out of all in the DFW area. You have to call every time your here and they will not top off, the only one that won’t.

Ryder Truck Reefer Rental - Fuel Charge Rip OffRyder Truck Rentals in Grapevine, TX charged our credit card $99.75 after we returned their truck with a full tank. They charged us for 19 gallons of fuel @ $5.25/gal. We had filled the truck up to the neck just before returning the truck.Their representative said, well sometimes it takes the fuel a while to settle. Thats BS.
