I needed to rent a 3/4 ton on my way to dallas last minute and i called 7 location and this location in Grapevine came thru for me. They were great and took care of me last minute. My vacation could have gone south quickly but they save the day. I really appreciate them going above and beyond. Great Dodge Ram 2500 it was powerful enough to pull my Travel Trailer. Needed to rent a cargo van to move out of my storage unit. Rented from the Enterprise store in Grapevine, TX. The rental process was very quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I received a Ford Hi-top Transit van which was larger than what I reserved on line at no extra cost. They called the next day to see if the van was working out ok as it was larger. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely rent from them again if the need arises.

Excellent customer service and satisfaction oriented. First time Ive been given a walk through of how the car functions in 25 years. Minus 1 for dirty car exterior, thats also a first in many years, no excuse. Interior spotless which is what really matters to me.
