My wife and I enjoy visiting Sky every 2 to 3 weeks for the past few years. The staff is always nice and the music and attention we receive are both wonderful. I would say come visit you wont be disappointed but then I may not get an appointment. Its a double edged sword. Seriously try them out, as a guy I love coming here for the pedicures. I have not let them talk me into a painting my toenails, yet! HA! Aint gunna happen!

I have been going here for years. All of the technicians are friendly and well trained so your experience is consistent whoever you get. Jessica runs it well and the pedis are the best in town.

I have a milk & honey pedicure, let me tell you.... This was fabulous. The experience of the soaking of my feet in liquid, absolutely loved this. I recommend this pedicure for everyone, Helen was the women that did my pedicure. I give her 5 Stars. Then I had Rachel do my nails with tips then dipped and this is my first time, she did an amazing job, I recommend her and will be back to get them done again.!!!! My sister in law got hers done and they was amazing...

The ownership is amazing! I’ve had the stylist Tina do my dip nails twice now! You won’t be disappointed!

First time getting my nails there at first everything seemed good but I think the owner did my nails she was almost all the time on her phone making appointments she did the nails powder she left them really bumpy i I told her she didnt fix them good at allts been a week and a half in one of my nails broken in half and bleeding. Very much disappointed very disappointed

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was a first time customer, went to get my nails done, and after sitting there for 2 1/2 hours and the technician repeatedly kept trying to correct the issues with my newly dipped nails. I spoke with the manager and the manager said the only way to correct the issues would be to take the nails completely off. After allowing them to take the nails completely off they did not offer to them because it was time for them to close! I had been there since 4pm! Needless to say I’ll be visiting a different nail shop in the morning!!

I had a fantastic technician (Tiffany I believe), I’ve never had a bad experience the past 4 times I’ve been in the last year. She listened to what I wanted and did just what I asked, and I am picky! However they do get pretty busy so if u are in a last minute situation where they are an hour til closing time they aren’t always able to take anyone but I rather than than the longer wait and someone rushing to get you in and out. Love the ladies here!!

I LOVE this nail salon! Staff is Friendly and Professional. I have been going there since I moved to Texas... Went to several salons until I found Sky Nails. You go once ... staff knows your name and you are family.

They know 90% of their clients name as soon they walk in and that says a lot about them. Always enjoy and look forward to going to see them every other week! Its was difficult finding a nail salon that I liked after changing jobs. Needed to find one that was convenient, friendly and did a good job. After trying several others, I found this place and its the ONLY place I go to now for my mani / pedis. They are super friendly and do a great job! Highly recommend.

Were always treated extra special and mom (83) is extremely pampered...always with a pillow behind her back and anything she wants. My nails look fabulous every time! We wouldnt go anywhere else...I wrote that review (above) over 3 yrs ago. My mom is now 86 and we still go to Sky Nails to see Jessie (owner). Everyone there treats us like family and we always walk out looking fabulous! We both get our nails done and I also get my eyebrows waxed. Highly recommend this place!!

I drive all the way from southlake to get my nails done here. They keep my nails looking classy and take their time. They are also organized and will schedule me in advance. They do not overcharge, either. Highly recommend.

The girl that did my nails was so attentive to how my nail was shaped, asked questions to see what I wanted, gave suggestions, and took her time. She really took care of me and my nails ended up amazing just in time for Christmas. Will come again!

Sky Nails is great! Julie does the best ombré i’ve had and they last. The team is very friendly and after a couple of visits they know you by name. Nail salons are on every corner but this one stands ahead of the pack!

I went here only a week ago to get a new set after I broke my nail. The place I went to before is kind of far but they’re amazing. I figured this place would be good too and needed them fixed quick. The girl that had me was terrible. She made some nails crooked and I kept having to ask her to redo them. She refused to turn the little fan on so powder went everywhere when she filed the nails. She did a TERRIBLE ombré (streaks, not blended, can see all the grains of powder), and she didn’t even push my cuticles back when she removed the nails I’d had for over a month from my previous spot, so my “new” nails looked a month old from day 1. I should have asked for someone to else or to just leave but this girl took over two hours so I just didn’t even care anymore. Save your money because this place has gone down. I will never recommend this place to anyone

AMAZING service! They are so sweet and I went to get my nails done about an hour before they closed and they had to stay 30 minutes after to finish my nails, they didnt complain or try and rush. They even gave me a Christmas goodie bag filled with nail products. Definitely recommend!

I drive from las colinas to sky nail, Jessica and the rest of the staff are amazing. Always greet me by name and do an excellent job. Im fairly hard on my nails because of the industry that I am in, any time I break or chip a nail they always fix it for free even though its my fault. Wouldnt go any where else.

I’m fairly new to Texas and this was the first place I’ve come to get my nails done, and I’ve been coming to them for a year until today. I’ve been giving this salon my money just for them to drop me as a client because their workers don’t feel like doing acrylic nails anymore. How unprofessional is that it’s a nail salon! How don’t you provide this service? And without any notice I have to find a new nail salon which is very hard to come by. I’m honestly highly upset!

I went into the salon with my daughter today and it was a strange look on the young ladys face when we walked in. I then stood there no one ask how could they help or anything my daughter was picking out a polish i was then asked to leave because they were busy. I will never visit this place again

Disappointed! Went in to Sky Nails for a full acrylic set and a nail polish color change on my toes. I was charged an extra $5 for shaping my set of nails. Apparently only square and round are what they will do with a full set without extra charge! Ridiculous!! On the Sky Nails website they indicate $8 for a toe polish change but wanted to charge me $10. False advertisement is not ok!! With this visit this nail salon has made it very apparent that they will try and collect any extra money that they can! I recommend before service asking how much you will be charged.

I was thrilled at first when Sky Nails opened, as the owner, Jessica, and several others were my favorite technicians across the street at Upscale Nails. I began going to Sky when they first opened and I was thrilled-great service, same nail techs I loved, etc. I recommended it to my friends, took others there with me, etc. Over the course of the last year this place has gone down hill-the technician that I loved still works there but doesnt do nails anymore, so I was pawned off on another technician who still did good work-oh wait - until yesterday when she sliced my skin open with a nail file and made me bleed pretty good.Sky Nails offers a punch card and on the card it states one punch per $15 service- or above-after 10 services you get $10 off. Not a huge deal but if you are already going there and spending the $$ anyway you might as well use it and save a little. So each time I go in and get a pedi and fill its close to $80-2 punches right? Well, each time the owner would punch my card 1 time-after I just got at LEAST 2 services WELL over $15 each. I had to ask each time did you give me two punches? her reply no only one. Then she would relent and punch my card correctly. Yesterday was the LAST straw! I went in, got a fill, callous remover and massage $50 total. The lady punched my card once and I again asked for her to add the second. She says something to the owner in Vietnamese and the owner chimes in and says We only give one punch for a fill and my reply I got a fill and a callous remover and massage. your card says one punch per $15 service. But if it means that much to you thats fine I laid both of my half finished punch cards on the desk and told them that I dont need their punch cards because I will not be back.I am floored at the lack of customer service and the greediness of these folks. If you are going to offer a punch card, offer one-and abide by the terms you set forth on them. Seriously, you are talking about a $10 discount after my 10 punches which cost me well over $500! I WILL NOT BE BACK! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!They need to take some classes in how to run a business and how to win and keep clients. I will tell each and everyone I know NOT to patronize this Spa.

Wish I could leave ZERO stars - I took my teenage daughter to get her eyebrows cleaned up. The lady asked did we want just clean-up or make them thin. We said only clean-up. So she waxed her brows and when my daughter got up they were super thin!Well thats not what most upset about...and this is still fresh because my daughter is still recovering...but the tech (Rose) did not put any ointment on my daughter after waxing and my daughters skin around the brows burned. We rushed home and put some cream on once I realized this, but its now 3 days later and looking like burned skin. Fortunately its healing and going through the motions but my poor daughter had to suffer through this and go to school like this. Totally unacceptable! I am so sick about it!

...Long story short. As soon as I told the technician that she missed to trim the sides of my toenails and she left a lot of calluses on my heels which I repeatedly asked to trim my toenails and scrub my heels PLEASE , the owner of the place Jessica came to me and told me that I am very picky and they do not have a technician who can do a job which I asked... Wait, WHAT???? ... She basically said that they all can not trim the toenail sides but only front edge and can not remove the calluses from the feet??? ... What they are doing there if they cant have a job done ??? ... just to wash my feet for $35.00 +$10.00 tip ...Hahaha!.. NO Thank you, I can do it by myself ... Actually, I found a place with technicians who can have a job done as I want and I like... But NOT THAT ONE...

Helen did my pedicure, she did very bad , 25 minutes pedicure, I usually go to Nina , she do very good job.

I made an appointment for a pedicure at 2:30 with a specific lady, as I come in thy sit me down and proceed to bring someone else. (I only came for one person). Then proceeded to tell me to return in 45 minutes to have the lady I wanted do my pedicure. I came in and she told me that she only had her doing nails on Sunday when I clearly made an appointment with her. Horrible service I should have listened to previous reviews. If I could do ZERO stars I would.

Prices are good and nails are done good quality. They just dont have alot of variety but for basic colors they are great!

I have gotten two pedicures and was happy with those but am not happy with my acrylic pink and white nails. The initial set was fine but I just had a fill yesterday and it looks terrible. They fill with a lighter pink which means all you see is the original darker color. It looks like I still need a fill. I called to see about getting it fixed and was told thats how they do fills. What a waste of $30 + tip. Guess Ill find a new salon. Im so disappointed.

Wouldnt recommend this place staff is rude and dismissive and not professional I asked them before I went it if they where able to do my nails a certain way. They said of course. So I made the appt for next day. Half way through the session i didnt like the way my nails where turning out I told the lady(Teresa) who ignored me and I told the manager both didnt give a care and just left them as is. Didnt try to fix them. Teresa also needs some customer service training she is so rude

Very rude! They didn’t even greet me once I arrived. I stood there for about a minute looking and waiting for a greeting. Finally a woman stated “come back in two hours, we’re busy”. Ridic!

This place is horrible. Please see photos of feet following the pedicure. Also, I asked for shellac on my nails and they were upset that I didnt want the dipping powder, that started to raise less than two weeks after getting it the last time. Im disputing the charge with my banking institution and I will never visit this establishment again.
