Just want to thank Adam Alzoubi sooo much!!! This Salesman went out of his way and brought my car to my house at almost 10 oclock at night for me to test drive. I of course said yes, signed some papers, and my husband gave him a check for the down payment. Went the next day to go seal the deal. Also, he was so sweet and sent me pics of my slightly used, but new to me car after they detailed it. The pics with a red bow was awesome... You ROCK Adam, and thank you again for everything!!!

I brought my car in to get various repairs done and also to have the 45,000 mile check up. The person who turned it to me was very professional. She also kept me well-informed throughout the day on the status of my car and then when I went to pick up my car she was there waiting for me and walked me through all the different repairs and the different costs. She was also able to get me some preferred pricing and really worked with my situation to make sure that my experience was good.The service today at Grubbs Infiniti was excellent.

Ive been a loyal Infiniti customer for years, having owned at least 2. Ive always had a great experience at the repair center. However, the last time I feel like they charged me $700 for what was essentially a new gas gap so the car would pass inspection. I asked the management to make an adjustment and they refused the request I made. It seems like the repair shop is under new management that is much more profit-centered. What loyalty I had for the brand has been destroyed in a single day.Follow up: Their offer bellow to work with you was a hollow offer. The phone number was just their main number. No one was there with authority to make any actual changes. It is seemingly just there to make the reviews look better.Follow up 2: The day after the gas cap repair the problem immediately resurfaced.Follow up 3: I emailed Grubbs Service Director indicating my experience, who ignored my email.

Beware of the extra fees! Call about the car you want and ask for the FINAL sales sheet over the phone so you don’t waste time testing out a car only to have them add significant fees at the very end.I was told $35,000 for a “certified” QX60. At the table they added $2,500 to make it certified and another $1,800 to clean it! Suddenly the car advertised for $35,000 becomes $39,300 if I actually wanted it as advertised.Just go to Sewell. You will get a better car for less money and they are far easier to work with. Plus the price online doesn’t go up when you get to the dealer!

Do NOT get a car from here. I’ve had nothing but problems since I bought my car. Before I even made the first payment, the check engine light came on. Then when I took it to the shop there they said the $2400 I bought wouldn’t cover the problem. Also I still have yet to receive my license plates and tags in the mail and it’s been months. Then on top of all that now I have a leak and AGAIN not covered under the $2400 warranty. The only solution they’re giving me is to pay out of pocket or buy another car.

I stopped in today for an oil change and a state inspection. I didn’t have an appointment because they offer express service for both. I timed it just right, when every body else decided to go too. Even though they were getting slammed with customers, the employees were calm, professional and courteous. I love this location because they consistently give excellent service.

Upated: July 15th, 2021.I wish there was a no star option. Sent finance paperwork by FedEx and was on site at Grubbs on Monday. My salesperson was out on Tuesday, the financial person was out on Wednesday. Called today, Thursday. They lost the paperwork. Cant find it and it is almost Friday.Horrible experience! I will never do business with this dealership again and will not recommend to friends or family. The departments do not talk to each other and do not care about their customers.They claim they care about customers but that is just lip service. Actions speak louder than words. The way our purchase was treated, shows they only care about the bottom line and not people.

I came in to look at a used Jeep. It had already been a long day for my family and I. After a longer than usual trip to purchase a vehicle, mainly cause I am sometimes a pain to deal with lol. My salesman Mr. Mo Ebzakh was extremely professional and courteous. He was also knowledgeable of vehicles which sometimes salespeople lack. The sales manager Mr. Terry went above and beyond my expectations for a sales manager. He really closed the deal and closed and closed again lol. My finance manager Mr. John was quick and to the point as well as patient to give information. He also went above and beyond my expectations. I will visit again in the future for a vehicle purchase. I also forgot to mention that all parties involved were very accommodating as I also had my wife and 2 year old child with me. Sales experience with Josh Woo was pleasant, professional and personable. He did not attempt to sell me what he wanted me to have, instead he presented me with viable options based on my profile. No extra unnecessary bells and whistles. He had to consult with his sales manager, Wale Adewale, who introduced himself and was also professional and personable.Then, once approved, my experience with Finance was the same. He was young (under 25), respectful, polite, and refreshing. I’m old school, so when I have such an experience with our young leaders, I make note. He walked me through the #s and made sure I understood and answered my countless questions.I’ve been a Grubbs Infiniti customer since 2016, when I purchased the same vehicle I traded in. The worst experience ever, I took my infiniti here because I needed a oil change and my left rear tire to be looked at, because it kept losing air and I also needed my tires rotated … I pick the car up and a day later, what comes on… I need air in my left rear tire again .. so I called just to verify that they actually patched the hole up and rotated my tires, because if my tires got rotated it wouldn’t be the same left rear tire still needing air .. right .. so of course the guy they put me through to didn’t answer, so I left a message, and got no response … called two more times and ask for a manger.. I left a message and got no response .. because at this point I’m frustrated, I paid to get my tires rotated and they didn’t even do it cause the same back left rear tire was leaking air.. if it got rotated it wouldn’t be that same tire leaking air …. So moral of the story is they didn’t do what was ask .. I NEVER Got a call back from anybody.. I ended up having to go to tire discount cause why would I take it back to a place who never got back to me about the issue and this point I don’t even trust them with my car, my money gone down the drain, just so unprofessional .. never again

Above and beyond what I could have imagined. Since my husband always managed our car stuff and he passed away in 2019 I was dreading my end of lease period and next steps. Salesman Will Adams was super professional! Julie from service, also outstanding on ensuring my as is used vehicle was taken care of and also discounted Grubbs Acura service quote. Many car dealers will hold people to the as is contract that I definitely signed and understood. Grubbs ensured all issues were resolved after the purchase! Amazing!Purchased 2008 Acura MDX (from the Infinity lot) used from the north beyond the ice wall.. with surface rust but low mileage and they had the best price within 50 miles. Grubbs fully detailed, fueled and serviced the vehicle before it went to the lot. Will had the vehicle in the front ready for the test drive. After he copied my DL and insurance he said to take it for a drive and let me know when I returned. What?! No salesman predetermined route as I encountered with other dealers?Ok. So after purchasing a very used vehicle with over 140k miles, the vehicle had starting issues the same day I took it home. This is where Will (salesman) and Julie (service manager) teamed up to ensure a happy customer. Will had a loaner vehicle (an amazing Infiniti Q60) to have because he understood the needs of my larger family. I had this vehicle for over a week while Julie’s team diagnosed and repaired what went wrong. In fact, when I Will advised me the vehicle was ready, they both ensured everything I requested had been met and I was totally happy! Management… promote/give raises to these amazing employees!! I was greeted immediately upon arrival at my appointment time. The service rep went over my reason for service, gave me some options, and processed my paperwork. I was out in 10 minutes. The repairs were done in the allotted time, and my wait to pick up my car was minimal. The car was returned cleaner than I dropped it off, and had clearly been wiped down completely. Once again, Grubbs has lived up to its stellar reputation.

We bought a used car from Grubbs, and though we loved our sales rep, the body shop was awful. We had to ask them 3 times to fix problems with the car. We bought the car for my 17-year-old son and the day we bought it Grubbs said they would fix some shaking, so they had the car for a week. We brought it home and within the week, pieces were falling off from under the hood of the car when my son was driving. We took it back in, they had it for 3 weeks. When we picked it up, the piece that was falling off was not fixed, so we had to leave it with them AGAIN. After the first 7 weeks of having the car, we had it for one week. I would not trust purchasing a used car from them again.

Needed a key programmed.Bought the key on internet.Locksmith said he couldn’t program it. Have to use a dealer.The locksmith charged me zero when the program failed.Grubbs wants to charge me $200 even if the program fails. (For about 6 minutes of labor)Surely, someone can do better than this?!

Seasoned at the job, he listened for what we wanted, he searched locally and regionally for trim packages and interiors over multiple weeks, he thoughtfully put together pricing with both dealer promotions and rebates, as well as finding employer discounts. He was patient, never pushy... thoughtful and helpful. We were purchasing a Volvo, but I’d suggest reach out to Joe for any branded car at Grubbs or a wider search. He is rarer than one-in-hundred, you don’t often find honest helpful sales reps like Joe. Reach out to him, youll be glad you did.

Car buying was ok. I felt like the wait was longer since we paid cash and didn’t finance. Overall, great service.But now, I’m going on three months of no plates and no timetable on when they are getting them plates. They have a “customer service line” but it makes you leave a voice message with no help. I won’t recommend this place and will probably take my next car purchase to another place. Take care of your customers.

Grubbs Infiniti forged my signature on documents it sent to financing at Wells Fargo to add on Gap Insurance and forged initials to change the monthly price. These new forged documents were dated two months after my signed ones. I purchased a sequoia in March and have my signed documents. They forged documents in May to finally send to financing at the bank. It is now September and has still not been corrected.

Thought Id give these guys a try for an oil change since they sent me a coupon in the mail.When they returned my car, they put a BIG DENT on my vehicle. I told the agent about it and he said to me over the phone, the driver didnt mark the dent on the walk-through paperwork but that he saw the dent when it arrived I told him that the dent was never there. I even showed him a video of my car leaving the garage when I handed it to the valet driver proving that the dent was never there. He kept insisting that it was there even though it clearly wasnt. I asked for a copy of the walk-through paperwork. His initial response - it could take a couple of days for us to scan it in. Im like couple days to scan? What year do you live in? Just take a picture and send it.Finally got the paperwork which showed that the valet driver marked the dent. I did not sign any paperwork that showed there was a dent on my vehicle. This idiot created falsified the documents to make it appear that the I signed off on the dent even though I clearly didnt.They lost me as a customer not only for maintenance but also for future car sales. Hope this was worth it for you guys!

Update: Infiniti made things right and replaced the dashboard. Changed review to 5 stars. Great customer service.Usually great customer service and parts dept. is awesome. Ive spent close to $1k in parts rebuilding and they always get them fast, but I wouldnt recommend taking your vehicle in for an airbag recall. My dash came back worse than when it went in. My service rep was not available the day of pickup so I didnt get to bring the problem to their attention. I wish I researched online before taking the car in. A lot of people have the same problem with Infiniti/ Nissan causing dash damage when doing an airbag recall.

Worse experience after purchase, no one is willing to help or can give you information on warranties and maintenance. Multiple calls over a 3 day period still no help. Was made alot of promises at purchase that now seem like was a lot of smoke clouds. Very upset and let down especially after recommending people to this dealership and promoting them.

Had a wonderful experience. Kenny Calderon was a great salesperson. They did everything possible at getting infiniti to ensure that they could help us leave in a new vehicle. The first offer/pricing for the vehicle I had fallen in love with was just too high. I would run away from Grubbs INFINITI. They use very deceptive advertising on carguru.com. They list their vehicles online at a good deal or fair deal. No phone negotiations...they force you to go into the dealership. When you show up, they tell you the cars are loaner vehicles and are not available to be tested or not available for sale. Then they try to sell you on another vehicle at a higher price.The first time we contacted them was in March of 2021. They tell us the vehicles listed are loaners so we cannot test it but they can sell us a different car with a different VIN # at a higher price.We tried it again last week. Went to the dealership, only to find out that the vehicles we were inquiring about are loaner vehicles and they dont sell them anymore. So we told them, then dont list them. She stated she would talk to the IT person to get it fixed but in the meantime, she can sell us another vehicle.If you dont believe me, look it up on carguru.com and call them about it.

When I walked in I was immediately irritated. One guy greeted us (we explained what we needed) then he went and grabbed the manager (we explained again what we needed) who went and grabbed another sales associate (and yet again we explained what we needed). The sales associate said this could not be done although we knew it could. They asked us to sit while they figured it out then they came back and said it could be done. But we knew this. I should have left then because that showed they were clueless. After sitting and having my credit ran they flat out said they couldnt work with me. They never asked about cash down or nothing. I guess they assumed I couldnt afford the vehicle . The sales rep asked how did I acquire my current vehicle which I drove off the showroom floor of another dealership with 3 miles on it. Needless to say, they allowed money to walk out the door because their finance department sucks and doesnt know how to structure deals to make them work. I decided to take the cash I had and purchase an even better vehicle. Im not going to beg anyone to take my money . Sucks for them. #WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I would give a zero if available. I was charged for 6 hours of labor, when it only took them 2 hours to repair my Q50. This was done at a rate of $195.88 per hour. The Service Manager, Frank, said that I should be thankful since they could have charged 9.8 (which they originally did) hours.

I was impressed and appreciative with the top-notch level of service I received at my latest visit. The team was efficient, swift in completing the necessary oil change, tire rotation, and warranty work services. I was given an upgraded full-sized QX80 loaner vehicle so I didnt have to wait at the dealership and was able to drive a like-kind vehicle to the one I had in the shop. My service rep, Dany, was certainly on top of things and made sure that I was properly kept in the loop in regards to my service needs, when the part was going to arrive, organizing my scheduled appointment, and made sure I was completely satisfied with every detail through the process. I left a very happy client and even enjoyed some yummy strawberry candies from the service desk that made me nostalgic of my Nonnies candy dish! 🍓 Thanks, Grubbs ... Keep up the great work!

When you walk in to the dealership, the very first impression is that none of the employees are dressed in business casual, but in suits and business formal. This give an impression of dealing with a higher quality of service. The waiting area is like any other dealerships , due to COVID not all the amenities are available. The car purchases was smooth, then again having financing approved ahead of time seem to help. Also, was not pressure to purchase additional coverage that I do not need.

I’m so impressed with this dealership! I’ve been a customer of Sewell but recently moved to the area and decided to checkout Grubbs since it was much closer to me. I am so happy I found them! I purchased a vehicle from them and the process was seamless. I felt incredibly comfortable throughout the process and the salesperson Eric Glover was super easy to work with. Went to payoff my lease & the dealership charged me $1500 in fees over my payoff just so they could make a profit. When dealing with the finance department they almost mischarged my debit card twice for higher fees until I caught their mistakes. I was at the dealership for 3 hours for something that should have been a very simple & quick process. I am unhappy & this is not the kind of service one should expect when buying a high end vehicle.

I have recently been very disappointed with Grubbs Infiniti. We purchased a Certified Used QX60 from this dealership back in 2016, and recently our Car Fax app provided us with a Car Fax for our car (that we had never seen before). I was shocked to see that our car had been in a severe accident prior to our purchase, and that Grubbs sold us a certified used car that had been in a bad accident. As we were shocked, we met with a manager who said there was nothing they could do since it had been 5 years. He did say he would look into it and give us a call, but he never called back. Once I called, he did say they could give us one years worth of oil changes, but since it had been so long that was all he could pretty much do. My husband and I are so disappointed in the way Grubbs handled this situation. I do not recommend this dealership and the way they handle customers and honesty in their selling of cars. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Edit: I tried calling the number below and left a voicemail. Still seems like no one is willing to help resolve this.Buying my car went smooth but then the dealership failed to submit for my plates. It’s been 6 months since I’ve bought my car and they still have not submitted the paperwork. I’ve reached out to the dealership countless times and no one ever gives me more information and no one ever answers the phone. The dealership has handled this all in an unprofessional way.

This is a great dealership.I came from 2 hours away and the sales and management team stayed until almost 10 pm helping me to get into the vehicle that I wanted.They werent pushy or overbearing. Grubbs Infiniti is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle.Again thank you so much for the great customer service.
