First off if you want to get lied too then do business with them. I understand it’s a car dealership.Secondly, wish I would’ve known everything about them that I do now prior to purchasing a vehicle at their dealership & I would’ve never purchased from them.McKinney dodge offers a lifetime powertrain warranty free of additional cost I would’ve went there.When I purchased I tried to get leather seats ordered never could even get a phone call back. I also ordered a red key for my challenger supposed to be there the following week & 3 weeks later I finally received that after them not even calling to give me an update on this.And finally when I purchased my challenger I was told my first payment wouldn’t be due for 90 days & now I’m getting a call from finance company on the first month telling me payment is due because they sent in the contract with first payment due in 30 days instead of 90 as they told me!I definitely wouldn’t do business with this place again

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I’ve had terrible service from my first and now my last time being serviced here. From being promised to be “taken care of” from the poor and unprofessional service I received to the sales manager Chris out right lying and promising to detail my car and assist me with my a warranty on my truck to acting completely clueless about what was promised to me when I came to be serviced, extremely long wait times, cancelled my warranty appt without my knowledge after having waited almost 2 months, having to do double time in commuting to the very dealership every time they “FORGET” to reset all my sensors, to not checking my tire pressure, not resetting the oil change sensors.. wasting my time and money having to come back when they haven’t been taking care of my concerns from the jump or even trying to see it through. I got an oil change a week ago and before I left the manager gave me a hard time for being upset about them not checking their work before they let me leave and today low and behold my oil change light is still on and my tire pressure is still off. I wish to warn others to seek other places to service your vehicle. Had I read the reviews first I would have NEVER gone here. And the issues I’ve had have gon on for too long with no resolve or assistance from anyone higher than Chris

Had brake done at this place. Had a clunking noise on drivers side so i brought it back. Service tech took it for a ride and heard the noise and told me to bring it back in the morning and would have to leave it for 24 to 48 hours. Brought the truck home and checked left front wheel and found 3 of 5 lug nuts were on hand tight!!!! Two lug nuts on the 3 remaining wheels were also hand tight. I tightened (torqued) all lug nuts and noise went away....Call service department an was given lip service by service advisor!!....THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

When I purchased a truck from here, I made them aware of the display screen being cracked and that we wouldn’t get the vehicle unless fixed. Wade let me know that the truck was under warranty and that it would be taken care of. When I called to schedule the appointment to have it done I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty and that I would need to leave my vehicle 5 days with no loaner vehicle to use. The vehicle is in my wife’s name but yet registered to me and I’m nowhere to be found on the loan. Seems sneaky. Not once has anyone reached out to check and see if we are enjoying our purchase and actually been avoiding me for a month now. The worse dodge dealership I’ve ever been to. Please enjoy the car buying experience elsewhere. This is an additional headache I don’t want anybody else to have

Was looking for a 4x4 Limited and found they were hard to come by. Live in the Tyler area and drove to several places within the Dallas Metroplex with little success in finding what I wanted. Grapevine Dodge had exactly what I wanted and my sales associate Kurt went above and beyond to get the deal I wanted. Everyone was nice and helpful and highly recommend this dealership.

Very shady. We had an appointment with a guy, but we were greeted by a different guy (forgot his name, said hes a new guy) even before entering the building. He took us to his office in the corner and told me to fill the form without explaining the purpose of it. Later he comes and asks if I have any financing to which I said I have financing with Capital One with x% APR, but if I can get a good deal, I will pay cash. For that, I kept asking him the total cost of the vehicle, but he would not tell me. I explicitly told him couple of times not to run my credit inquiry but he ran it anyway (thanks a lot for 3 new hard inquiries in my credit report). Later, he came up with a sheet with payment structure. I looked at the sheet and surprise surprise!, there was additional ~3k cost for features and protection that I dont even need! Initially I asked him if there were any hidden costs, he said no. But now he said that I had to buy those additional packages in order to get the car! I asked the total price before because I wanted to prevent this but he did not want to share! This is ridiculous, you see a good deal on the internet and take time out of your busy day and spend hours at the dealership just to know that they have hidden cost. The car was market roughly 15k online but the guy came up with a total price of over 20k.This place deceives their customer and are not very transparent upfront about what the vehicle. Based on my experience, they focus only on making money for them instead of helping the customer. I am beyond disappointed. Im glad I did not do business with them. Please stay away from them and save your time and money.BTW, any way you could help be wipe out the credit inquiries from my report?

This place is so shady. The price online is only available if you finance through this dealership. They offered me a horrible interest rate when I was already pre-approved for financing through USAA at HALF the rate they were offering! My credit score is above 750 there is literally no reason my rate should have been as high as they were trying to push on me. They refused to listen to me when I told them I did not want to finance through them. They made me wait around for an hour while they did 4 hard pulls on my credit to come back and not listen to a word I said. They will do all they can do to get that sale and even offer some magic math to tell you the money comes out to the same. It doesnt. You would be better off buying from literally anywhere else and I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time at this place. Cars are NOT investments, they are an expense. Do NOT make a horrible financial decision because they pressure or trick you into it. I was shaking by the end of my appointment out of frustration and anxiety.

Found the vehicle I was wanting on-line and via internet. When I went to the dealership they did indeed have the right vehicle with the options I preferred. They were straight forward on the pricing. We were a long distance apart on the trade-in and I sold to another dealership. I did buy the 5 yr maintenance agreement because of all the technology so well see how it goes. Pick it up tomorrow.

I called to ask if they were still doing the buy 3 tires get one for $1. I called PARTS and he transferred me to SERVICE. To which SERVICE did not answer. I called back to SERVICE, and they transferred me to PARTS. PARTS said that’s a SERVICE question and transferred me back to SERVICE. SERVICE answered and tried to transfer me back to PARTS. I told the lady in SERVICE that PARTS said it was a SERVICE question. She put me on hold, and about 3 different people picked up and kept putting me back on hold to find an answer. It was comical actually, but disorganized on their part.

Dont bother making an appointment for service unless you have all day to wait! My appointment for an oil change was 7:15am. I was told when making the appointment that I would be the first one there and out within the hour to head to work. Checking in at 7:10 and waiting an hour I was told my car had not gone back and it would be another hour, at best! After driving 45 minutes to get there on time and waiting an hour I decided to get my car and head to work. I will pay to get my oil change going forward. My time is more valuable than waiting 2-3 hours for an oil change. And yes, I did ask about the shuttle and was told it would depend on how many they had to drop off before me so they could not give me an estimate on time. As I already stated, having your oil changed with the dealership is an all day event.

I wish I read the reviews before I bought the car, many people are expressing the same issues I’m dealing with, unbelievable, I’m pretty sure I’m gonna get a message please reach out or they will probably call me, I can’t believe I drove All the way from Celina to deal with this.

Take your business elsewhere. Typical salesmen experience where they try to get the absolute most money out of you, building the exact same car with MORE features from the factory was several thousand dollars cheaper. Pretty much ran an inquiry check on my credit for no reason.

We are looking for a dodge charger. We found one car that my son loves, and we accepted the salesmans offer price. When we meet the Finance guy, everything turned around.This dealer is the worst car dealer I have ever deal with in my life. Particularly with the guy in the Finance department.They offer you a low price, but they jack up/unknown fee/ highest interest in the finance step.I dont know why this business with that worse service still exists in this decade.Stay away from this place. Do not buy a car here. Period

Getting a new car is very exciting but researching and purchasing Is extremely frustrating no matter what dealership you go to. One thing to help make things go smooth is a knowledgeable sales person that really enjoys what they do and Connects with the client. This was not my experience. The sales person never introduced himself to me, (I only found out his name was Jim after he handed me his card while I was leaving)never bothered to ask me what kind of payments I was comfortable with, never really listened or bothered to know what I was looking for in a car. i’m not sure he even really liked his job. Google only gives me so many characters to leave my review so I can’t go into full detail as to my experience, but I will say I test drove the jeep, I really loved it, but the deciding factor would have been how much they were going to give me for a trade-in on my car. This would determine if I was able to get the jeep within my affordable means. He refused to have the dealership evaluate my car and offer me a trade-in value if I was not willing to take the first steps of actually purchasing the vehicle. The sad thing is, had they just taken 20 minutes to look at my vehicle and offer me a competitive trade in value on my car, I would’ve drove away in that jeep that very day. There is one other thing though… The Online price was actually $2000 cheaper than the price when I got to the car lot because they added more options to the vehicle after It arrived at the dealership.

They would not sell me a vehicle at the price discussed unless i financed through them. They would not accept the offer if I financed through Navy Federal Credit Union. They apparently dont like to sell to veterans of the U.S. Military.

I told them several times I do not want to finance through them. At that point I said no deal and left.This is very deceptive - beware.

I had bought a Chevy back in January in California. The other day it randomly turned into thousands of dollars of a money pit. I needed to get into another vehicle quick, as I have 3 small children. I wasnt sure I could even make this transaction, however, Cheyne Peck was the best person to have dealt with. From the frantic phone call I made, to meeting at the dealership, he had a car already lined up for me to look at and get into. We cant thank Chris enough in the service department!! Long story short I needed a new engine in my 2018 charger plus some other things repaired and he had my car done literally in 2 days after the parts got delivered. Chris made this stressful event into an easy mind relieving process with the way he kept us informed on what was going on with my car!!!

I bought a 2020 Hyundai Palisade from this dealership. The window had a small crack in it. I was told that the window company they use would fix this for me in two weeks. That they would come to my house. After a month with no call, I called to follow up. Jeep had not sent this service request in for the window repair. When they finally sent it in, I had the car for close to two months. The window was cracked, running most of the length of the window now. When I finally got an appointment scheduled and cleared my work schedule, the window company called me back. They did not have the window in stock, and an appointment should have never been set without the window being in stock. Also, I have to go to them they will not come to my house as communicated by the Jeep team. I live in Mckinney I have to go to Forth Worth for the window. The car is excellent, but service wise from the Jeep dealership, this was a challenge that should not have taken this long to deal with.

Awesome experience, never felt pressured into purchasing, felt we could walk away at any time to give the purchase thought. Ended up with a great apr beating what I had been approved for previously. Had a slight scuff/scratch that was not seen until that night, brought it back the next day and buffed out in 15 minutes. Awesome experience so far

Bought a new Ram 1500 from these guys in March. Everything went fairly smooth with the buying process, no complaints there. Also, my salesmen Nadar was great to work with. However, part of the written purchase deal was they’d coat the wheels black. After the truck being there a week, they weren’t able to make it happen. After that they stated they’d make it right and get me another set. After over a month of waiting patiently, they’ve quit returning my calls.I will not be a customer again. Sometimes, it’s the little things.

So Pleased With the service Department!! We Developed an oil leak on our Durango. We then Called AutoNation Dodge and had them take a look at it (Feb 2021). They said that the part was on 6-8 week back order. We checked in once a month and they continued to tell us it was on backorder. The leak kept getting worse so we called Grapevine Dodge (August 2021). David Wilsie our new service adviser said he could get the part in 2 days. They got the part in and got us all fixed up and cleaned the whole underside of our car as well! We are so pleased! We Couldnt have asked for a better experience!!

Overall great experience. Sales agent was great and very helpful, but the financing negotiations felt rushed without much explanation leading to the deal being closed prior to my approval on trade-in value. Sales agent gets an A+ while the financing department gets a C.

I recently bought a car from this dealership, i enjoyed the whole experience, the sales man and finance guys were all quick and friendly and got me into a new car really quickly.

Waste of time. The have cars listed online for 3-4 thousand dollars cheaper and when you get up there and fill out a credit application they say oh we can do the online price if you finance through Chrysler for 7.99%? Then offer a low rate through another bank for 3 thousand more. Tell me they won’t walk away from a deal for money but low ball me on my trade saying it’s more than kelly blue book, but I had another kbb authorized dealer offer me almost 2k more.Save your time and your credit inquires and go somewhere else.

This place is an absolute joke. I took my Jeep up there Saturday 6/10 at 5pm to get appraised. After speaking with the sales rep assisting me I was told that someone would look at my car here shortly if I wanted to take seat. After waiting almost an hour, the sales rep came back out and apologized stating that the appraiser Aaron Komon just left early because he was frustrated at another customer. I should have known by that alone that this wasn’t the dealership to give my business to but my sales rep was extremely helpful and apologetic so I stuck with him. I brought my car back up there Monday 6/12 and spoke with my same sales rep. This time they finally got around to appraising my vehicle and Aaron offered $18k for it. I told my rep that I wanted to do the deal but would need to bring it up there Wednesday 6/14 so that my wife could take off work and follow me there to drive me back home. He said that was no problem and printed out the appraisal receipt for $18,000. I took my vehicle home, parked it, cleared everything out inside and got it ready. The car sat and never moved until Wednesday. Wednesday 6/12 (less than 48 hours after receiving my offer letter) we brought the vehicle back to the dealership but our sales rep was out of the office so he mentioned that another rep would take care of us no problem. We sat and sat waiting and finally Aaron came out stating that they were only going to give us $16,761 for the same car that they just committed to purchase for $18k less than 48 hours prior. I thought he was kidding at first. I was told “we changed our mind and had you sold it Monday and found a way home, we would have done the deal”. WHAT A JOKE!!!! This guy is a complete scum bag. Please do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this guy at all cost. We also had zero support from the general manager as well. Right after this event I made one phone call to Autonation in Fort Worth, told them what happened and they offered $18,500 for the same Jeep. We drove it straight there and also purchased a Jeep Wrangler which we weren’t intending to do but because of the great service and professionalism, it was worth it. To be honest, Autonation could have quoted us much lower on the appraisal and we would have still done the deal simply to avoid dealing with a snake like Aaron Komon. This guy truly is one of the worst people that we have worked with in over 16 years of buying vehicles and for the simple fact that the general manager showed zero care or concern, I’ll never come back.
