Phenomenal facility! Incredible staff! Came in to have my car serviced after a rather nasty pothole left my rim less than perfectly circular. Eric the service advisor, came around and saved the day with quick and knowledgeable assistance. They got me rolling in German engineered bliss again. The best car buying experience of my life! I nearly purchased an Audi elsewhere and I am so happy that I did not. Rutger was great throughout the entire transaction from the time we began talking and even after when I had a few specific questions days after taking the car home. He listened to what I wanted and found the car that was the perfect fit for me without trying to sell me something I didn’t want. Jake in the finance office was also very helpful and professional. I will definitely return here when it’s time for my next Audi.

I love my Audi Q7 vehicle, but whenever I go to maintenance work, then I really feel why I bought this vehicle. Last three or four maintenance schedules I told about the engine oil check coming in three weeks but the previous service rep not able to resolve the issue instead he suggesting to replace the vehicle. I paid the service fees also around 1200 dollars, but no change. Now this time during the inspection the vehicle got so many issues, Kevin is the service rep, who taken care well this time . But I am hoping those issues won’t come back again.

Audi Grapevine continued to confirm my confidence and satisfaction with Audi dealerships over the last 6 years. After shopping for other vehicles recently, my wife and I made our way to Audi Grapevine w/ only an hour left until they closed. Robert Jean in sales introduced himself with a very uplifting and professional demeanor (w/ no mention or indication of closing soon). We knew exactly what we wanted, he confirmed it was available, my wife’s Q7 was appraised (and their offer was actually a bit more than we anticipated!) and deal done. No back and forth w/ a “sales manager”, drama, disrespectful attitude, etc. you often find at a dealership (and what we experienced at a place down the street!). While we were waiting for everything to be processed, Robert pulled the new Q7 up to the lobby garage door, pulled my wife’s Q7 in next to it, and we made sure everything was out of the old car. Robert then had us sit in the new Q7 and gave us a great new car orientation going over the many features that Audi has added since the old Q7. It was absolutely great service by Robert and Jake in the finance office (and by the time we were finished, it was a little after 10pm…2 hrs after closing and again no mention of time or rushing things by anyone!). Without a doubt, when it’s time for a new Audi for me, I’m giving Robert a call. Their professionalism, knowledge, and respectful attitude exceeded of our expectations and warrants this 5-star review. Thanks guys… Gina and I appreciate y’all!

Took my S7 in for annual service and check engine light that kept coming on and off. Easy to schedule and they got it out same day. Michael did a great job keeping me informed of status and getting extended warranty to cover repair. Shuttle service with Alto is a nice benefit, but pick up took a while.

I found the car I wanted going in with reasonable expectations regarding a trade in. My sales associate was awesome. Yet I still walked out without a deal because it seems that due to the times, all human element is removed from the experience of buying a car. The manager wouldn’t budge on any reasonable compromise because it was apparent my business wasn’t needed. Disheartening experience and the car I want is still on the lot.

I took my Q7 to get the 40,000 mile service. My appointment was at 10:00 and I was told that it would be done by 3 p.m. I then asked if they had a rental and they said no. My vehicle was done at 5:23 p.m. To top it off, they did not wash my vehicle. A technician was nice enough to take it in quickly for a wash. The service advisor waa Rene Laurel. I bought my new Q7 from you guys and you always took care of me, what happened?

Renee the service manger is very personable. They were reasonably prompt and the service price was what one would expect at a dealer. But, not outrageous. They did a nice job of cleaning the vehicle prior to presenting it to my wife. I normally don’t use dealers for service. But, if you need Audi service, I would recommend Audi of Grapevine. Service included: new battery, new super charger belt, and brake fluid flush.

Rene Laurel is fantastic and provides the best service I have seen in the industry. I tried a different non Audi location for my repairs and they were not able to solve the problem. The level of customer service for a business is measured at the moment a customer has an issue. The reason we purchased an Audi was to increase the level of customer service we received when it comes time to have our vehicle serviced. Which makes this review so frustrating to write. If the level of customer service was higher at this dealerships service department, most of the issues would have been avoided this morning. I do not wish to post the details of the events, but to notify management of a lack of customer service and communication that are desperately needed in their service department.

I took my Audi for service and tire rotation on August 3rd. They kept my car for 4 days and could not find a key to remove tires. it was an slandered key available in all tire shops. My service advisor Shannon Tharp was poor knowledgeable, could not answer any Qs asked and never return phone calls. I could not reach the manager Chris the next day when I asked to talked to him. I would not recommend Audi Grapevine for your cars need unless you want to have your car repaired by extremely unprofessional and incompetent staff with high expense.

Came in due to check engine light on vehicle while driving from Houston to Colorado. Obviously not something you plan to do on vacation but I must say the Service Dept took care of us. Went for an oil change service with an scheduled appointment I was told that will be in and out within 1 - 1.5 hrs. There was only 1 person at sales seems like scheduler/planner screwed up it took them about an hour to receive me at the desk. Total time 3 plus hours. My whole family was waiting hungry for the lunch I was supposed to bring for them. Got my Sunday afternoon ruined. Drove 30 miles paid tolls to get this experience. Our sales man Fabian went over and beyond our expectations. Fabian was very kind and very helpful. He got us a very fair number for our trade in and didn’t low ball us. He found us the car we wanted in the exact color we wanted,( which we haven’t been able to find anywhere near us). Fabian even personally delivered our new car to our driveway the next day! We would recommend him 10/10 to anybody. We interacted with multiple people during the buying process and everyone was great. Our finance guy was also fantastic. Very down to earth and worked to get us the best interest rate. Our experience was remarkable and we will definitely keep grapevine Audi in mind when we’re in the market for another car.

My interactions with Audi Grapevine was a superior experience. I searched my vehicle of choice online and used the chat to schedule a test drive. Once I arrived I was introduced to Berron Ware. He was a very relaxed, easy going person and didnt pressure me into a sale. I really appreciated that. He made himself available by text to send insurance documents and to schedule my vehicle pick up. My car had been detailed, filled with gas, and ready for me when I arrived. He walked me through my vehicles amenities and helped set up my cellphone. I would recommend anyone to Grapevine Audi!

Michael our service provider was excellent. I have 4 stars because of the disconnect with the Audi service dept in general. I scheduled about 2 weeks ahead as both my husband and I needed our vehicles serviced. We were assured we could get one loaner car so we could drive home together after dropping off our cars, otherwise we would have scheduled different days. When my husband got there the provider that started his service request told him there were no re taps available and we’d have to do one car and come back and do the other. So then what is the point of scheduling and planning ahead? Luckily Michael took in the situation and was able to procure a rental car so our day wasn’t wasted. Michael you’re awesome and provided excellent service. He also found a problem in my car I hadn’t noted and had that fixed as well!

I relocated to Dallas and needed a car since I was not able to import my vehicle from Canada. I drove a little further to Grapevine since they had the vehicle I was looking for (2019 A6). Despite only being in the country two weeks with no credit history in the US or even local ID, they got it done. I have always dealer maintained my cars but will drive the extra bit to bring it back here since this team went above and beyond.

He answered all my questions and never and I mean never looked down on me or even one second thought I didn’t belong in that dealership. If you would have seen me how I was dressed and looked anybody else would have not helped me.To me Steve Potter is what people should be. He deserves a raise and beyond. I’m not a Audi fan. I brought my wifes SQ5 in for a recall and dropped it off at 7am when they opened. I received very professional service and they used Alto to take me to my work. The Alto service was very nice and prompt. I did ask for a courtesy wash but when I returned to pick up the vehicle ( using Alto again), it was still dirty. Overall it was good service.

Why do I have to pay for something that is not my fault? I have to get a Bluetooth repair for my 20 A4 which is going to take about a week. (I know this because it is my 2nd time on the same car.) They told me that I couldnt get a loaner car due to a chip shortage? and that they can only give me ride back to my home. What kind of customer service is this. I even told them that I do not need a loaner car if they dont have it. they can just reimburse my uber fees that I am going to pay for the time they work on my car. The person I talked to said that they cant even give me that. I am very dissatisfied and will never come back as a customer if their service is this awful.

I worked with Kevin as my service consultant. He was very professional as he helped me deal with an issue my 2015 TDI was having. While additional services were recommended, I chose to delay those. There was no pressure to get those items done there and didn’t feel like my service suffered because I chose to delay. I was able to receive a ride to the airport and, when my car was done, a ride back to the dealership. Highly recommend!

Worst car buying experience ever!I brought a car paid Cash (pre owned ),it was my first car.My initial sales guy was late and I was handed off to another sales person. After, I expressed interest in the car , I get a phone call the car is sold. A day later, I get a call the car is there they weren’t able to sell it.I let sales person know I’m still interested in purchasing the car. After, I sign all the needed paper work to buy the car. They park my car in the back and they just hand me keys. There was no bow or any proper congratulations nothing. Side note: Also, the finance guy tried to convince me to get a car with the highest interest rate ever ( 22.1%). I should have walked away then.A week later my car gets a flat tire, I assume it’s nothing and get the tire fixed.A few weeks later, I see a coolant light turn on. I take the car to services. The car needed 4,750 worth of work. I was sold a car that was basically broke.So to anyone that’s looking for car please avoid this place.

I brought my Audi in to be detailed last Saturday (6/19). My service advisor, Vernon, was great. Discussed the timing it would be ready, and called with its completion when he said he would. I did not have to wait long when I arrived back in the afternoon to pick my vehicle up.6/26 followup: I brought my Q3 into Audi Grapevine on this date as, having recently moved to Texas from another state (the state where I originally purchased the car) I was having a problem with the front license plate (my previous plate did not required a front plate). For the Q3 there is an additional cover that has to be attached into the front and then you screw the license plate into into it (also I did not have the screws to attach the license plate itself). Staff at the location helped me to get it attached which was greatly appreciated. I wanted to send kudos to Stuart, Matt, and Rutger (hoping I spelled their names correctly) for the various help they provided.

Went in for a oil change. The oil change usually costs around 80. I had a coupon for 69.99 which they said they would honor. When I checked out It ended up costing 78. Because of taxes and service fees. So not much of a deal. Dont advertise a coupon if its really not a coupon.

Making an appointment is simple and you’re always greeted before you step out of the car (even when returning their loaner).I also appreciate the fact that I have the same service advisor since I’ve started. At some dealerships, service advisors, dime a dozen… But here at Audi Grapevine, they seem to be doing something right as the service advisor staff has been consistent.

I was taken very good care of during the entire process. I inquired online about a Q5 and within minutes I got a call from Luis. We talked about what I was looking for and we set a time for me to come in and take a look around. When we arrived Luis sat down with us and went over different options and then we test drove a Q5. The process from beginning to finance was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Before we drove off we got an overview from a technology specialist to show us the technology in the car. We traded in our Audi we bought just before the lock down, we were able to come out equity positive due to low milage and found a suitable pre-owned car as a replacement. The staff there were great, FeFe was extremely helpful and willing to make a sale possible. Justin the Sales Manager was very knowledgeable about the used car market and we bought with confidence.We did discover a nail in the tire when we got the car home but pleased to say Audi took car of us and patched the tire the next day when we came back.Overall great service and great team there!!

Experience was good. When it came down to paying the bill, there was a bit of confusion where the bill kept going up. The service folks were able to correct the inflations and took good care of us. We will come back again!

Drove less than 100 miles and check engine light came on, RSP light on, and oil light. Called Kevin in service, absolutely no help. Will have vehicle towed to another place for service.Very unhappy.

I was in town passing by and had a power steering issue with my A4, turns out it was all covered under an extended warranty. Rene on their service team was amazing and communicated with me very well. Weve been Audi drivers for years, and when our lease was up we knew where to go. Luis welcomed us back and was able to lay out our options for a new lease, discuss options, and took great care of us. The whole team at the dealership has always been stellar, and they work hard to satisfy their customers. My experience started out very well I completed my application online and Jake was great with getting everything approved buttttt after that things were backwards….. when I arrived the car was still being cleaned after I told my salesman that I was in route and I lived 5hours away !!! I test drove the vehicle AFTER I signed all the paperwork that was my first time seeing the vehicle. I wasn’t updated on all the functions some I had to find out about on my on when I got back to Louisiana with the closest dealership being 2hrs away. Today I had to go to a store just to get a battery for my key fob on a week old car! I couldn’t even get in it to leave home. Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. Two stars for Jake he was definitely great and Pita was nice but she needs help especially after the amount I paid for my truck I should have had a great experience not the experience I had.

Brandon was very helpful. I spent around an hour in the dealership from test drive to ink on paper. Taking delivery of the car took substantially longer. Simply picking up the vehicle took two hours. They tried to give me a broken key fob and delivered the car without cleaning the interior.

Audrey Tillemans, Internet Director, was amazing, along with Sales person Pita Hernandez and Sales Manager, Ricky Norris. They all did an amazing job getting me into a new vehicle. I would absolutely recommend working with Audrey, Pita and Ricky if you are in the market for an Audi. As this was my very first Audi purchase, I am extremely pleased. Very poor customer service. Service advisor was not helpful at all.. Reached out to Service Manager, Benson. Advisor Promised, Benson will call back. Never called back. Reached out to GM - still waiting for him to call back.Rita took the car for repairs.
