They dont try to pressure you into fixing anything that is not necessary.This last time, I had a whole list of things I thought were needing to be done and they only recommended the main thing that I brought it in for. Everything else was not needing attention. One time I brought my truck in because of an engine light. They hooked it up to the diagnostic device and determined that is was due to a faulty seal on the gas cap. They reset the indicator light, told me that it probably will happen again and to go buy a new cap, and did not charge me anything for the diagnosis. You can trust Concourse Automotive!

Have been using Concourse Automotive for years off and on as need arises. Brought our 2012 Chevy pickup in because kept getting a low oil pressure message. They replaced the sender unit and things were great for about a year. Started getting same message, was sure pressure was OK, so drove it for a few months before finally bringing it back to them. Even though it was past their one year warranty, they stood behind their work and got me fixed up. Turns out there was debris in the port leading to the sender so took a bit of trouble on their part to solve. Could not be more pleased with an auto repair shop. They have my trust and respect.

We were comming home from Dallas when our 2014 Ram lost power. We had it towed to this shop on a Sunday, nice to have a place to park it. On Monday the spoke with shop and explained what happened and about an hour later they called back stating you lost a cylinder and we need to replace the engine. I was informed that this would cost $12,000 on the low end and about $15,000 on the high end. Informed then that I need to make arrangements and he offered financing option, was nice, and stated to let him know. Decided to tow back home,150 miles, and have our local mechanic (299 Automotive) look at it. Dropped it off Thursday night and Monday he call stating he fixed it for under $600.00, broken #8 valve spring. (Shop was nice and helped me load the truck on the trailer).

What a great experience! I dropped my car off for an oil change and annual state inspection and it was ready in no time. The most friendly and courteous service of any car repair place around. They recommended some service for my car and explained in common terms why it was recommended. Concourse Automotive just gained a repeat customer for sure!

Great experience! My friend has been coming to Concourse for over 20 years and says she’s always treated professionally, fairly and kindly. So on her recommendation I made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule and called 10 minutes before my appointment time. No problem. Concourse accommodated my request to come in an hour later. At my last service at the dealership where I’ve been taking my car since I purchased it, the service tech had warned me that I would need brake work soon. Concourse confirmed the brake work, but also explained that there were things that could wait. I felt that they were honest and didn’t try to oversell work I didn’t need yet. They also suggested I check my records to see when the last maintenance was done, so I wasn’t spending money on unnecessary work. To sum up my experience, I have abandoned the dealership service shop and will definitely be returning to Concourse.

We started using Concourse Automotive when we moved to Grapevine last year. 5 stars hands down.I had my suspension “repaired” after being run off the road at multiple shops, only to still have popping noises and a terrible sway while driving. I brought my car to Concourse after a friend told me his dad won’t take his car anywhere else. I now understand why.Sean was amazing from the start. He was honest through the repair process and I wasn’t upsold at any time. The parts were supposed to arrive the next business day after dropping my car off, but they ended up arriving the same day and I was driving my car less than 24 hours after dropping it off! And the best part - they finally fixed my suspension. The car drives like it did before my incident.This shop was pricey compared to other places, but they fixed my problem and I spent thousands of unnecessary dollars at other shops. Took my Lexus for an oil change. Mr. Bowers, the owner, waited on me and was so friendly and very helpful. The mechanic came out to ask me if I wanted synthetic or regular oil. Later Mr. Bowers came out to show me I needed a new air filter.The work was done quickly.I was very pleased with service, and I will certainly return.

We had heard good things about Concourse, so decided to give them a try when my 2012 Ford Edge was making an unusual sound. Trevor made the appointment and checked us in, and three different technicians worked together to locate and figure out what was making the noise. They succeeded, and we will have the calipers work done next month. Everyone involved was so nice, courteous and helpful, and they kept us informed during the day. We highly recommend them!

Pricing is very fair but not the cheapest---but the cheapest is very rarely the best. I can’t say enough about this location. This was my first time using anyone other than a dealership and from the time I walked in, to the time I picked up my truck, they were the best. Had my old truck towed in after it suddenly stopped running. Techs at Concourse we’re very helpful, traced problem to a frayed wire grounding against the engine, and fixed it. Through it all, they stayed in touch with me, explained what they were doing and why, and what the cost would be. Found them to be very professional.

We have spent $3000 with Concourse to repair the a/c system in my 2003 Tahoe over a 9 month period only for Concourse to now tell us the part that is broken is something they won’t repair/replace. Unless you are looking for a way to waste tons of money I would stay as far away from this shop as possible.

I am a young female who just bought my first car this year. Being that the car was used and due to a string of bad luck, I brought my car into Concourse worried that it had multiple problems and maybe even serious electrical issues. I had lost all trust in this car, which made me stressed to the max. Randy at Concourse helped me in so many ways. He looked my car over, tested everything I was worried about, and fixed what needed to be fixed. He truly went above and beyond, calmed me down, restored my faith in my car making me feel safe in it again, and actually taught me at least three or four different things about both my car specifically and car ownership in general without ever making me feel stupid. It is such a relief to know there is local mechanic I can truly trust and rely on.

We moved to the DFW area last year and after checking reviews, decided on Concourse. We were not disappointed! We had our inspections done there last year and again this year and I totally trust this place. I told them I wasn’t sure if I was due for an oil change as well, and they determined I was good for a few thousand more miles. They let me know what I would need in the near future but didn’t sock me for these items during my inspection. They’re are much closer places to our home we could go to, but we’re willing to drive the extra distance for honest, reliable service.

This organization is a top notch service center. I had an emergency problem and it took several hours to fix it. They actually took me to work and came back and got me when my car was ready which was awesome! Needed to clear engine light for state inspection. Jack checked out the codes and said two codes needed to clear for it to pass. He said he could try a driving algorithm with specific distances and different speeds. He explained in great detail exactly what the problem was and possible solutions. He gave me the option of trying to fix it myself, under his directions. It worked and the car passed the inspection. As it has always been in my 31 years using Concourse, they do everything they can to make sure the problem is fixed, without doing unnecessary things.

Concourse has taken care of our Ford minivan, our two Ford Explorers, a Chevy Corvette, a Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, and a Ford Escort. Every repair experience has been the way it should be: polite, attentive, plenty of follow-up, prompt notification if the problem was different than we thought, and finished at the agreed time. Jack, Jan, and their staff are genuinely good people, trying their best to do what is right, and for a reasonable price.

Ive known Jack and Jan for a long time and they continue with the same quality of service that they have provided for many years. Up front counter friendliness is a plus. You can shop around for a better price but you cant shop around for quality workmanship which makes Concourse in my opinion a no brainer for price and quality workmanship.
